My first time watching a movie at this branch. I came for opening showings for Spiderman and I was very shocked at how chill this branch felt like!!! There's a convenient parking garage located right beside the theatre and you can easily walk in and have your tickets scanned before going downstairs into the theatre. There's a concessions area with plenty of staff and even though the vibes here felt more chill and calm, it wasn't like the theatre was dead. The staff here were very friendly and personable. I appreciated their great customer service as my friend group and I were very excited to watch Spiderman. The movie screen and the chairs were great quality. Everything about this spot was perfect and everything ran smoothly. We loved our experience here!!! We had Theater 1 and the recliner seats were comfortable and even though we sat all the way on the sides, we had a very good view of the large screen and felt immersed. The popcorn was surprisingly cold upon eating and tasted alright, but overall nothing too unpleasant it was probably just not a fresh batch. I also love that there's also a bar here with movie-themed drinks so you have good options here!!! I wish there was more cardboard stands/photo ops for the movies because there was only one so something to note. I do know this theatre is on the smaller side so it makes sense. I hope both sides of the escalators also can be fixed because it didn't look too good walking in and needing to walk down the stairs because only one of the escalators was functional and moving up. So I just think maybe more maintenance and upgrade into those things could be a big help. read more

I didn't realize that there are multiple AMC theaters-three to be exact-in the Burbank Town Center region until I recently stumbled upon this one. The entrance is only a few feet from the (free) garage, making it extremely convenient when you're rushing to make the previews. AMC Burbank Town Center 6 is the smallest out of the three AMCs in the area (AMC Burbank Town Center 8 and AMC Burbank 16). Honestly though, there's a certain charm with smaller theaters, especially if you don't want to deal with the hassle of crowds. This theater is located behind the Burbank Town Center, so if you're coming here definitely park at this garage than the other ones. Because it's so tucked away, parking is ample. This AMC is located downstairs, so you'll have to take the stairs getting down there (but there's also an escalator and elevator for those who need them). Because it's downstairs, cell phone service is going to be wonky and practically non-existent. Oh no! No one's phone is going to go off and ruin your moviegoing experience - the humanity! The screens are consistent with the other AMCs in the area, so whatever you watch is going to look great and sound awesome. The recliner seats are uniformly good but deep (you'll be surprised how low you can go!). The theater itself seemed to be well-maintained with not much trash running amok. Overall if you're in Burbank and want to see a movie, don't sleep on AMC Burbank Town Center 6! It's been a while since I've been back to this theater. Still love it! Conveniently located near the Burbank mall. Lots of parking in the structure. The inside is nice and clean. They have the big comfy reclining chairs. It's a great go to if you're coming with little kids. Usually not as crowded as the other locations. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Visited: 11/3/25 This theatre has plenty of convenient parking in the nearby garage. When I went to watch Zootopia 2, there were only two employees working, and they were both very easygoing. I visited during a non-busy time, so there was only one other group besides us. Our food came out quickly, and the concessions stand was tidy and well-stocked. The restrooms were also very clean. The theatre itself was clean, the reclining seats were comfortable, and the temperature was set at a perfect level. The audio and projection quality were both great. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience! One important thing to note is that the movie started about 30 minutes after the scheduled time due to ads. This was mentioned on the app, but I just wanted to give a heads up in case others weren't aware. Additionally, while the food was ok, it was quite expensive for the taste quality and portion sizes. Lastly, there was no cell service in the area, so we were unable to access the internet or receive phone calls, which was inconvenient. Still a hidden gem of an AMC, very indie underground style, both literally and aesthetically. Recently came here for Sinners and now The Naked Gun reboot with Liam Neeson, Pamela Anderson aka Pam An, Paul Walter Hauser, CCH Pounder, Busta Rhymes and Liza Koshy to name a few. I've been an AMC A-lister Stubs member for the last six years and do my best to see a movie a week. And enjoying movies with someone always makes them more fun, but also nothing wrong with a solo date. This indie style six theater AMC is located just outside the Burbank Town Center next to Barnes & Nobles, CPK (California Pizza Kitchen) and a small plaza of "prequel" businesses in front of Macy's. They have a multilevel shared parking lot and a few points of access from 1st Street and/or San Fernando Boulevard. When you enter they scan your tickets right away or you can purchase tickets via their kiosks and/or with a person, though today there was only the one person scanning by the steps and escalators. For some reason even though the the escalator going down was being service, the AMC crew member was facing in a direction as if it was working and I almost got on the escalator going down. Luckily bae caught/stopped me before I had a accident o.o - I 100% blame myself, but will say when things aren't functioning shifts can be made to help things run smoother like scanning away from the escalators lol I'm sure it's just the way the run things and the crew just does their job. When we took the steps down it was pretty mellow 150pm show time. The concessions line was lite, clean and plenty of things stocked up as well as people working here and even the MacGuffins Bar before happy hour #MyKindOfBar Restrooms are directly to the left from the stairs/escalator and elevator which is my the ticket booth at top. Fountain Freestyle drink, condiment and essentials like napkins just based the bathrooms and bar area. We got some comfy seats, but the AC was either on some odd temp like 75 rather than 70 or less during the tail end of a heatwave in LA. I'm definitely spoiled at the AMC 16 which always sets their theaters on the cooler side. It was full theater with rarely any seats, but we managed to get seats with very few people in our row, so not sure why this wasn't lowered like they did for Sinners and other films I've seen here - my only true grievance. Very busy by the time we got out closer to 4pm, the lobby of course was a perfect cooler temp. All the theaters have full recline spacious seats. It was fun to show bae how to use them since he's not an AMC member. Staff here is still very easy going as well as friendly. Will try to see something here late night soon to help beat the heat just incase the AMC AC at the 6 and escalator (down) are still on the fritz. As an AMC A-List member, I visit AMC Burbank 8 and AMC Burbank 16 regularly and have never had an issue. Unfortunately, my experience at AMC Burbank 6 today was disappointing. When I arrived, I had a very small bag of chips with me. Employee Leslie immediately told me I could not enter with them. While I understand theaters have policies regarding outside food, the interaction felt unnecessarily abrupt, especially since I've never encountered this issue at the other Burbank AMC locations. I asked to speak with a manager and was directed to Cynthia, who repeated the same information but did not offer any additional assistance or explanation. I then asked to speak with the General Manager and was told he was located at AMC Burbank 16. After walking over to that location, I was informed by another manager that he was unavailable and that they did not know when he would be working. The lack of consistency between locations and the inability to speak with a General Manager after making the effort to do so left me frustrated. As a frequent AMC customer and A-List member, I expect better customer service and clearer communication. Based on this experience, I will likely avoid AMC Burbank 6 in the future and am reconsidering whether my A-List membership is still worth keeping. read more

