Why would they only give someone 90 ft.² when they paid for 100 ft.²? That is not how you do business. I thought I was more than 90 ft.² short and could not get a hold of the manager. She answered the phone one time and after that no one was available to help me. I had to drive almost an hour to pick up the rest of the veneer because my workers had to finish that day. To top it off they blamed my workers for not counting the stone. Why do I need to count the stone when they should be giving me the right amount? They didn't lay out the stone, they just threw it all in a box. My workers had to be at my house for almost 2 extra hours because they didn't give me the right amount. My worker also mentioned that they're usually short when he gets product from there. How does that make any sense? Cheats, that's what they are. I went and got samples and used their bathroom. Next trip I spent $1000 and they wouldn't let me use their bathroom. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience, please take your money elsewhere!! They did end up giving me my extra 10 ft.² but the experience the worst!:/

I specifically ordered 1/3 cobble rock based on what I saw there. However, when the truck delivered the material and dumped it in my driveway, I realized the rocks were much smaller and did not match what I had originally selected at the shop. Unfortunately, I didn't check the load in the truck before it was dumped. At that point, I had no real option to refuse the delivery since the rocks were already blocking both my driveway and part of the road. I was forced to move forward and use the material in my landscaping. This experience felt very misleading, and I'm disappointed with the lack of consistency and transparency. Times have changed. I went to the location in roseville near blue oaks where they sell trim and do windows and doors. I think the door shop has moved there also. I went to the reception desk to order some crown that they no longer stock, and i knew that. I asked the girl if she knew an approximate time the truck that delivers the trim delivered there. She said she didnt. I said does someone know maybe in the warehouse what window i would have. She said no. I went to another desk and that lady said the same thing. I was getting annoyed that no one would give me a window. Another guy came out and he said the same thing. I went out to my truck got on the phone to the other home wood in rocklin and jenny said usually by ten but the keleher truck is here now. How come no one at the roseville location knows this. Because they dont want to tske the time to help. I oredered the trim there to be shipped to the rocklin store and they told me my credit card was declined. I gave them my debit card and they told me it was declined. I said i see what you are doing. Left there went to rocklin and ordered my crown there ans asked chris what time keleher gets there and he said there alreday gone but they were early. How come the rocklin homewood formerly meeks knows this and not one of the five people at roseville do. Well its because the folks at rosevill homewood dont care. They also have different kinds of patio on the display which is outside. My boat has been in shop at West Coast for months…read more I purchased a sacrificial anode and bolts online from Yamaha and it needed to be installed before I put boat in water. The bolts were too short. Ian helped me find them and they were a bit thick when I tried to use them. Returned and I may have forgotten to mention they were Japanese. Ian got me the metric bolt with the proper length and they worked great. Ian was friendly and so helpful. The bolts were very inexpensive but the customer service was great, these were critical for my boat. Thank u Ian.
