More than one time the technicians not only delayed services way over promised times, but also behaved like tyrants(tossed away customers' own floor mats into trunk and left notice to shame them). So I was ask to wait. 56 minutes later I am still waiting! I am sorry but their service is really not professional. I won't mention their name here because I know how much it can affect their job. Aside from the language barrier, this person was simply clueless, not knowledgeable, and just straight up not friendly. I brought my family with me and we all had a bad experience.
