I've been coming to Los Dos for over 10 years. It used to be my go‑to spot in Parker for Mexican food and drinks, and I've brought a lot of friends and family here over the years. The last year has been a very different story. The food is still good and most of the staff is trying, but the way the place is run now makes it hard to enjoy being here. The AC is cranked so high that every time I'm in here my nose runs and I'm sitting there in a jacket. At this point, I pretty much just try to get through a drink and get out, because actually relaxing over a meal is almost impossible. You can look around and see other tables clearly cold and talking about it, and nothing changes. I'm not asking for the restaurant to be hot, just reasonably comfortable. When customers keep saying they're freezing and management still doesn't adjust, it feels like they just don't care about the people actually sitting in the seats. After a decade of being a regular, that's really disappointing. I want to keep supporting this place, but until the current management starts paying attention to the dining room and making it comfortable to sit and eat, I'll be coming here a lot less often. read more

Wow!! We've lived in this area for 4 years, and we can't believe this is the first time trying this place. We arrived around 4:50 on a Friday night, and it was already so busy! Luckily we were able to get seated right away - 2 adults + 1 high chair for baby. Not that I don't like company, but I've learned the smaller the group, the faster you'll be seated. Within 5 minutes of being seated, the waitress brought out fresh chips and salsa - my all time weakness!! The spicy salsa was so good! I believe every restaurant should have an immediate mini appetizer served right away especially for those of us who get hangry fast (me) and people who have to deal with it (my husband). My husband and I viewed the menu in advance (because who doesn't haha) and we knew exactly what we were going to order. He ordered the chamorro (pork hock) entree, and he loved it! He's not the biggest fan of Mexican food, but he truly enjoyed this one. The flavor was there, the pork fell off the bones, and he finished his plate clean. I ordered the carnitas since they only serve this on the weekend so I figured it'd be a special dish and it was! I don't know how you turn something so basic into something so good but the combination of everything on the plate fit perfectly together - rice, beans, pico, guacamole, carnitas + their homemade tortillas (made fresh right by the front of the door to the left as you enter). Came here with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is large and clean, servers were friendly and fast (and gave us extra salsa!) The steak burrito was amazing. The green chili isn't exactly my favorite style, but the whole burrito was delicious all together. The steak was plentiful and a great cut, cooked perfectly and tender in the burrito. Huge portions! 5/5 for a first visit! The chips and salsa are some of the best I've ever had in my life. Salsa is slightly spicy and richly flavored. They make their own tortillas in house and when you walk in, you can catch a glimpse. Service was wonderful and prompt. This spot is also a brewery, so great place to get Mexican food and grab a local brew, if that is your scene. Portions are big, so this is def a place you can split an entree. I got the beef taquitos which came with a generous serving of rice and refried beans as well as green chili to dip. Fun fact, this spot serves vegetarian green chili which is hard to find. A vegetarian friend said it was delicious. Overall, the spot is great for large groups or to celebrate a birthday. They have beer, wine and liquor on the menu. Food: The menu is extensive, featuring everything from tacos and fajitas to burritos and quesadillas. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are rich and authentic. I love the homemade flour tortillas and the slightly hot salsa, and if you like margaritas, try their house pomegranate flavor version because it's got a unique tasty balance. Service: Based on my own experience and observations, I find the staff to be friendly and attentive. I leave having had a pleasant dining experience. As other transplants know, good Mexican food can be hard to come by in Colorado. But I think I've finally found my go to place! Los Dos Portillos rocks! No matter what night you come here, this place is always busy which as we know is a great sign. The wait always is shorter than what they quote which I can appreciate since I too like to under promise and over deliver. Along with being quick with getting you seated, the service fast and friendly too. Their menu is extensive and sure to pleasure just about everyone....combination