She was so patient with me and explained everything step by step, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and that my eyes weren't burning or bothering me. She is seriously so kind, generous, and full of grace -- and she has the most amazing appreciation for teachers, which meant so much to me. Also, people... she is a JACK OF ALL TRADES.
