Awesome. I just bought an 85 CJ-7 from a coworker and needed to tow it to my house in a hurry. I called Mike at Lopez Towing at 945pm, and my new toy was at my house by 11. He brought his truck all the way to the fourth floor of a parking garage and picked up the jeep, strapped it up and we were on our way. He's a veteran and really helps out the military, as he is one of the only tow companies that can get on bases. I'd highly recommend him to anyone, military or civilian, that needs a tow. Sadly for us, my boyfriend's car broke down on Highway 1, not even one week after purchasing it from a seller on craigslist. What bad luck, right?!? We're still not sure what's wrong with the car yet, but it basically died on us close to Waipahu as we were driving from town to Ewa, at 10:15pm. I immediately went through my phone to search for towing companies around the area, and at that time, only one was open, which was Lopez towing. I spoke to Mike, who was the owner, and he was very nice and professional. He got down the exact details of where we were and was able to meet us at his ETA, which was in about 45 min. It was a crappy wait, since we waited outside of the car in the dark, cold, wind, and rain. By the time Mike came, he cleared out room in his truck so we could get out of the rain, and we waited in the truck while he took care of our car. He was very accommodating to our needs, and was able to take our car to a shop out in Ewa, and then dropped us off at our place immediately after. Apparently, he's open 24/7, and works all day errday. We asked him when he sleeps, and he couldn't even give us an actual answer, stating that he just sleeps a few hours here and there, just whenever he isn't getting any calls. He was definitely a lifesaver for us, because all of the tow companies that we looked up were not open, and he was able to get us home safely and our car to a shop to get it repaired. Not only that, his services were VERy affordable, as our total was $100 for the towing. He calculated $60 for the actual towing, and $5/hour for every mile he has to take the car, which turned out to be 8 miles for us. The $5/hour rate was his nighttime rate, I guess after a certain time like 9 or 10pm. I was actually very happy with the service and thought the price was very good and reasonable. Mike is a very nice, professional, and humble owner and man. He seems to be very hardworking, and does his best to help others whenever he can. Called for a tow and was given an estimate of 45-60 minutes. Half hour later her was there! We met him at the visitors' center to escort the driver on base -- easy day. They charged about a third of what the other companies were quoting and they were able to tow our lowered car with "dollies" for an extra $30. The only thing we thought was weird was there was no paperwork for us to sign and no receipt for us. All in all that wasn't a deal-breaker but would've been nice for our records. read more

On 1/16/16 I my call stalled in PC. I did not have a regular tow man so I looked on-line and my BF pulled up Yelp. LOPEZ towing caught my eye on this list. Called the number listed above and I was able to get a tow truck an hour after calling with a price of $60 because several towing companies either didnt answer or return my call. The drive was easy and comfortable. I didn't get that awkward feeling while sitting there and the driver hooked everything up without damaging anything on my car. I was so impressed with their service the 1st time that I relied and used them to return my truck 2 days later to my home. Very professional and punctual. I couldn't believe what an incredibly kind thing Mike Lopez did for me: he happened to be going by the Tesoro station in Waipahu, saw me struggling to check the pressure in my tires and stopped to assist me.
