Sorry we ate our tacos and burritos so fast that we forgot to take pictures. I offered to take family to Lax to check out this tip. Found the truck parked as stated. Luckily only one customer waiting for his big order. Customer(a regular)helped us pick out our order. There was only one guy manning the truck after 5pm. Chef and cashier all in one. Dorado taco (fried $2.75) Tues $1. 5/5 Birria taco (street soft$2.75) Tues $1 5/5 Birria burrito (huge!) $10 5/5 All served with onions & tomatoes, radish, lime, & salsa on the side if needed. Omg we all raved how good it was & generously filled with beef birria. Next time we would stop and eat here before or coming from Lax. I think salt could have solved this easily. I love salsa but they were not spicy or flavorful, and no true distinction between the red or green. Though we all love a generous serving, a little less cheese and sour cream could do more for these items. I felt they overwhelmed the Flautas. The Flautas are sold in 4 only.
