The Asada was full of flavor, not too greasy and the burrito was packed. With the addition of the homemade salsa verde and salsa roja, it was reminiscent of great burritos I've had in Los Angeles. A definite 5 stars. My partner had the Quesadilla con Pollo thinking it might be lighter but beware, it is a meal. Delicious but filling and oh so tasty with the accompaniment of the homemade salsas. While mozzarella isn't quite the same as queso blanca or queso fresco, it worked well. Seems some traditional ingredients are perhaps hard to get in this area. The menu covers the essentials (Burritos, Tacos, Tortas, etc.) and with mix and match choice of protein, it should cover most every taste. Options include bowls for those that want to forgo the delicious tortillas. Overall, a great find. Next time I'm in Burnsville or surrounding environs, I will be sure to hunt this place down. The meat was a bit tough and the salsa wiped out my taste buds by the spice. It curbed my craving, but wasn't something I'd run back for. I expected fresh chips and guacamole but was met with the equivalent of chips from a store and a mixed up version of a grocery store guacamole with added pickled onions.
