Super happy we decided to try this place out. We were on the way up for my sister in law's graduation. I had googled for some places to eat, and this location popped up. Burritos were a hearty size - my mother in law (MIL) ordered the mexican burrito and my husband ordered the regular. They were huge when they came out. My MIL was not able to finish hers. I got 2 tacos with pastor (pork). It was the right size for me, as I'm a smaller gal. Usually my max is 3 tacos. The meat, sauce, and onions were a lovely combination. The pastor was nicely grilled and marinated. Plus the lime squeeze accentuates the taste so much more! I was a fan of this spot, and would come again if in the area. There was one bathroom each - male and female and were alright. Staff were friendly, and checked in if we were good and needed anything else. Theres parking in the back if you don't see any out front. The only thing is the sign for the food was a bit hard to read. Once you enter, it's up on the front, slightly slanted with some reflection in back to read it.

Was randomly up he Healdsburg and tried this place-it was so good! The carnitas were crisped on the outside and so flavorful! My family had carne asada tacos and burritos. Pls note: my kids like their stuff plain so they requested nothing on them lol. But trust me you can get the tacos w the works here and everything on them! I loved the Guava Aguas Frescas!! Would definitely come to this nice clean little restaurant again! You know how some restaurants have a dirty towel smell to them-this place didn't!! It's clean and the staff are so nice and attentive! Thank you for the yummy food today!!

Absolutely NOTHING like Applebees. Didn't even really recognize most of the things on the menu. However! I got a "taco" and my androgynous primary got a what they kept calling a "rito" and both were absolutely oishi! Couldn't recommend Guadalajara more! Going to bring my secondary here next!

The service was quick, the tacos I had were great, full of flavor as it is, even greater with a squeeze of lemon.. chef's kiss. They put salsa on the tacos. I got greedy and ordered four tacos, two would've okay. Couldn't finish my horchata either. But overall I recommend this place, the ambience it's inviting they have plenty of seats and takeout service as well.

The flautas with the fabulous beans and rice

My good luck is holding as TG is on Door Dash and I can enjoy the best Mexican food at home. The restaurant itself is small and busy and becoming recognized for its high quality food. The enchiladas and rellenos are top notch, as are the flautas . A highlight of the complete dinner is the rice and beans on the plate. Not only are they a complete complex carbohydrate, they are the best combination. Fluffy rice, perfectly flavored beans. There is one "must order" item on the menu. The senora makes the best green salsa in the world!

Consistently the best Hispanic food in Healdsburg. Choose either à la carte or one of their menu suggestions. The Carnitas is the best!

The service was good overall, but the biggest disappointment was the food. Three of us ordered the Coastal Fish Bowl, a dish our friend had always enjoyed during his previous visits. While the combination of vegetables, black beans, and cheese had pleasant flavors, the fish was the main issue. The menu describes the dish as featuring sea bass, but the fish served was actually swai (also known as basa), a much less expensive farm-raised freshwater fish. I am very familiar with swai and could immediately recognize that it was not the fish described on the menu. Additionally, the menu stated that the fish was grilled, but it was actually lightly battered and deep-fried. The description also mentioned that the dish came with tortillas, but none were provided. Overall, the menu description was significantly misleading and did not accurately represent what was served. While our experience was not ruined by the service, it was only adequate and did not make up for the disappointment with the food. A restaurant's menu should accurately reflect the ingredients and preparation methods so guests can have the experience they are expecting.

We did walk in with a party of 11, expecting a long wait since it was a Saturday afternoon but they were able to seat us within just a few minutes. The restaurant has a modern, lively, and slightly upscale vibe. There was quite a bit of space between tables making it easy to move around without squeezing between chairs. There's also a full bar, and when I asked the bartender to fill my reusable water bottle with ice water, he happily did so. One thing I appreciated was how accommodating the restaurant was for different dietary preferences. Our group included meat eaters, pescatarians, and vegetarians, and everyone found something they enjoyed. I ordered the grilled fish tacos with Spanish rice and refried beans. Since I'm allergic to shrimp, I let our server know, and he immediately made a note for the kitchen. I really appreciated the extra attention to food allergies. The fish tacos were the highlight of the meal. I loved that the fish was grilled instead of fried, making the tacos feel light rather than heavy. It came topped with pico de gallo, shredded green and purple cabbage, cotija cheese and on the side they gave me pickled red onions and two lime wedges (dried out yikes!). The fish was perfectly cooked. It was flaky, buttery, and tender. I wouldn't change a thing about it. My only critique is that the tacos were dry overall. It needed a creamy sauce or even replace the shredded cabbage with a slaw. The Spanish rice was simple but was still flavorful. The refried beans were creamy, smooth, and topped with shredded white cheese. One helpful tip for anyone with dietary restrictions: the menu does NOT specify ingredients for some of the sides. We noticed the vegetarian plate came with whole beans instead of the refried beans served with the non-vegetarian dishes. Based on what was served, we deduced that the refried beans likely contain lard, even though it's not listed on the menu. That could be confusing for pescatarians or anyone ordering seafood who assumes the sides are meat-free. If you dine here and have dietary restrictions or food allergies, don't hesitate to ask/ clarify with your server about ingredients.
