Overall Experience (10/10) - I can to visit this store for a pop-up and found out that they had a cafe at the store too. I was surprised for that. The parking in the Abbot Kinney area can be a bit though depending on the day and time and especially on the weekends. There is street parking and neighborhood parking for the post part. Store & Cafe - I ordered an Orange Matcha that had a good balance of Matcha and orange flavor. It was not a normal strong matcha flavor that one would expect but still tasted pretty decent. The food that they had for the Our Place x The Sculpt Society event was wonderful with a huge array of charcuterie stuff. The cups that I got were alls very cools and decent. Loved all the colors from the glassware collection. The green ones were very cute. Overall - It was cute store to check out and see all their cool appliances, kitchenware, and cooking ware. The store was nicely colored and I loved the esthetics of the store. The drinks were also a wonderful addition to the store's vibes. read more

I visited Our Place because of their collab with Portos. They have cool designs and unique colors for a stylish kitchen. There is also a cafe inside but $6.50 for a flat white? $8-9 lattes?! Overpriced! During the collab, they offered their classic cheese and guava refugiados with pistachio, and spiced chicken and labneh potato balls. 5 stars for the collab with Portos Cuban Bakery! I love pistachio so their refugiados was excellent! I skipped the potato balls. 3 stars for the coffee drinks pricing, overpriced! read more

This rating is based on the customer service and hibiscus iced tea. To be honest, I didn't understand this shop when we first came in. Coffee shop? Cookware? Turns out they sell cookware but added in a small coffee shop. We ordered a hibiscus iced tea which was AMAZING for the hot day and affordably priced. I wished we had gotten more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't speak to the quality of their cookware but it was beautiful. read more

I bumped into my dear friend Mer as I was walking down Abbot Kinney post my Le Labo visit! We walked for a while together, and she said have you ever been to this fabulous store. I had not. And, OMG, gorgeous cooking supplies that are beautifully designed and I was made sooo welcomed there... I didn't buy anything however I will in the future because it is everything I want in the things I homechef nightly. And what a friendly and knowledgeable manager! She took her time and showed me everything and talked with my friend about the stuff that she has bought before and it was just a delightful experience! On June 8th I gave a very poor review of the pots and pans due to issues with the order that was on sale for mother's' day, and they could not find any tracking of the delivery. This went on for weeks and my card was charged as well. Finally my order was received. Also a pan that was gifted to me two years earlier seems to be losing the coating. My frustration was the only phone number offered gives you a message to email customer support. Customer support was no help. I choose not to order product from companies' that do not have a live customer support. When the office manager Missy saw the review she immediately left me a message with a contact phone number that she answered. Missy then offered for me to keep the set I ordered as well as replace the two + year old pan with a new one, and credited my entire order. To make up for my lengthy inconvenience and much confusion my entire order was free. Now that is a company that truly stands behind their products. read more

A friend told me about Our Place and then gifted me their best seller. It was ordered online and delivered to my door. I wanted a different color so I called and was told I could exchange at the store as long as I had the order number. Went in, was greeted and helped immediately. The wonderful associate helped us pick the perfect color for our kitchens. I got the spice color. It's a beautiful clay color. The pan speaks for itself. This is the only pan you will ever need. Quality over quantity is always the way to go. We also got a strawberry boboa tea and a mango lemon drink which was just icing on the cake. Thank you for the lovely experience.
