The young lady who went out of her way to help me save $28 for my KitKat bag at three in the morning today was incredible. It was originally $49. She also showed me that there was a Sakura flavored KitKat! Shopping around Longs Drugs at three in the morning for random things was not in the agenda for the start of my day off, but I really needed dog food and this 24 hour location came in clutch. We found a lot of random things that we needed or I guess thought we needed for the household. The main thing was dog food that we just didn't have at home. Secondly, we found two lunchables for the price of five dollars. We're adults now so we can buy things we couldn't as kids. We were also really excited to find cookies and cream flavored fat boy ice cream. And if you have ever tried the dairy gold chocolate milk, you know that is top-tier! read more

This Longs Drugs located at the Mililani Towne Center is a 24hour location . Fairly good size Longs compared to most Longs I've been too . This particular Longs also have a pharmacy located in the back of the store . I've noticed there not too much self check out machine available here . Seth was great in helping with a problem I had with coupons at the self checkout line. He made sure I was able to use both my coupons by ringing up each transaction separately. He also had to go back to the self check out register I was on to retrieve my coupon I had used in the voided transaction. He was friendly, quick and effiecient! read more

I bought an Amazon gift card for $500 as a gift on the 4th. The recipient tried to use it on the 10th but then informed me of a zero balance. Called Long's right away and was told it wasn't their problem since the cards are displayed by a vendor. Informed them that it was Long's that sold me the card and took my payment but they still insisted that it is a manufacturer's problem and to call them. If this is Long's attitude then there should be a sign displayed that they are not responsible for any fraud or scams and will not offer refunds should you decide to buy a gift card from the store or else they should stop selling gift cards altogether. read more

Pharmacy lazy, got the text saying my order ready for pick up. Show up to the pharmacy says it's closed. Come back after 2pm. I got there at 1:30 and had received the text it's ready. She even asked me if I just came back from the doctor lol I wished prescriptions was that fast lol told her about the text said "ooh yea come back after 2pm". Kinda irritating after getting the text saying it's ready to pick up! Ahh work ethic different these days eh? Sad being located in Mililani too. Thought would have higher standards . This lungs has ample parking although it is a little difficult to get to it once you get off the freeway because you have to literally cross three lanes to make the immediate left turn. It's a clean store. The pharmacy pulled through when the town center longs did not have the medication I was looking for. read more

Hubby, daughter and I came here to just get random stuff. I ended up picking up a kiwi strawberry Arizona canned drink. This was actually good. I haven't tried this flavor before. I typically get the mango one or the green iced tea. It was 99 cents but $1.05 including tax. They sell so many cool items from food to beauty etc. It seemed to be busy during the afternoon. Store was clean and items were easy to find. Plenty of parking up front and across the store. I would definitely come back if I am in the area. Great place to grab snacks and drinks. read more

This review is for one of the employees working on 8/12 at 10:45 PM. Was just stopping by to pickup some floss and hair bands. My boyfriend thought he could use the restroom, as he is used to other longs locations on the island where he has used the restroom before, so he walked to the back door. This employee yelled "YOU, NO, OUT!" like he was one dog. When he then apologized and explained, asking politely if he could use the restroom, she replied with "No, you can leave." WOW. While leaving, I said to her "He was just trying to use the restroom, you could be nicer to your customers." With a rude attitude, she replied "You have to ask also it's out of order, thank youuu." Having worked in customer service for years, I get it if he couldn't use the restroom. But also, you don't have to act like that. Although I live near Ala Moana, I travel to UFC, Mililani to meet up with my coach once a week. I always stop by CVS for refreshments and some needed items. But a couple of days ago I forgotten my special cane in the cart. I guess someone found it. I called the manager and he said one of his clerks found it. I was sooooo delighted because it costs $39.99 for CVS version. Mine had a flashlight version which would have to order $19.99 + postage. But, I got it had Ross for $6.00. Chinese doesn't want to pay more than needed. However, I picked up my favorite cane and signed out upon receipt of item. I told the clerk it was register 6 with my name on it. So that's where lost and found is at this CVS with lost and found folder. I assume each CVS has a register for all lost items. They have a better set up and bigger food section. Omg every time I call the pharmacy I get automated call from hell. I get hung up on and the voice can't understand anything. Horrible system. Also I keep having problems with certain people when it comes to co pay cards for certain high price or not covered items. I give them the info and they insist it doesn't take. Only to get me angry then oh they got it to go through. One girl actually acted like it's too much work for her to input the info. It's really sad because the old timers that are still there always greet me by name and help me when I need it. I always feel welcomed by them but the new ones not so much. Why won't Yelp let reviewers give negative stars???! This review is specifically for the pharmacy inside Longs. I visited the walk-in clinic inside Longs and was prescribed several prescriptions. Since I was already here, I had the doctor send my prescription to this location. Big mistake!!!! I was initially told by the assistant that it will take an hour for my prescriptions to be filled. She said to get in line after an hour if I don't hear my name called on their speaker. I got in line an hour later to find out that it will take another 15-20 minutes. I'm here coughing up a storm and not feeling well. I seriously don't want to be hanging around your store for that long!!! When I asked for my prescription to be transferred to the Longs closer to my house, I was told that my particular prescription can't be transferred!! Next time, you guys should be more conservative with your estimation. I could have just gone home and had someone else pick up my prescription instead of waiting at your store while I hack up a lung. Twenty minutes later and my prescription is still not ready and the line has gotten extremely long. Seriously Longs, if you guys are short staffed you should hire more people! read more

