Now about the sauce, this is another key component to an Eggs Benedict and there wasn't much of it maybe a teaspoon and that was it. We brought up the hard boiled eggs to the waitress and we were told yeah you guys aren't the first to complain about that. Well if you know your cook is messing up orders then why isn't anything being done to rectify the situation. All in all for a $40 meal it was a complete let down and definitely not worth the time or the money spent on it.

The gravy needs some salt and pepper because it was pretty bland. The mashed potatoes and collards were excellent. The kid had quesadilla and liked it. Our server Eli, who worked very hard going up and down the stairs for all the tables upstairs, was professional and efficient.
