Noting I had my receipts and had no problem with the 15% restocking fee and all items I returned were in the same shape as I received them. As I also mentioned to the sales representative I prefer to return additional materials so they do not go bad or get damaged until the next project. This allows for less waste overall. It was very disappointing because of the quality of service originally provided. I will no longer shop at this supplier. It will be worth my time to drive to suppliers further away. All because they l lacked the ability to have a decent attitude.

My boat has been in shop at West Coast for months…read more I purchased a sacrificial anode and bolts online from Yamaha and it needed to be installed before I put boat in water. The bolts were too short. Ian helped me find them and they were a bit thick when I tried to use them. Returned and I may have forgotten to mention they were Japanese. Ian got me the metric bolt with the proper length and they worked great. Ian was friendly and so helpful. The bolts were very inexpensive but the customer service was great, these were critical for my boat. Thank u Ian.

WOW. Talk about RUDE…read more I called the "owner" just now (name: Irving) and simply started the conversation by asking if he is the owner or a manager. Immediately he gets defensive and says, "Why?!" in a RUDE tone. I reply, "Well, I'm a potential customer, but I'd like to deal with someone who is in a managing position so that I basically have a direct contact - someone who would be willing to work directly with me." He gets all snotty and downright patronizing, goes on to say, "Well, I AM the owner, I have over 40 years of experience, tell me what you want and we'll see if we can help you." He says all of this in a CONDESCENDING tone. What the hell? And you're the "owner?" If you're looking for rude customer service from the actual "owner" of this company, by all means, give them a try. Why would they only give someone 90 ft.² when they paid for 100 ft.²? That is not how you do business. I thought I was more than 90 ft.² short and could not get a hold of the manager. She answered the phone one time and after that no one was available to help me. I had to drive almost an hour to pick up the rest of the veneer because my workers had to finish that day. To top it off they blamed my workers for not counting the stone. Why do I need to count the stone when they should be giving me the right amount? They didn't lay out the stone, they just threw it all in a box. My workers had to be at my house for almost 2 extra hours because they didn't give me the right amount. My worker also mentioned that they're usually short when he gets product from there. How does that make any sense? Cheats, that's what they are. I went and got samples and used their bathroom. Next trip I spent $1000 and they wouldn't let me use their bathroom. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience, please take your money elsewhere!! They did end up giving me my extra 10 ft.² but the experience the worst!:/

Trimm's came in well below the other quotes AND because of the time of year, they gave us two months for the initial rent and then a reasonable cost if we went over the two months. We ended up using the scaffolding for a total of 3 months and it was still half the cost of other companies. The crew were efficient in the installation and the removal. In looking at the one review from Sue, I'm not sure why it would be the scaffolding crew's job to remove nails from another person's job- they didn't need to pick up after any contractor or homeowner nor would I expect them to. Again, thank you to the Trimm's crew and their office team for the price and the service.
