I have to be honest--I won't be returning. My husband and I ordered a burrito each and a horchata to share, and our total came to around $40. For that price, I expected a more generous portion, but the servings were more kid-sized. The flavor was decent, but the burritos were packed with beans more than anything else. The horchata tasted more like the Kerns brand than an authentic version. On the bright side, the medium salsa had good flavor, though it wasn't spicy, and the spicy salsa was quite good. This place has high quality Mexican food with tasty salsas and unique menu items. The Birria Ramen and Birria Egg Rolls are some of the best food items I've ever tasted in my life. I had the pleasure of visiting Los Tacoholics on the way before visiting Six Flags Magic Mountain!! The ambiance of the restaurant was so relaxing and the customer service was A-1!!! The food was excellent beyond belief!!! I had 2 Chicken Tacos & a Asada Burrito and it was superbly satisfying! Fresh & favorable ingredients cooked to perfection !!! I'm definitely going back asap although I live in the Los Angeles County South Bay Region!! Man I just wish Los Tacoholics had a restaurant near where I live, they would get all my money on a regular basis!!! I love and respect a great restauran!! But I'm definitely going back!!! Hard to come by an original authentic Mexican cuisine in the area but Los tacoholics took me way back home. The menu look so good I had to get a variety. As a big guy you know I had to try that bomb torta al pastor. Just like back home the meat with such an amazing marinade that I might as well be called the torta pounder ate the meal whole. The fries I ordered I made it 2 meats asada and al pastor and let me tell you fireworks let off. I'm very picky when it comes to my shrimp and fish batter tacos but fortunately Los tacoholics were able to pull it off, from the well deep fried batter to the spicy sauce to top it mmmmm yummy. My big back order so much food that I definitely went into food coma but I did get the chance to try the flan for desert before knocking out for a few hours and let me tell you taste just like grandmas. With all that food I ate to wash it down there was so many choices of drinks but I went with the fresh pineapple water or how we Mexicans actually call it agua fresca de piña, not to sweet nice and cold. Met the owner and gave him props nothing makes our culture better but seeing new generations keeping alive our old family generations in a well all around cooked meal, makes me feel like grandma is still here. Wow. The food was delicious. Ordered tacos, burritos, nachos, enchiladas and chimichangas. Also got a side of chips and guacamole. Food was fresh and the guacamole was better than homemade. They don't skimp on the ingredients. The only complaint, if I had to have one, was the taco is super fragile. It broke almost instantly when I picked it up, but I happily scooped up the insides with some chips. They are also priced better than our regular Mexican restaurant, so it looks like we're switching . Highly recommend. read more
