Overall, the menu description was significantly misleading and did not accurately represent what was served. While our experience was not ruined by the service, it was only adequate and did not make up for the disappointment with the food. A restaurant's menu should accurately reflect the ingredients and preparation methods so guests can have the experience they are expecting.

We live in Texas but always make a point to book Chef Lela anytime we are fortunate enough to make it to CA wine country. The paella was incredibly creamy and had just the right amount of spice to it. The portion size was very large and one paella can absolutely be shared among two people. The bottom of the paella also had crispy rice which was my favorite and there was tons of seafood packed in including calamari rings and shrimp. The aioli drizzle atop was fresh and tangy and my favorite part was that it was dairy free so I did not have to take lactaid! If you see their booth at a music festival definitely check out the Paella. It is incredibly flavorful and well worth it!