She then rolled her eyes came back and tells me "You can call the other longs" like Mary first of all that's what by you working to help the customers and i didn't even know which longs she was calling. I like this Longs location because I can go to my doctors appointment and walk right on over to pick up my prescriptions or for my kids. Not only that, Town Center is pretty much the focal point area of all my needs and most errands. The drive thru in Mauka is a lot more convenient if you don't want to get out of your car but I'm a creature of habit so this location is my favorite. Snacks are cheaper here than the theatres but I'm for sure not the first one you've heard it from. The candy at the movies is outrageously priced.. Beauty section is well stocked for the most part and certain brands go on sale every week. The only thing I don't like is that the pharmacy isn't 24 hours. Other than that, the CVS app is really convenient to order a refill and then pick it up before 9pm weekdays and earlier on the weekends. read more

Its nice that CVS didn't change the name of Longs in the islands. I grew up w/ Longs and enjoy stopping by here for shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, hell, just about anything you can imagine that is not fresh, that you would have to buy at Foodland. On my most recent trip I bought a lot of Hawaiian snacks like Li Hing Mui, Li Hing Mango, Dried Cuttlefish, Hawaiian Party Mix, Dried Seedless Plum, and Smoked Ika Legs (and oh yeah, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries - LOL!). I prefer Longs over Walgreens any day in the islands. They even have nicer leis compared to Malama Market across the street in the Hale'iwa location, Thanks for not changing the name CVS!!! read more

Love longs. Located in Mililani Town Center, next to Cookie Corner. Easily visible when you enter the parking lot. Quick tips: -Every Sunday is a new sale. They go from Sunday and last through Saturday. - Sale items are typically placed in the center isle, right when you walk through the door. - You can ask for a rain check on sale items, if they run out of the item during the sale - The Longs Sale ad is in the Sunday newspaper; look for yellow - There is a Redbox kiosk located near the photo area - There is a Bank of Hawaii ATM machine Happy shopping! read more

Mililani has 3 Longs Stores and I am specifically referring to the Town Center location where Walmart and the movie theatre is located, at the Town Center. After receiving a text notification that my prescription was ready for pickup, I paid for it on-line thinking, both entities were from the same company. When we went to pickup my prescription the clerk in pharmacy said that I had to pay for my prescription since they couldn't find it on-line that it wasn't paid for. Okay I understand that there are technical glitches in systems and it does happen. But what was disappointing was that even though I showed the clerk and pharmacist my on-line confirmation, they wouldn't let me have my prescription unless I paid for it again. By the way, my prescription with insurance was $11 copay. Anyway, I ended up paying for it again and was told that I need to call CVS online department to obtain my refund. WTH? Being it was almost midnight at the time of my pickup, I called the next day and left a message for the store manager to call me, who never did. After leaving message I requested to be transferred to the pharmacy manager. I got the same unconcerned attitude from the pharmacy manager about my ordeal as I did the night before. No apologies for the inconvenience, just an arrogant attitude. I was thought, the customer is always right, and the customer's perception is the reality. Like store manager, like pharmacy manager. Both have the same attitude, which starts from upper management. I believe it's a corporate attitude. I transferred all my monthly prescriptions elsewhere even though it's not as convenient. I'd rather travel the extra miles than to support this store and company. The Longs CVS today, is not the Longs I grew up with. read more

