The team is great at always fitting us in to get our pet treated. From refilling her prescriptions, preparing her travel documentation for her trips and just overall the handling of my pet. They are honest and creat great game plans to approach you pet health.

Moose loves coming to the vet, they take great care of him since he was 14 weeks old (now 8 months old). When our poodle Khloe passed away due to kidney disease in May Los Coyotes took great care of us. A couple of weeks after we received a card in the mail offering condolences and it was very much appreciated. Everytime we visit office staff is friendly and so sweet to our animals. We highly recommend this place!

Dr. Choi is our vet.... She is so amazing with my little Yorkie and actually Dory doesn't let anyone else examine her. I bring all my doggies here. My mother is very happy with this place and everyone in there, that she also has me take her furbabies there. Last year in the smack of summer Dory got stung by a bee. It was her first time getting stung, and was going nuts and panting re. The stinger was still in her paw and I couldn't find it. Called the office and Victor said bring her in right away because Dory was panting so loud. Soon as I got there one of the girls found the stinger right away! I really do believe they saved her life! For that I will forever be grateful and recommend them to everyone!

Little nervous on his first visit. But, everyone treated him with great gentle care.

Came in for our puppies first visit and blood work to prep him for his neutering. The staff in front and in the back knew how to care for our puppy. Answered all of our questions and were very informative and friendly. They took time to examine everything. The facility is very clean and modern. Fees were very reasonable. Parking is right out in front and ample. Looking forward to making this our puppies home for veterinary care.

    Very friendly staff.

Consistently a great experience every time I come here with my two dogs; 8 yr old West Highland Terrier and my 2 yr old English bulldog. The visits are always quick and efficient. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is clean/well maintained and parking is a breeze. Rabies shots are affordable. Highly recommend.

Dr.Choi, Max is feeling better, still overweight but he did like the new Royal Canine dry food for his digestive system. So does Eddie. Thanks for the suggestion.

Free first time exam and $2 off Saturday vaccines!

First, let me say this place was amazingly clean, and even had refreshments in waiting area. The young lady at the counter was friendly and professional. You hand them your ID and health insurance card... and the rest is done on your phone.. so easy!!! I don't feel the wait was very long, especially for a weekend at an urgent care. I was seen rather quickly and my entire visit, including X-rays, results, medications and paperwork was just over an hour. I think I take longer at my regular doctor sometimes!!! Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor explained everything to me, they gave me some shots to get thru the day... and I think this was an amazing experience! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Unfortunately, 2 days after visiting, my experience left me frustrated and scratching my head. My main complaint is I was prescribed fluoroquinolone antibiotics (Cipro) for a sting ray sting, without any mention about the well documented risks associated with lasting tendon rupture and collagen matrix disruption. It was only once I'd done my research that I had to call to see if we can switch. One of the PA's (Paula, also exceptional) took my call and even said she was glad that I caught that and did not understand why I was prescribed Cipro when there are much safer alternatives out there. When I had gone in, I was also given a steroid shot to help with inflammation and left in the room for some time. I started to get quite nauseous and felt close to fainting. I had to step outside and call for someone, just to be told "yeah this happens often, forgot to warn you" and "you beat me to checking in on you." What's worse is I came to find out combining fluoroquinolones with corticosteroids (steroid shots) have been documented to a FOURTEEN (14!) FOLD increased risk of tendinopathy and tendon rupture (D. Baggio, M.R. Andana-Rajah, 2021). Why on earth would you combine a fluoroquinolone and corticosteroids? If there are safer antibiotics, why fluoroquinolone alone? The whole experience just feels medically untrained or professionally careless. I'm completely bewildered, and quite frustrated.

It only took a few minutes to be seen and get my blood drawn which only took one try which was nice. The quality of care was pretty fast and easygoing. Also they had mosquitos in the room and as my husband is having to restrain our daughter to hold her study during the pointless pain, he is getting bitten by mosquitos. So not only are they not efficient and not quality workers, the facility had mosquitos. If a zero start or negative could be given we would . Booking an appointment ahead of time is definitely recommended. My appointment was at 10 a.m. During check-in at the kiosk, it gave me the option to reschedule due to their busy schedule or to "continue." I chose to continue and told myself I'd wait about 20 minutes before considering rescheduling. Surprisingly, about 5 minutes later, I received a text saying, "Your Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly." I went to the lobby, where the front desk staff verified my information and told me they'd be with me soon. My name was called a little over 20 minutes later, and the actual blood draw took less than 5 minutes. Arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment so you'll have enough time to find parking. Friendly and professional staff overall.
