We have been having our cars serviced at Longo now for years. Reliable service and, their collision repair service is just as good and very detail oriented if needed. They listen to you and endeavor to accommodate your requests in every way possible. One of the service specialists, Robin, is above excellent and great to deal with. They are the go to location in my opinion. Yes, for certain services they are more expensive, than our local automotive repair person, but, if needed, they give you a Lexus loaner vehicle if they need to keep you vehicle for more than an hour or two, if reserved, to minimize any inconvenience, if you have things to do, and cannot wait. read more

What can I say? Typical car sales people. Today I walked in to test drive an RX because I'm in the market for one. I recently totaled my IS 250 so I'm in need of a new car. So I walked in & asked the lady in the front for assistance. She called over a salesman. He greeted us & sat us down. He then asked who was going to be test driving the car today. I said I was. He then asked me for my drivers license. Ok. Then he said he would have to run my credit to make sure it's me. Ok wtf?! Run my credit to check my identity? Since when?! I told him that I did not want any inquiries on my credit right now. I am planning to pay cash with my payout. He said that's the "test drive policy." Well my husband & I got up & left. Recalls galore, yet Longo Lexus kept their cool. So when the recalls for Lexus vehicles started to come out, I was not very happy when my baby was on the recall list. I contacted Longo and the customer service representative was very nice and kept my confidence high in Lexus (I think I get brainwashed too easily). They brought a loaner car to my house to switch for my car. The loaner car, a brand new 2010 IS, was a downgrade from my car, but I didn't mind because I did not have a mileage limit, so I took advantage of that. My car came back three days later, with the "upgrades" installed with a free car wash. I was pretty satisfied. Good: Great customer service. Bad: I wanted my car back faster I can't complain with the loaner car. Final: I will come back here if another recall happens (God forbid). read more

OK so this lexus dealership is like OMG. they have an underground parking garage for all their cars and when you walk down and you look it looks like one of those commercials where its just filled with a whole bunch of cars and you can go running around choosing which car you want. My family always buys their cars from here and from a specific salesman. I don't remember his name. I think its Van? anyways he's really nice. He tries to help you out as much as he can. It looked like we were playing deal or no deal because every time we tried to make an offer he would go over to the bossman and we would wait to hear the answer. They have a graduation deal. If you recently graduated i believe its college (i think they give you 2-4 years) even if you have bad credit they will finance you. They will also drive to your house if you ever need maintenance. you just have to call them up and set up an appointment. read more

Earlier this year I purchased an is250 2015 from Leo. Longo had the best price (not surprised). Leo was extremely helpful, very communicative and transparent. The best part was he's not pushy and ultimately wants to make sure youre happy. I also want to add that I tried purchasing this car new years eve! Of course everyone has plans that night, we both agreed on a price and verbally committed to the sale price. I picked up the car New Years day and it was Leo's day off. I believe he rearranged his schedule and drove 30 mins to accommodate completing the sale. Now that's service! Don't do business with Peter Kong. I love my Lexus 2021IS 350 sport. I am disgusted with Peter Kong's work ethics. The day I purchased my car Peter attempted to sell me the tire and rim warranty. Initially, I declined it. Two days later I called to get it and paid cash via my debt card. Peter explained that it would cover repair/replacement of tire and rim damages. My rims are chrome painted. I decided it would be worth it. I accidentally scuffed my rim turning around a curb. Turns out the warranty I purchased does not cover my rims. After talking to customer service and getting the run around and no where, I decided to call PETER KONG. He must of forgotten who I was. He told me the warranty does not cover my special type of rims. I asked, "Then why did you sell it to me?". He fumbled with his words. Peter said, let's not point fingers. I spoke to his manager ERIC TRAN. After many calls and emails the warranty was finally cancelled. I asked that they send the refund directly back to my debit card. Instead they had it applied to my loan balance!! I took out a loan to buy my car cash. The warranty was purchased separately a couple of days after buying my car. Peter falsely rewrote the contract as if the warranty was covered by my bank loan. PETER KONG and ERIC TRAN insisted on sending it to my bank, knowing that it was not part of the loan. Thank goodness I bank with Wescom Credit Union. I informed my bank of the situation. They flagged my account and transferred the money from the car loan payment account back to my checking account. I started the annoying and time consuming refund process end of November 2021. The refund went through 1/21/22. Peter Kong is a fraud. He will sell inapplicable services to make his quota. I will buy a Lexus car again, but not from MR. SWINDLING PETER KONG. read more