I am a A-Lister PLUS a lifelong avatar fan! We drove an hour to Burbank to watch the avatar aang movie, since it was only showing in this Burbank theater and in New York. This AMC is pretty small, similar to the Gardenwalk AMC, but it's pretty clean and has ESCALATORS!!! The seats were pretty clean and very comfortable to sit in, although I was surprised they are a red leather lol. I was surprised how roomy it is when you walk in front of the seats, even when they're reclined. Free parking near the theater is a plus! read more

Stadium seats are the way to do it! We saw a great music documentary, which required only the best sound system. Luckily for us, Burbank AMC has it! Comfy seats and quality sound was perfect. There are plenty of concession stands, and nice staff ready to help us find our seats. Next door is where you'll find the parking lot I'll definitely return when I'm in California. read more

This is the smallest of the Burbank AMCs, and if you enter from the mall it can be a bit tricky to find the first time. But once you know where it is, you can park right across the way in the parking structure and essentially step right into the theater! What I love most is that a lot of lesser known/indie movies are played here, and since it's a smaller theater they all have big, reclining seats. Employees have always been friendly when I've gone! One of the 3 fantastic AMC 30 locations in Burbank, and a real gem in a never-too-crowded parking lot. My wife and I find ourselves at this theater at least 2-3 times per month, and we love that it's got the comfortable recliners in every theater, and that they regularly show some of the limited release and indie films in the theaters. The place is never crazy busy like the 16 gets, and is right there next to the CPK, which makes for a nice combo and a fun date night out. Big fan of this location! read more

7 years later, and this is STILL my favorite movie theatre. I almost hate to share it with others... it's THAT good. The attached parking garage is so convenient, that you can literally park just steps from the entrance. They have a full BAR that serves mixed drinks as well as beer, in addition to the concession stand stocked with all the sodas, snacks and food you could want. If all that isn't enough, the theatres are the nicest I've been to, hands down. Always clean. The seats are HUGE and well spaced, so you have lots of privacy, and about as Covid-friendly as you can get with our new normal, of on-going space desired amongst strangers. Service was horrible. One of the managers yelled at me face to face in the theater to put my phone away. I explained that I was trying to get another set of tickets to the same movie because we were late. She then yelled at me again to do it on my own time. I told her to get out of my face and she had security escort me and my 15 year old daughter out of the theater on her birthday. I left the theater in tears. They really ruined my daughter's birthday surprise to see the limited time version of the Avatar air bender. We both went home crying after driving 2 hours from riverside to see it together. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a theater. Please don't go there, they will ruin your time too. read more

