Out of all the places I called, this was the only shop that called me back right away and said they could look at it immediately and would even stay open past closing to help--which they did. I had my car towed over, and from the moment I got there, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Israel, the owner, took a look at my car right away! He replaced several parts for a fair price, kept us in the loop the whole time, and quickly figured out what was going on. I ultimately decided to get my car towed back to Houston. He let me keep the car there for a couple of days while I arranged a tow, held onto the keys, and personally gave them to the tow truck driver and sent us photos/updates when they arrived. Israel went above and beyond. He was seriously amazing--so kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful and knowledgeable when I needed it most. If you ever need work on your car, this is the place to go. Thank you, Israel!
