Eventually, they offered to refund us our money for the dry cleaning, but still refused to take accountability for the damage they caused to the suite. In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

She said that I had worn the garment, which was accurate because I packed quickly, grabbing my freshly dry cleaned lightweight sweater for my weekend trip to the mountains. I got home neither dress I had them alter would zip at all (it had not even been a week since I dropped them off). The stitching was cheap and ripped right out, which is good because I had to take them both to another tailor to get them fixed! She said one of them had a 25" waist... I have a 28" waist so there's no way it was sewn to the correct pinning location. Additionally, one of them had a big black scuff on it that I had to get out that was not there before alterations. I called and left a VM with no response. Called a few more times to follow up and no one ever answered. Will likely return for cleaning as they did a nice job, but do not waste your time getting anything altered here! Super disappointing.