Taylor Sachi was my service rep and she was very informative, easy to work with, and very professional. From a drivers standpoint the Lexus brand is made for old people and not really for those looking for a thrilling ride. Most Lexus dealers I visited in searching for a GS usually let me walk out the door as they did not want I bargain, I am pleased to say that this dealer with their reputation does and they can try and give you quite a bargain often. The service department is great and usually have all my maintenance done timely and with great servicing. My complaint with this specific portion would be that the seating area is not at the level of which BMW and Mercedes dealerships own and being a big competitor, I would like a better lounge area. Longo lives with its motto and delivers great customer service and knowledgeable agents, who are very good in treating the customer correctly. If your looking to buy a Lexus come here, they will work with you in trying to find you an affordable way to enter the luxury sedan market. read more

All 5 stars belongs to Niva! I've been going to Longo Lexus for service to my vehicle since 2007 and by far the best CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I've also recommended some friends and family members to bring their business to Longo Lexus due to the AWESOME service I have received here. I can't begin to explain how impress I am with his service and dedication. He is super genuine and makes you feel like a friend and not another widget on their board. I love his energy and how he devotes just the right amount of time to each and every of his customers. My latest experience with Longo was sorta luke-warm, Niva of course was SUPER, but my experience with the gal from the Loaner Car dept was not. They were busy that day, but still she had a "stink face" the whole time, either she hated her job or she was in dire need of a Starbucks run, because I felt as though I was just a bother to her. A lot of places have lost their focus on customer service but not at Longo Lexus, as long as they have more employees like Niva Salazar. I live in the SF bay area but found the car of my dreams (CPO IS 350C in my preferred color) at Longo -- and for $6k under prices in the bay area, I might add (for same car in undesirable colors, to me). With no way of seeing it for myself, I called Longo and was so lucky to have been referred to George Kantanto, the internet sales manager for Longo Lexus. From start to finish, and mostly over the phone, George served as my "eyes" for the car, went out of his way to explain everything, was completely responsive via phone, text, and email, and, most important, was direct and honest. I so appreciate this level of customer care and service, and in the future, were I or any family member (we all drive Lexuses now -- I am the last to join the club) in the market again for another Lexus, I would definitely first check Longo and contact George Kantanto. I can't say enough about his patience, honesty, and great energy. And because I was driving back the same day to SF, George sent me on my way with lots of diet Cokes and bottled waters. He thought of everything! And at the very start, he wasn't pushy but responsive. The only thing I would say could be improved -- not about George but about Longo -- is they could try to speed up the actual paperwork process for the customer on the day of purchase. I was there much longer than anticipated and believe some of the processes could have been expedited a bit, especially since I had a long drive ahead of me. p.s. I hate needing to pump gas in my car so you can only imagine how much I HATE getting service done on my car. I bought a IS250 in 2009 with the extended warranty. People told me that it would be a waste of money because the dealers tend to lie and cheat so that nothing gets covered. Longo Lexus is by far the best service center I have ever come across. I have been to Mercedes, BMW, and other Lexus centers and even though some may have really good perks they don't know what they are doing in terms of "service". Glen Simpson the service manager has always been fair and the team at Longo Lexus always got the job done quickly and seem to always know what is going on. The center has a lot of amenities Ipads/WiFi/Computers/Drinks/Food etc. It never seems like I am at a service center. It doesn't even smell like the oil and rubber at other places. They will go a long way to throughly EXPLAIN what is going on with my car so it doesn't seem like I am getting lost in a lot of industry jargon. I have personally decided that I will always buy my car from there because I know that there are dealership out there that do care what happens to you AFTER you drive off with your new car. Ok so I drive 100 + miles a day due to nature of my work and been to numerous lexus services around LA and OC, And let me tell you, this place is the WORST, a RIP-OFF! I went to this place to get my front driver's side fender liner replaced that was partially removed already and bought the replacement at the parts department that I ordered via phonecall from a guy name Chris two days ago prior me getting the service. I asked him about the labor cost and told me his estimate that it was around 60 to 70 bucks and I agreed to it and told me to come by anytime when the part arrives. THEN THE SCAMMING HAPPENED! As soon as I checked in my car and then was sent to David, a service consultant(don't go to him, he's the reason why Im so pissed right now).he then charged me 110 dollars for the labor and was told that that was a set price that was written in the screen of his computer and cannot be changed. I told him about my prior conversation with Cris regarding his estimate and that the price sounds unjust. Atleast Cris estimated price was reasonable and fair. Nothing happened. I was pissed but WTH. Because Im busy man and have to go back to work to see my patients, I had no choice but to pay for the unreasonable price that he confidently dropped! He gave me 11 dollars off though(from $ 211 to $ 200) yeah right! Again, what a rip off! I know that I bought a luxury car and was ready for the perks and detriments ill have in the future but I don't think I should be cheated, ripped or robbed like that. This is my family's 3rd Lexus purchase, but second from Longo Lexus. My family had the pleasure of working with Vincent Dinh. Vince took really good care of us. My dad was very particular of the color and features he wanted in the 2016 Lexus LX570. Vince was able to locate the vehicle up north at another dealer and have it shipped to Longo for us to pick up. Normally car purchases can take an entire day, but Vince and David Ishida (from Finance) took care of us and was able to get us in and out within 2 hours. Vince was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining all the features the car has to my dad and myself. The car itself has tons of features, but Vince was able to answer all the questions we had about the vehicle. The service department is highly inefficient. Had an appointment at 1pm to drop off the car. But the drop off took 45 mins. It takes 15 mins to get checked in. Another 15 before I was assigned a service advisor. Another 15 mins waiting for the loaner car. What the hell is the point of having an appointment if it takes 45 mins to drop off the car. At other comparable brands e.g. BMW Mercedes and Porsche, you are usually in and out within 10 mins. read more