plates, steak, seafood, salad, kids menu, they have it all. The salsa here makes my heart sing, it has just enough spice and the flavor profile is delicious. The queso hits home as well. Bonus for having Coke products! My partner and I visited our family out here, we came for dinner and as soon as we entered I could hear the live Mariachi, which I thought was a nice touch! Considering we came in on Thursday night! I loved the ascetic of the place, looked so authentic down to the ladies making handmade tortillas, I was impressed! I actually ordered the tacos because I wanted to try the tortillas, I ordered ,1 chicken , 1 beef , and 2 Pastor. The pastor was really dry and I did not enjoy. The chicken and beef were delicious! I also deducted a star because of the presentation of the food, honestly this is a pretty important part for me. I was disappointed. Meh! We tried the Parker location after having not been impressed by the Castle Rock location last year and we're still not impressed. This is the typical Americanized "Mexican" food that lacks spice and flavor and was overall bland, blasé, and unremarkable. The house margarita tasted like they used lemonade and was horrible. The only redeeming thing we had was the ceviche. Got the barbacoa quesa tacos. Very good! Got a side of sour cream and made this dish top notch for me. Taco shell was nice and crispy. Meat seasoned just right. Service was prompt and friendly. I just picked up a $29 to go order and I asked if there was salsa included and he said that salsa would cost me an extra $2. All I wanted was a small side of salsa to go with my fajitas If I was eating in the restaurant, I could have as much salsa as I want!. $29 is a decent amount of money and warrants a small ramekin of salsa. We arrived after our work out at the gym thinking, no wait at 4:30 in the afternoon. Wrong, the place was packed and the wait for a table around 15-25 minutes. We were seated in 15 minutes. Rockstar ordered tacos and I ordered Steak Picano. What attracted me to this entree was the Jalapeno tomato sauce with onions over skirt steak. By the way the chips are good, and the salsa is amazing. Slight amount of heat to get your attention and delicious flavors in the salsa. The tacos were taco's, just like many other establishments. The steak was awesome. The sauce was delicious and poured over tendered/perfect slow cooked medium rare steak. Really large portions provide a second chance the next day to enjoy the entrees. Mexican restaurants are not typically none for their wine, but the red blend was good, and the pour was even better. The service was some of the best I have witnessed in the past year. The portion and presentation of the meals were very attractive. The flavor profile of the chicken enchiladas I ordered were lacking. I did appreciate the green salsa they used but overall, it needed something more for me. The table salsa was mediocre in my opinion - something I can find at another restaurant. It's very Tex-Mex which I'm not a huge fan of. I recommend this restaurant if you're into that. Next time I'll order the steak fajitas bc those looked amazing. Super friendly and attentive service with huge, and I mean huge, portions! We opted for a pitcher of their La Elegante margarita, a fun blend of blanco tequila, Patron Citronage, and Grand Marnier. An off menu item is their chile relleno nachos with carne asada but be prepared to pay a price for the extra meat. Chile relleno plate is a great traditional standby. I prefer mine soft so I appreciate this is an option. We ordered 2 sopapillas and were surprised at the personal pizza size. They were still a bit doughy so not the best. My husband and I had dinner at this location on 8/16/2025 and most likely won't return. Our service was very slow and our food was lukewarm and our waitress never checked on us. Been going to los dos since the early 2000s at holly and county line. The worst outdoor experience ever. Got a steak quesadilla with absolutely no cheese. It fell apart i had to eat it with a fork and knife. Waitress who spoke broken english at best was the slowest and could not understand basic english or requests. After the manager came by(all the problems he could have helped with have been taken away by the bussers). After having horrible inedible food, i wanted a marg, but was questioned in broken english, i asked why i am being questioned and they told me it was policy. Interesting excuse that has never been a fact for the last 25 years of going to los dos. Unwarranted judgement , lack of awareness, language barriers and poor service leads to the fact me or my extended family will never be back read more