Awesome that this location is open all day and all night long! Never knew that until a co-worker told me they were opened 24/7. Great news when I wanna buy something before work at 5am! Like the variety of energy drinks to choose from to bottled water. This location houses some really nice associates as well. I was asked if I needed help in every department, which is NICE, because I really did use the help when asked. Came out with about $50 worth of items. People here enjoy their jobs, you can just tell by the way treat their customers. Will always come back to shop! read more

Super reliable store when you need things on the fly. Typical drug store with almost everything you could want or need. I literally can get lunch, prescription meds, cosmetics, and laundry detergent in one visit! How cool is that? Everyone that shops at Long's knows that you could purchase a pack of gum and get a receipt as long as a toilet paper roll! I have since enrolled in the paperless option to avoid such fiascoes (you can too!). I get emails notifying me of promotions and coupons available, and when I check out my receipt goes to my email as well. It's great that we don't even need our extra care cards anymore either, just enter your phone number attached to your account. I do notice that certain items are way over priced, but it's still nice to have available for the times you just really don't want to run into Walmart (only to find the item you'd like isn't even in stock anyways!). All employees I have interactions with are alright. There's never an annoyingly long line, they are pretty good at keeping up with the traffic or having enough staff to take charge during busy times. read more

I agree the Mililani Town Center Longs has the worst customer service in comparison to the other locations in the area. On multiple occasions, the female cashiers in the front of the store have been rather unfriendly or unhelpful. Often times feeling like it's an inconvenience for them to do their job. Seriously needing of customer service training at this location. read more

This is a good store with wonderful, happy, and helpful employees. The fact that it is open 24 hours a day is a bonus. I would like to nominate Margo as 'employee of the year'. Terrible service at Mililani Longs Town Center.  Trying to get my booster shot for covid and every sign in there says walk-ins welcome.  The answer to me at the service counter was NO WAY JOSE!  They claimed that they are booked.  Looking over at the vaccination area, nobody was sitting in any chair.  She then says we cannot help you since you cannot go online and make an appointment.  She told me that it is a personal problem, not her problem. read more

I like coming to this particular cvs. There is one in town by my house but when I'm in Mililani, this is my preference. The staff here is friendly and helpful. If they can't help you right away, they'll make an effort to get someone who can. I don't pick up my family's medication from here but I go shopping here to find other things that are necessary for my house. I buy the specials from here. The vibe in this place is aloha. Yesterday I needed batteries but couldn't find any. I was thinking they were sold out and going to leave. I asked a cashier and they said, the batteries were behind the counter. This place is well stocked. Just need to ask the right question. One of the nice features is the checkout area. There usually are two open with lots of room so customers don't have to squeeze down a narrow check out aisles. read more

It's sad how much the pharmacy customer service has deteriorated. The pharmacy techs are sometimes clueless and give out the wrong info. Wonder if I will get better service at the the Mauka location. She kept me repeating to say my husband name for freaking 3 times like really . The 3rd time I had to yell my husbands name and spelled it out to her for the 3rd time coz she thought my husbands name is BAUL like are you kidding me ?? She was like oh I just want to make sure that it's the correct name with a sassy attitude and I had enough and yelled back at her and said like you keep repeating it and that I shut her off. After reading other reviews about the pharmacy you would think this longs location will do better in training their staff or completely changing it due to all the complaints customers have against the pharmacy. I went in today to pick up my prescription but I was told it wasn't in the system which I totally understand. But one of the workers told me I can go to the drop off window if I have an questions regarding my prescription. So that's what I did, I went to the drop off window and there was already a worker there so you would think that I would get a friendly welcome but I was wrong. The worker was down right rude and didn't even let me finish my sentence and basically cut me off. Her tone was uncalled for and it just made me overall upset at how I was being treated. I caught her name tag which was Joanne. I asked if her can go in the back and again without a second thought he responded they don't have. Geez, help a customer out! Attempt to have better customer service.