Honestly they are only kind when you are trying to buy a car. When there are any issues they start off by blaming you and lying until you have to call corporate. Asking to speak to the director or someone who is higher in charge they send a messenger, a manger named DERRICK, that isn't knowledgeable in anything help besides walking back and forth relaying a message. After being able to talk to the President/ GM Chris McCarthy he was helpful. However, he will lie to you so that he can buy himself more time than actually handling it the case up front. read more

Horirble.. I received a safety recall email and tried to schedule an appointment with the servise agent. She told me that they cannot take me in on Saturday. I can only bring in my car monday through Friday. They claimed no loaner car available for saturdays. I further asked when would be the soonest Saturday that they can have a loaner car for me. They have a tremendous selection of cars and I was able to find a model with the exact configuration (some luxury items, but not fully loaded) and interior/exterior color that my wife wanted. Next came the deal. I did my research and knew what I could afford. Tony Minarto was my sales rep. Aside from knowing the car's every little detail, he treated us very fairly and understood our budget. There wasn't a lot of haggling and he made the deal work. A total win-win on both sides. Can't really say that about other dealerships I've dealt with. Longo has the largest selection in SoCal and they're willing to deal reasonably and respectfully. This is an update to my previous review of Longo Lexus. I'd like to say that Longo Lexus values me as a customer, but I cannot. After being lied to by the first salesperson, I thought that perhaps Longo would work to earn my trust. Instead, I have now made four trips to the dealership since my new car purchase and have learned that the new car I purchased does not have "everything" as I was told. In addition to the new car lacking the specific features I was looking for, the service department, specifically the detailing segment, is subpar. Although they are all very nice and friendly, when it came to detailing my vehicle, inside and out (a condition of my purchasing the vehicle), they fell far short. After having to give up my 2013 RX450h for four days, I was expecting to pick up an emaculate new vehicle. What I got instead was a Lexus still covered in water spots, dirt, and residual wax on the outside and black grease smudges on the tan carpeting of the inside. Even the service personnel who brought me the vehicle noted that it had not been cleaned properly. Although my paperwork showed that the Lux Care Package had been applied to the interior of the car, there was no evidence the interior had even been cleaned. I was told that Longo would send a flatbed truck to pick up my car and drop off another rental so that my new car could be detailed. It's been over one week and still no word. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend heistancy in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Certainly bring one or two extra people with you so that they can carefully look through the details of the vehicle to make sure it has the features the salesperson claims it does. In fact, I have such a bad taste in my mouth from this dealership, one that they don't seem to want to resolve, that I would suggest you go elsewhere. I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus RX450h. When I took it in to the service department, I discovered that I had been misled about the condition of the vehicle. In effect, the salesperson had lied to me about why the car wasn't certified. Lexus not only took back my vehicle, but they gave me a good deal on a 2013 model with the same features. I spent over six hours at Longo Lexus, but Ahmad made it possible for me to drive away in a brand new car with similar features.
