The technician that assisted me was very pleasant. I believe her name was Priscilla and she was the manager. Priscilla was courteous and kind in offering me tea at the end when she noticed I had some congestion. She was very soft spoken and hard to hear sometimes also seemed shy. The service started at the very entrance of the store at a round table. I was greeted and told that the package purchased the "blossom me" was not available because they were out of those products for hair thinning/loss. I offered to reschedule and she told me they wouldn't be getting those products from Korea until next year and that they were going to add some red light therapy to make up for difference. They should have told me this when I booked since I told them the name of the package at that time. Honestly, I didn't like the fact a credit for the difference wasn't offered or that I wasn't given the option to add from the menu to make up for it. It felt like it was a rip off even if it wasn't it because I couldn't see the value in what they claimed they were adding on. The services starts at the very front of the store at a round table. They run a wand through your scalp for a minute where you see your hair follicles on a small iPad then she told me my hair was healthy just some inflammation on the back. She had me select an aromatherapy type of oil for the service which I asked to breathe in then she rubbed my shoulders for a second then proceeded to escort me to the back for the service. The service itself felt like a longer hair wash type of service that included some red light therapy and some scrubbing with a special tool. Honestly, I didn't see the value for what was charged. No real wisdom or education was shared about hair condition or care. It was very robotic. At the end they lightly dry your hair with a blow dryer. I have curly hair so she used a diffuser that she held close to the scalp which burnt a bit since the scalp was sensitive from exfoliation. You basically leave looking worse the you came in with your hair half wet. I would love to compare this treatment at other locations to see if I'm missing something. Other recommendations to the business. Have some tissue handy if your client needs to blow their nose or something else. I was told no tissue was available and was given makeup rounds to clean my nose. The set up is not super comfortable either cause you're lying for 1.5 hours in a massage table with no actual comfort. I recommended at the very least a pillow to elevate legs during service. I also recommend more sharing of what you're actually doing at time of service and education. In the end I felt that they have technicians without proper training. That was my take. I would much rather get a facial or get my hair dyed, cut and blown out than visit a head spa. I'm not going to say though that it's not good for the scalp as I'm sure the exfoliation alone is great but the value doesn't do it justice.

Something is always broken at this establishment- always! The staff, besides a couple, have zero customer service skills. Today I sat in the lobby with a robe on, a hair net, only to wait way too long for the next machine to be ready. I actually heard one employee say "yeah it's shooting out some solution but not enough for a good spray" as if they would consider allowing someone to still pay to use it! Unreal. I canceled to say the least.
