    Loaded fries. Generous portion!

OK, it's true that the seats are worn, other than that, my experience was fine. I really like the seats, they are big and soft, and you can recline. It's also nice that you can order food and drinks (even alcohol) right at the kiosk, at the same time you buy your movie ticket. I had the loaded fries and they were good! Be sure to get your parking ticket validated and you will only pay $1. All staff were nice and helpful. I look forward to going here for all my movie viewing in the future.

Came here for the first time on a weekday date night and had a really solid experience. The theater itself is clean, comfortable, and well set up the seating makes it easy to relax and actually enjoy the movie without feeling cramped. Service stood out. There was a small mix up with our order, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally fixed without any hassle, which says a lot. Food was excellent, especially for a dine-in theater. Everything came out fresh and well-timed with the movie, which made the whole experience feel seamless. Overall, a great spot for a casual date night comfortable, good service, and quality food. well done ..

I LOVE this place because every year in December they offer their unlimited movie pass for $99. The fiancé and I love getting it because it's good at all 3 locations near us (Monrovia, Glendale, Downey). There are plenty of theaters and they have a good selection of movies, plus they have mystery movies which might get you to see something you wouldn't have initially picked. You can also order food/drinks and they have a few combo deals that are reasonably priced. That said, not all theaters and seats are made equal. Most of their recliners are super beat up and hardly have any of the leather still on them. It's all been chipped off. But they recline and in the dark I try and forget what the place looks like with the lights on lol. But seriously, all 3 locations need some serious chair upgrades and/or restoration. Bathrooms are also a hit or miss. They tend to be pretty gnarly so I try and avoid them.

This theater is conveniently located in Burbank off of Brand Avenue. 90 minutes of free parking across the street. Our theater was located downstairs which was dark. It had recliner seats which was nice. The have a full menu of drinks, cocktails, shakes, popcorn but entrees which includes a smashburger and fries! It was nice to order on the phone and have it delivered to your seat except when customers are seated to the right of you! Twice servers walked in front of me to deliver drinks then food. Interrupted the movie twice! :( The bathroom was a mess! Dirty and stinky! The whole theater is dark so you cannot see how dirty it is!

Sad that they closed the one in Monrovia, bummer to have to travel 30 mins longer for a movie to use up my pass that I bought. Parking across from the movie theater even with validation had to pay, movie wasn't too long, and we didn't go anywhere but from the theater to our car. They have two sides of the theater so make sure you check your ticket. Then you have to scan your ticket and give them a print out. Movie theater is more up to date than Monrovia but the bottom of the theater didn't have lights on so it was fun to travel through the dark lol

I've been coming to this movie theater for years and always enjoy the experience but this review is specifically about the restaurant. Tonight, I decided to skip ordering from my seat and instead went directly to the restaurant, thinking it would be quicker. Big mistake. I placed my order with a red-haired woman with a neck tattoo: a pizza, a quesadilla, two fountain drinks, & last minute a kids' chicken tenders meal. The total came out to $68, which didn't make sense. Upon reviewing the receipt, I noticed she charged me full price instead of a kids' meal. If adults aren't allowed to order kids meals, that's fine, just say that. Instead of offering a refund or adjusting the order, she gave me alternative kids meal options to choose from... still at full price. That's not what I asked for. On top of that, her attitude was cold and dismissive. As someone who works in the service industry, I was shocked at the lack of customer service and emotional intelligence. It felt like she just didn't care. Also my friend and I ordered two regular fountain drinks, yet somehow we were handed two kid-sized cups? Make it make sense. I didn't want to escalate the situation, especially since she was clearly avoiding me when I tried to get her attention. Another employee saw me standing there and didn't even bother to ask if I needed help. If I come back it'll be for the movies, but I'll definitely be skipping the restaurant moving forward.

Beautiful, spacious theaters and comfortable reclining leather seats. There's parking across the street. Make sure to take your parking ticket and get it validated.

