As NY foodie I was super excited to see the sign on the Hwy with a NY looking bagel, thick with fresh looking ingredients, wrapped in deli paper and sliced down the middle for ease of eating. My daughter and I immediately went in search of this business. I was excited to see signs inside stating they were in fact NY style bagels, they had Boars Head deli meat (there is no other domestic meat for a New Yorker) and they had the Chai tea that I had been craving. I was contemplating asking for the breakfast egg Sandwhich I saw in the photo, despite it being afternoon, but I caught a glimpse of pre-made cold eggs in their fridge. No one wants reheated eggs. My daughter and I both settled for BLT bagels with mayo. What we got was a tiny, messy salad on bagels. Hers came with mayo, mine was forgotten. Each bagel had the very thin end of a Roma tomato. The tomato did look fresh but there was little of it. Each bagel had two crisp pieces of bacon criss crossed and messy tiny pieces of lettuce. Neither was wrapped in deli paper, nor sliced in half for easy eating. My daughter enjoyed her bagel but instantly seriously dissapointed, I decided to wait until I get home where I will add mayo, more tomato, more bacon and possibly, since why not?, an egg and avocado. My Chai tea was ok but quite spicy and nothing like the tea I had in Kenya or at any Indian restaurant. All in all after tip, my bill was over $19 for two bagels with messy salad on them and an ok small cup of tea. In NY a bagel is less than $2 alone so I assume I paid big bucks for the 4 pieces of bacon, two tiny slices of tomato, messy lettuce and one slather of mayo. The server was nice and looked eager to do a good job but clearly needed more training as he was unsure as to where certain items were and didn't put together a quality item. Sadly, I don't think we will be going back. Maybe if we are dying for just a bagel with nothing in it. The atmosphere was OK but cuter on the outside than inside. They did have a dog bowl outside for water for your dog which I thought was sweet. read more

We stopped for an early lunch and hot tea w steamed almond milk. They had delicious breakfast bagels, pastries and chicken salad. I loved the chicken salad on a croissant. The croissant was flaky, fresh and plain wonderful. The chicken salad was a homemade recipe. Yum. The breakfast sandwich on a bagel was also nice. They had a great selection of bagels. This is a review In Connection to a blog post and local restaurant reviewer. This place is in a very nice area of downtown ozark. Their service speed is great in the mornings and the coffee is good. The atmosphere is cold and I was not greeted upon entry though others were. If that style is up your ally this is the place to go low key and not too fussy as it is 8 am I can somewhat understand the lack of enthusiasm from the staff. Nevertheless the place is beautiful someone clearly see that this place is a gem and their treating the interior that way. read more

We just stopped in as we were passing through Ozark Al. Man I'm sure glad we did. The coffee was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly and seemed like they were genuinely having fun and enjoying what they do. I wish I would have taken a bite of my pastry inside before I left because it was unbelievably good and my compliments go out to whoever made it! If I lived close by I'd be a regular. Excellent coffee and good service. The cafe is cute with a decent amount of seating. Free Wi-Fi . We were visiting from out of state and went here several days in a row (closed on Sundays). That staff could definitely work on being more friendly :) we tried their latte's, regular coffee, espresso, croissants ( chocolate too) and their breakfast sandwich. The food was very good. LOVE it!!! This place is really great for a mellow Saturday morning. We really enjoyed the gorgeous space and bright beautiful windows with a view to the downtown square. Their croissants and pain au chocolat are RÉAL and FANTASTIC! I rarely buy croissants state-side because they're heavy bricks that taste terrible. Not here! We bought the bagel sandwiches and those were quite delicious as well. I liked their lattes and appreciated that there was an option to substitute cow's milk for almond milk and soy milk.There's plenty of socially distant seating, friendly faces, and fabulous treats! Stopped by today for the first time. My hubby and I just moved here and looked up coffee shops before we arrived. We were downtown turning our utilities on and stopped by. It's a cute little coffee shop. Limited variety. We went up to the counter and ordered an iced caramel latte, and my hubby ordered an iced caramel breve. The guy pretended to look for it in his computer system and then told us he couldn't make an iced breve. We just agreed to not make a fuss. I used to be a manager for a coffee hut for years. An iced breve is an iced latte with half and half instead of milk . I would make sure your employees know how to make all coffee beverages before they are put on shift. Coffee was decent. My husbands was way too sweet though. For them ending up being the same drink, they were completely different shades. Most likely won't be back. read more
