Polymeric sand swept into place (2). But Jon worked so patiently. Carefully making multiple runs with the machine over all 400 square feet of patio. Settling the sand fully into the grooves. No shortcuts. No chipping ofna single paver. Yet everything was compacted tightly. I just have to add an "after" pic showing the results. What a class act of professionalism all around. My neighbors hired these guys for snow removal. As they were clearing my neighbors sidewalk they…read moredumped the snow on my portion of the sidewalk that I am responsible for clearing. By the time I had noticed this there was a significant pile of snow deposited on my section of the sidewalk. I went to go talk to them and asked them to deposit the snow on the strip between the road and the sidewalk (which is what everyone else in the neighborhood does) and remove the pile they had created on my portion of the sidewalk. The worker became argumentative and combative, ignored my request and ended up driving off shortly after. I tried to call, message, and email the company to resolve the issue. All to no avail. One thing to note is it is illegal to remove snow and place it on someone else's property or public way.

He uses vague language as to what exactly the scope of his work will cover. I tried multiple times, but failed to get him to spell out whether his price included what I had asked him to do. He throws in a "base price" at you for "what HE wants to do" but not what YOU asked him to do; then he wants to charge you extra for this and extra for that. Don't waste your time. Tree service companies are dime a dozen and there's no need to deal with unethical people.

They brought back a dump truck full of mulch and put it on all the beds--even passing the wheelbarrow full of mulch time after time up over the shoulder -high stone wall onto the hillside to get the mulch in all the right places. They are hard-working, thorough, and very fairly priced. And they are NICE. Please don't tell your friends-- because I want them to be available to use again in the fall. Amazing!!