This was my first time at a LOOK location, and I watched Last Breath in PX (Premium Experience). The massive screen made for an immersive viewing experience--while I'm not sure if it's as big as IMAX, it definitely felt engaging. The image was crisp, and the sound quality was sharp. The luxury reclining chairs come with heating, cooling for beverages, and a built-in light. The food was decent, and I recommend ordering with a server to avoid the app's convenience fee. Tuesday movie discounts are a great deal, and the theater wasn't crowded. (24/100)

Standing outside for our movie because the theatre hadn't been cleaned at all, despite the movie starting over 10 minutes ago

Do people make noise eating during the film?

    No wrapper sounds

Do they have a happy hour?

    Yes, 50% off drinks and $6.00 appetizers, Monday-Thursday from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

    How long are the previews?

    Usually 15 mins

Is this place still open? I'm having trouble purchasing online tickets.

Yes, you should be able to buy tickets online. I just saw a movie there about two months ago.

Is there free or validated parking?

Hello! Yes, there is a parking lot across the street. The validation is $1 for 4 hours.

Do the seats fit an adult and 5 years old?

Unfortunately only one person fits in each seat!

Does the movie start exactly when they post the time? Or is there time to order food and drinks before it starts. In other words, when is the ideal time to get to your seat?

There's intermission before the actual movie. This is usually the time we order.

Can you buy tickets in person?

    Yes!

What happened to the morning show times? I used to watch movies on random weekdays at 10am. Looks like the hours have changed?

yes! you would just rent out the entire theater space that is normally used for regular theater screenings.

Why are the tickets only $5?

Tickets are $5 on Tuesday's. On other days the price ranges from $9-12 depending on the time.

Are we required to buy food?

    No.

Is there parking? Is it free?

There is a parking structure and they validate. parking is $1 after validation.

Felt like a VIP movie night (with one tiny wrap flaw!)…read more Let me start with a quick parking tip because it's definitely in the fine print: there's "One Garage" literally right next door that offers complimentary 3-hour parking once you get validation from iPic, the only garage to get validated! Sounds amazing... until you show up and it's already full... which was what happened. Our movie started at 6:00 PM, we arrived around 5:20 PM, and the garage was completely closed off -- they weren't letting anyone else in. Luckily, we found parking about 3 minutes away and paid around $5, which honestly wasn't too bad. We came here for the second part of our Valentine's date night and watched Wuthering Heights because hello... Margot Robbie is my favorite girl. I haven't been here in over 15 years and WOW -- I forgot how absolutely beautiful this theater is inside. The lobby is spacious, classy, and honestly feels kind of luxurious. There are pool tables, a full bar area downstairs, and spaces where you can hang out with drinks and good company before your movie. We headed straight into our theater and ordered food from our seats (also... water is complimentary, love that). We were seated in our own little pod -- super intimate with two seats, cozy setup, and yes... a blanket. It truly felt like rich people movie night. Shoutout to our server Jake, who was outstanding from start to finish. Great service, super attentive, and made the experience even better. Food-wise: The Boss Burger ($20.5) was a solid 8.5/10 -- hubby really enjoyed it. Although, there were no pickles or tomatoes in there even though it was in their menu. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap ($17), and I'll be honest... it was the only downside of the night. It was a bit cold and tough, and the tortilla-to-filling ratio was a little off for me. I'd give it a 6/10. If the tortilla was a bit warmer I'd think it'll be able to hold onto the filling a bit better, but that was meh, for me. BUT the fries? Piping hot, crispy, and delicious. And Jake even brought us ranch, BBQ sauce, and extra ketchup without us having to ask twice. Overall, this was my husband's first time here, and it definitely won't be our last. We had such a great experience -- the ambience, service, and overall vibe were top-tier. Can't wait for our next cozy movie night here!

The seats were way too close together, and the person next to us had belongings spread into the shared space, making it very difficult to get in and out of our seats comfortably. Because of how uncomfortable the situation was, we decided to leave during the previews before the movie even started. We politely explained the issue to the manager and asked if we could either move to different seats -- even less expensive ones -- or receive some type of accommodation such as passes for another movie. Unfortunately, the manager refused to help in any way and would not issue a refund, exchange, or even offer courtesy tickets. For a theater that markets itself as a luxury experience and charges premium prices, I expected much better customer service. Other theaters like AMC are usually much more understanding and willing to work with customers when issues arise. Instead, we left feeling frustrated after paying for a movie we never got to watch. Sadly, this experience completely turned us off from coming back.