This is a smaller theater but it's nice and quaint if you're looking for a low key theater experience. We went on a Wednesday evening and there was basically no one there. The staff count was pretty low as well. The theaters are small but they have the nice big reclining seats which is crucial at this point for me when going to watch a movie. All in all I'd definitely go back again as I prefer a chill movie watching experience. You can park in a few different places. But I parked by Macys and that worked out well. Went to a movie here today and found the seating to be very comfortable. I also like how the seats are stadium style so you don't have to worry about people in the row in front of you blocking your view. The theater was very clean, which includes the floor, seats and restrooms. I didn't order from the concessions, but the popcorn smelled fresh. This is the smallest of the Burbank theaters, so the sound is more basic. The theater I was in had a little bit of sound issues at some parts of the film but for the most part, it was an enjoyable experience. I like how it's easy to navigate and figure out where your theater is at. Parking is super easy in the attached garage and there's always ample spots. read more

First time coming to this quaint AMC, and I must say that I love it! It's easy access not congested at all. It's also very clean and they keep it up. I love the way how it's lowkey hidden...this definitely reminds me of a speakeasy ...I like that, so you know I will be Back!!! The theatre I was in was very clean and I like how it's set up, Cumffy seats, and spacious. However, they only have 6 stadiums, so it makes it limited on movies, but it's ok. You know sometimes less is better. Overall, it's a good small theatre. Not far from my house, and the parking is free and right next to Amc. Literally 40-50 steps. Haha how convenient is that ???? Today, I went to see the movie, "Back On The Strip." I chose this AMC, because, It was close to home. Nevertheless, I am glad, I came. I use to come here all the time back in the day. I forgot how nice this AMC was. This AMC is small and quant with only six theaters. It's very clean with no long lines or overcrowding. The service is great. I've been coming to this location on & off since the early 2000s. It's gone from brand new top of the line theatre to a little run down & in need of a bit of an overhaul. However, picture & sound quality has always remained good. The theaters are stadium seating with reclining chairs which is great, but they're incredibly deep so if you're sitting towards the back, you feel like you're way too far back & the screen looks smaller than it should. That's the price you pay for being one of the early iterations of 'premium seating.' I love that the parking lot is right outside & it's a massive structure so you can easily find parking. It's not like the other 2 AMCs within walking distance where you either have to fight to find a parking spot in a nearby lot or park a bit away & have to walk. It's also free parking so you don't have to worry about paying or getting their early for a bit to eat beforehand (or stay late getting one afterwards). Staff is okay. I've yet to encounter an employee who's gone outta their way to be friendly/helpful, but I've also never come across someone who was rude or negative in any way. Most people working here are here for the paycheck. But at least they seem to care enough to do what needs to be done. At the end of the day, if I'm going to see a movie in Burbank, I'd rather it be at this location. Sure the 16 is more flashy/up to date, but I just know I'll have a more relaxed experience from start to finish at the 6. read more

This is my go to theater in Burbank. The parking is great and you're right across the street from an In-N-Out Burger. Which means dinner and a movie! If you have an electric car, I would recommend plugging in at the charging stations located at the mall. It's a great place to get a charge while you watch a movie. I hadn't been to the movies in ages, and my visit recently to the AMC Burbank 6 reignited my love of seeing movies on the big screen! Now it has actually been *years* since I last saw a movie in theatres. The Burbank 6 on the smaller side, which I like because it wasn't too crowded when I visited. It's basically in a basement. Stairs down lead you to the concession stand, oh boy! THEY ALSO HAVE A BAR. I REPEAT, THEY HAVE A BAR. I've never just ordered a drink and taken it into a theatre. I am behind the times. Kim Crawford and I really enjoyed the Barbie movie. The seats also recline! Oh boy was I comfy. Now for the snacks! I got the nachos and my friend got a popcorn. With the two glasses of wine we ordered, we were in for 70 bucks! It all of a sudden became a very expensive movie outing. Of course with booze it would have been less. My nachos were good and they gave me fresh jalapeños upon request to go with them! They have candy and pretzels and all the other good stuff. When we were there, we had to wait a while at the bar to be helped even though they weren't that busy, but you can order your snacks at the bar too which was convenient. I always enjoy going to see a good movie. This is one of favorite places to go as it has a combination of convenience and comfort. The wife and I went to see Deadpool and Wolverine and decided on theater 3. It was great seating in comfortable recliner seats. The movie view level was good and on point. The convenience aspect comes into play not only from a parking perspective but also a food perspective as it's in the mall and your able to enjoy a dinner beforehand and then grab some popcorn inside the theater for the movie. Nothing amazing, but decent, free parking with a big garage, so no stress here, clean restrooms, your regular movie experience. Went to watch Mission Impossible last night (9:30pm show theater 2) we sat in the very back row. We were two hours into the movie when I started hearing a little nibbling sound I looked over to my right, and I saw something move. As I slightly jumped from the motion, I then saw a giant rat crawl up the wall vertically above us, and then disappeared. I was so freaked out and uncomfortable for the remainder of the film. We enjoy this theater because it's more low-key than the ones down the street but after last night I don't think will be returning anytime soon. read more
