Smaller than other AMCs I've been to. However, the seats are nice- especially for couples- they can cuddle! Also our seats didn't recline and I asked someone at the counter who was super nice- she came and fixed it!

I saw Is God Is at this theater it was my first it located in the mall and is one of the smallest of the AMC theaters! The theater I was in was so small maybe like 20-25 seats! I had never seen or been in a theater that small. It was very intimate so I found that to be a positive! Service was fast and efficient!

Called more than once to talk and ask questions for my family member that requires more than basic assistance. Did not pick up, and constantly went to voicemail. Pick up the phone and say "sorry we're busy may I put you on hold for a few minutes." Instead nothing. This is why Cinemark is better.

This theatre definitely feels like the long forgotten &/or ugly stepchild of the 'AMC Burbank 30' as I call all 3 of the theaters in this area. The screen & sound quality is just as good as the other 2 theaters, but the seats all feel out dated and because the seating isn't stadium, it feel like the theaters I grew up in in the 80s & 90s where you could still have a tall person partially block the view of the screen for you. I doubt that'll happen since the rows of seats are spread out a bit, but it definitely gives off that 'old school' vibe. The staff is friendly and they do keep the theaters clean. But, it's still a theater I try to avoid. I'd rather go to the AMC 6 or the AMC 16 which are both within walking distance. This theatre is definitely an 'only if necessary' theatre in my eyes. Will you have a bad experience? Probably not. But there are definitely better experiences literally right next door.

This is a great no frills AMC theater located on the third level of the Burbank mall. It's a typical "suburban" AMC that's on the smaller side and doesn't have all of the premium formats that the bigger ones do. The seats are nice and comfy and spacious and recline. The staff does a great job of cleaning here and I've never encountered a sticky seat (just maybe a few popcorn kernels that got stuck between the seat. This is a great place to watch indie films as they screen some more smaller films that don't get a wide release. The staff here is always friendly. I've never purchased food or beverages here but they do have a small bar here. Parking is super easy in the mall's parking lot.

This is the smallest of the AMC theaters in Burbank. This theater takes cash but they never have change. Every time I try to pay cash at the concession stand, the worker says they don't have change, like literally not even five bucks. You would think they would have at least something. It's not like I'm buying $5 worth of stuff and trying to have them break a $100. If the total is $27, I'll give $30 but they still can't do it. It's not a onetime thing, either. Second thing I hate is how small the theaters are . They only have about five rows, so even if you sit in the back , you still feel too close to the screen. Icee machines have been out the last two times. The theater does have reclining seats and is kept clean for the most part. Location- Second floor of the mall Parking- Mall parking. Easy to find a spot I'll still come here as a last resort but I recommend the AMC 6 or the 16 to catch a movie

My wife and I are AMC A Listers! And we love going to the show a minimum of 3 times a week. We also take advantage of the other perks like upgrading our drinks and popcorn . We also have the luxury of seeing the new movie showing a day early! We just saw the new Superman movie, it was fun and exciting. A little twist to the movie, but I wouldn't ruin it for people that haven't seen it yet!

I just love this theater. The staff is friendly. You can request the popcorn cooked nice and hot. One thing I love about this theater is the recycling seats. I bring a blanket because I don't know about the temperature sometimes. It just make it cozy to enjoy your movie.

I do like this theater. It's always clean and never too busy. The theaters themselves are smaller than the others in the area... much smaller. The seats are comfortable, the sound quality is good, and the employees are very helpful. It is a bit of a nuisance for patrons with handicap or accessibility needs. There are some stairs to go up when your theater is down one of the hallways. There is a lift, but that causes a slight inconvenience. The food court area is small but gets the job done! I tend to go here when the other AMC theaters aren't offering showings with the recliners. Overall, it's a solid place to enjoy a movie. I will be returning!!! Enjoy! #jsho

The stadium was Dolby, which was my fav especially to see Spider-man. Good movie and huge stadium. The only con I did have was that the escalator was down. It was so many stars to take. I'm in shape and was tired and hot when I made it to the entrance. Hopefully it will get fixed soon :) or by now. I will come back here soon no doubt!! Summer blockbusters, big screen action, 3-D thrills, and comfortable seating makes this theater a preferred option for us. My butt is happy too, even during longer showtimes. *** ScreenX *** This is the newest edition to their theater lineup. The 270-degree immersive view with multi-projection system gives you a little more picture along the side walls. Personally, I'm a fan, but also the comfy, oversized, pleather seats make longer films more worth it. We saw "Minions & Monsters" here and got a little more of "Eyelene" plus Minion shenanigans as if we were inside the animated story. *** XL *** This theater gives you a bigger screen with crisp, 4K Laser Projection. Great for Marvel Universe flicks. Toy Story 5 was also fun since we felt like we were eye level with Woody, Buzz, and the entire Pixar crew. *** IMAX *** Got to see several IMAX 3D pics over the years. The ginormous curved screen gives you the illusion of a more panoramic experience without warping the visuals. I imagine we'll be see Christopher Nolan's epic tale, "The Odyssey", in this theater very soon. *** AMC Stubs Membership *** We have an AMC Stubs Membership and it helps us squeeze in more big screen action, rom-coms, thrillers, superhero flicks, and animation's finest all year long. The perks pay off when we apply our rewards to buy things like popcorn, drinks, and snacks. There's always an upgrade in popcorn - from normal to gigantic and we get free refills. The Fanta-Coke machine is prob my tastebuds' fave since I love experimenting with pineapple, peach, grape, fruit punch, cherry, and all the other soda options. The ICEE machine is always stocked with cherry + coke flavor, but I haven't been lucky enough to try the dragonfruit yet. Oh, and the Bavarian Pretzel is massive and can feed a small family in the snacks department. Cheese dipping sauce is good. *** McGuffins Bar *** Love that you can order a thematic, foufou cocktail from the theater bar and infuse a little from the movie you're watching. AMC Stubs Membership discounts didn't apply. *** Movie Geeks Love It *** I enjoy looking at the walls and seeing the various iconic filmmakers and actors on the murals. There's always a prop from a recent movie behind glass (like Knoxville's suit from "Jackass"). And in the ladies bathroom, I like to test my movie quote knowledge. It's not just the recent movies, but also classics that have crawled into my heart over the years. *** Parking *** Free parking garages are adjacent to this complex. Street parking can also be found. There are three covered parking garages within a two-block radius. And that's a wrap!

There's a convenient parking garage located right beside the theatre and you can easily walk in and have your tickets scanned before going downstairs into the theatre. I appreciated their great customer service as my friend group and I were very excited to watch Spiderman. The movie screen and the chairs were great quality. Everything about this spot was perfect and everything ran smoothly. We loved our experience here!!! We had Theater 1 and the recliner seats were comfortable and even though we sat all the way on the sides, we had a very good view of the large screen and felt immersed. The popcorn was surprisingly cold upon eating and tasted alright, but overall nothing too unpleasant it was probably just not a fresh batch. I also love that there's also a bar here with movie-themed drinks so you have good options here!!! I wish there was more cardboard stands/photo ops for the movies because there was only one so something to note. I do know this theatre is on the smaller side so it makes sense. I hope both sides of the escalators also can be fixed because it didn't look too good walking in and needing to walk down the stairs because only one of the escalators was functional and moving up. So I just think maybe more maintenance and upgrade into those things could be a big help.