The volume inside the IMAX auditorium was at an extremely dangerous level. It wasn't just "loud"... it was concert-level loud and physically uncomfortable. My Apple Watch actually warned me that continued exposure at that level could cause permanent hearing damage. That should never happen in a movie theater. At multiple points, we had to cover our ears just to sit through it. It was overwhelming and distracting instead of immersive. I went out to ask staff if the volume could be lowered and was told it was just for the trailers--but once the movie started, it stayed just as loud. That's not acceptable. There's a big difference between immersive and unsafe, and this crossed the line. Customers should not have to worry about hearing damage or other hearing problems at a movie theater. Management needs to address this and bring the volume down to a safe level. That said, the theater itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, the screen quality is great, and the movie was amazing. This would have been a perfect experience if the volume had been at a reasonable level.

While my two fave ladies were spending time together, my son and I spent quality time together watching the movie The Odyssey at Regal La Canada. The Odyssey was a very entertaining movie that I highly recommend and watching this summer blockbuster at Regal La Canada made for good first time experience there. It's more of an old school movie theater with quality customer service and tasty food. When we entered the small strip mall with the movie theater was the main focal point, I was a little confused because the signage on the building was United Artists (UA) theater not Regal theaters. If you've lived in California awhile, then you should be familiar with the UA brand movie theaters, which is why I had a sense of nostalgia seeing the UA moniker. UA was purchased by Regal, so this movie theater is part of the Regal movie theater chain specifically located in La Cañada Flintridge. There are a few other shops located in this strip mall, but the one I remember is North Shore Burgers. There is plenty of parking at this location and the traffic flow is one way as you enter the strip mall. We watched The Odyssey during matinee hours, so it wasn't that crowded, but I got the feel that this wasn't a busy movie theater. The staff here provided quality customer service and were friendly. I had ordered tickets the day before, but mistakenly purchased tickets for the wrong day. I left a message to request a refund and when I tried to call a second time, a manager answered while I was leaving a message and she promptly refunded my money providing quality service like her staff. Regal UA La Canada gives off an old school vibe. The movie theater definitely needs some modernizing with regards to their leather recliner chairs and the layout of their seats, but I actually liked the old school vibe. When your order popcorn, the staff asks if you want butter and they're the ones placing butter into your popcorn. I prefer self service, but they did a good job buttering my popcorn. The popcorn was fresh when I initially ordered and when I requested a refill. My son ordered a pepperoni pizza and that too came out well made with the cheese melted and the crust crunchy. Their leather seats aren't the electronic recliners, but rather they're the pull out lever old school recliners. They worked fine and the leather seating was comfortable. Even the restrooms were old school, but they were clean. There were also some arcade games for the kids to occupy themselves while waiting or after watching a movie. While my two fave ladies spent quality time together, my son and I got to hang out and watched a Must See movie The Odyssey. We had a fun first time experience at Regal UA La Canada.

The theatre and restrooms were clean and maintained. The concession stand serve standard moving theatre snacks & beverages - no gourmet food or cocktails. The Experience Profile: Comfort-wise, the theater was a pretty big letdown. The seats were kind of dirty and uncomfortable, and most of them had an annoying metal bar right in front of them. The atmosphere during the movie was also a mess, the crowd was talking most of the time and constantly walking in and out, which kept letting outside light into the room. The Verdict: While the $7 price tag is incredibly cheap, the janky setup, dirty seating, and constant distractions mean this won't be a regular spot for me. Anyway, I live in Atwater Village, so it's just a few minutes away. I plan to return often.