I go to the hostess 45 mins later and was told someone had cancelled out my name. 2. Ordered a steak well done, and got one that was literally rare. . Normally I would just eat my food but it wasn't happening. The waitress took my food and brought me a new plate. 3. I'm not one to waste food but I did not finish my plate and decided not to take any leftovers home. Not good enough to reheat or eat later. 4. Im pretty lenient when it comes to Mexican so I thought some tres leches desert would redeem the night. This thing was more parched than the Sahara desert. Traveling when I stumbled on this place. Went in at like 1130am and the place was PACKED, but was still seated right away. Nice place, tons of parking and they were making FRESH tortillas right inside the door. AMAZING! Seated and waitress came with water, chips and salsa and took our order. I got the Molcajete. Literally like 10 minutes later, the waitress came a plate of beans, rice, guacamole and sour cream, quickly followed my my order. The Molcajete was so good, see the pic. Hands-down one of my new favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. Met 4 of my girlfriends for lunch here and everything was excellent! Everything we ordered was hot and fresh! The portions were huge, too! I ordered the #10 combo (Cheese Enchilada, Chile Relleno, Beef and Bean Burrito) and omg it was sooo good! I loved that the Relleno was crunchy on the outside even with the sauce and gooey on the inside. The beef and bean burrito were evenly proportioned so every bite was perfect! And who doesn't love a hot, cheesy enchilada?! I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of it! We were very thankful to get a table in the bar because my Dolphins and my friends Vikings were playing. While seating at the actual bar is limited, they have a number of high tops and booths for sports fans. The service was excellent too! Our waiter was very attentive, and the food was brought out promptly. Absolutely recommend this place and will 100% be back next time I'm in Colorado! read more

I had the chili relleno plate and my husband had the carne adobada pork. Both items were good, with decent portions. I found it strange you had to request your tortillas that came with our meals. Both meals were limited to 2 tortillas each. For how busy they were, the service was good, but we could not seem to get the ticket split and got tired of waiting so paid as is. The chips and salsa were good. They had mild and hot. I could not tell the difference but others in our party said the hot was spicy. I live in COS so I went here to meet family. My husband and I have been going to Los Dos (all the locations) for almost a decade and they NEVER disappoint. The Cadillac marg with a tajin rim comes with an extra tequila shot on the side and with or without is delicious! We ALWAYS get the queso dip because.....it's the best!! I recently discovered the Molcajete entree though! I melt... just like all the cheese in the volcano bowl when it comes out! Can't decide on which protein for your fajitas- this has them all!! Served with the same fixins as a fajita and the house made tortillas (made fresh up front- go watch!) Do it- dare ya!! Enough for two or enough to take to work the next day! Yes, there will be a wait, but do you really want to go to an empty restaurant and wonder why no one else is there?? They make their own tortillas fresh as well as their own beer. I love Mexican food! My son suggested we come here for dinner the day I arrived in town from Los Angeles, CA. It was a busy Thursday evening. We waited 5-10 minutes to be seated. There's a large parking lot, which is necessary since this place seems popular! The main "close" spots are handicap spaces. You may need to burn a few calories walking in from your car! After being seated, it is nice that they start you off with some complimentary chips (which were toasty warm) and salsa. The salsa is really good! It has a tiny kick to it and great flavor! I perused the extensive menu before deciding on the #13 Combination Plate that comes with a Chile Relleno, Chicken Enchilada and a Beef Taco and rice & beans. My son ordered the same plate! I was caught off guard as I started digging into the Chile Relleno. The kind I've always had have been with the chile surrounded by egg, similar to an omelette, then covered in a sauce and cheese. Here, it has a tortilla shell and is smothered with a sauce and cheese. So, I'd almost say it's a Chile Relleno Burrito served "wet". We call it wet in California, but here in Colorado, it's called smothered. They crisp up the shell on the Chile Relleno before smothering it. It is extremely tasty and I'd order that again!! During dinner, the Mariachi came out to entertain us. They sing a few songs before moving to the next area. There was a birthday, so they sang Happy Birthday. That was a nice touch!
