The vibe inside is pretty similar to the other Hand and Stone locations and was overall a very relaxing atmosphere. I saw Elvira for a 50 minute massage with the aromatherapy scalp massage upgrade and it was amazing. I've done this upgrade before and had some therapists who either overlooked it or did very little and was still charged the full amount. Elvira was perfect and really paid attention to my requests for medium to firm pressure. I had a quiet session and the table warmer was set high, which I appreciated and really made for a relaxing session. I definitely want to come back and try this location again in the future. The parking was a little confusing initially: I entered the parking lot from Carrol, but there's actually a lot more parking in the back. It was perfect since I also had some errands to run in Southlake town center and the lot actually connects to the backend of it near Barnes and Noble. Definitely give this location a shot!

She didn't provide any aftercare instructions, and when I asked how long the results would last, her vague response was "it just depends how much oil-based products you use," which offered no real guidance. I don't use any, so this answer was especially frustrating. When the appointment was over, I truly couldn't tell what she did to my eyelashes as there was no difference from when I walked in to the end of my appointment. Not to mention, I had glue left all over my eyelids and tint dye smeared around my lash line and face, pictures attached. My brows still had wax residue, and sugar was matted into my hair. When I sat up, my hair was literally stuck to the table. I regret paying for these services and would not recommend this location to anyone for the services I received. The lack of professionalism and basic technique was shocking.

My esthetician was so rough that she left me bruised (I've been sugared many times and never bruise), admitted the bikini area "makes her nervous," and even left used sugar stuck in my eyebrow, on my shirt, and all over my legs. I submitted feedback through their internal review system, and they told me the esthetician was fired because of my appointment. I was promised a partial refund (even though the service deserved a full one), and nearly a month later I'm still waiting--despite calling four times to follow up. Each time I've been met with excuses and zero urgency to make things right. To make matters worse, one staff member told me they had never received complaints about this esthetician, while another admitted there had been many. Looking at other reviews on Yelp, it's clear my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I literally never write reviews but this business has shown me the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

Unauthorized Charges After Membership Cancellation - Euless Location…read moreI canceled my Hand & Stone membership in October and did not receive any charges for October, November, or December. In late January, I saw four unauthorized charges from the Euless location all at once. When I contacted the Euless location, I was informed that the new owners were not aware of the previous management's actions. Regardless of ownership changes, the lack of charges for several months clearly indicated that my membership had been canceled. Additionally, it required multiple follow-ups before I received written confirmation that my membership was canceled in the new system. Customers should not have to repeatedly request written verification to resolve an account issue. This situation reflects poor recordkeeping and inadequate oversight of customer accounts. It also appears, based on other reviews, that I am not the only customer who has experienced this issue. I spoke with Clarissa, a manager at this location, and advised that these charges are unauthorized. If a full refund is not issued, I will pursue further action through the appropriate channels. For these reasons, I recommend exercising caution when dealing with this location and monitoring all account transactions closely.