First time at the Vista Theater and yeah, consider me converted. This place opened in 1923 and you…read morecan feel the history the second you walk in. It's now owned by Quentin Tarantino, which somehow makes perfect sense once you're there. We watched No Other Choice in 35mm, and I loved everything about the experience! The movie and the theater. While waiting for the screening to start, I read the theater's history on Wikipedia and learned the interior is Egyptian Revival-inspired, influenced by the King Tut tomb excavation in 1922 the year before the theater first opened. Once you know that, the design is even cooler. Sadly, we're all pretty numb to Egyptian tomb aesthetics now but this must've blown people's minds back then! Gorgeous, old-school, and full of character. The Vista isn't just a movie theater, it's part of the experience. Definitely not my last visit. Quick tips: - Even if you already have tickets, get there early. seating is first come, first served and the line matters - if you're seeing a foreign film with subtitles, aim for seats higher up. The subtitles sit low on the screen, and you'll be way more comfortable with a little elevation

My wife and I absolutely love drive-ins! It's our preferred way of watching movies instead of going…read moreto a theater - we get to bring our own food/drinks, rest comfortably in our car, bundle up with blankets if it gets cold, control the volume, etc. It was our first time trying out Electric Dusk Drive-In in Glendale but we were up for an adventure. Tickets are bought online and range in price. Astro turf seating is $13 per person or $20 for two. No car parking is included (so you have to park outside the event) and you have to bring your own chair or rent one from them. Early Bird Car Entry + Driver is $28 ($20 for the car fee, $8 for the driver). Additional passengers are $8 per person. VIP is $75 and covers 1 car and 4 people for front row seating (just behind the astro turf area). Doors open either an hour or an hour & a half before showtime. When we scoped out the place, there was a sign that said exactly when the doors were going to be opened in the driveway. Since we had time (we were a wee bit too early), we went around the corner to get some grub. When we came back, we were second in line roughly a half hour before opening. Not too shabby and I definitely recommend showing up early to get a good spot (unless you're a VIP fancy pants). The line formed shortly after and wrapped around to Central. Pro tip - don't be a jerkasaurus and try to cut in line! The employees do notice anyone trying to pull a fast one and will make you go to the back of the line. Electric Dusk Drive-In is located off of Central Ave and California Ave in the old Sears parking lot. You cannot turn left into the parking lot on California! You have to enter from Central so that you turn right into the lot and don't block traffic. It was entertaining seeing so many people not grasp this simple idea. Once inside, the employees will scan your tickets and direct you where to park. If you want to back up and watch from your trunk, tell them and they'll help you out. If you're worried about your car battery dying out - bring your own radio or you can rent a transistor radio from them. If you listen via your car radio and it dies, they'll help jumpstart your car after the show. For restrooms, they provide two porta potties in the back side along with a hand washing station. If you're feeling munchy, they have a concession stand near the entrance but I'd encourage just getting your food beforehand from any eatery around the area (The Great White Hut is directly across the street). If you're thinking about trying Electric Dusk Drive-In, stop thinking and just do it already! They have a wide variety of movies to choose from (some are double-features) so you're covered no matter your taste of genre. It's such a fun nostalgic night and I can't wait to go back!

Every Friday, I find myself here, slipping away from the noise of everyday life to just sit back and take it all in. There's this familiar, almost haunting feeling as I settle in, like the quiet echoes of a simpler time when life had fewer responsibilities and the weekends felt endless. It reminds me of the freedom of youth--those days when we'd get together just to laugh, talk, and sometimes just sit, high on life and each other's company. Coming here alone gives me space to think, and maybe I'm pining for something that's already slipped away. There's a beauty in watching everyone gathered, all ages connected in the moment of a shared movie under the open sky. Couples sit close together, holding hands behind the truck beds, while kids are practically bouncing as their parents grab popcorn and candy, their joy so pure and unrestrained. This place is a gem, perfect for unwinding, reflecting, or even sharing a quiet evening with someone special. The staff here are warm and attentive, and the food choices are simple but affordable. With plenty of room between cars, you get enough privacy to feel like you're in your own world but not so alone that you can't feel the presence of others sharing the night. It's a place to escape, to remember, and to take life just a bit slower
