Great service, very friendly. Been wanting to stop by here and finally got a chance to. Used the drive through. The menu can be a little much at first but got it figured out. I ordered a Lengua burrito bowl with a side of pickled onions. The amount of food is perfect and the food itself was amazing. Fresh and well made. The flavors were on point. Stopped by this Mexican restaurant by accident but let me tell you... their food did not disappoint! I ordered their torta w/ asada and it was so delicious. They also have a sauce bar with onions etc. Their food has so much taste and it's so fresh. I love that it's not greasy and you don't feel like crap afterwards. Sad that it's so far away but glad we were able to try it out. Their staff is so nice and welcoming and to top it off the location is clean. 10/10 recommend!!! read more

New Mexican Grill in Boring where the old Sammy's Burger Restaurant was. They completely went through and remodeled and it looks great! I've been once so far and just got a basic pastor burrito since I was not that hungry. I got what they call the super burrito which adds guacamole, crema, and some additional items. It was $14.50. The burrito was very tasty, well seasoned and very fresh tasting. I will return for a dine in since they have a very extensive menu. I think I'll get the menudo next time. Crazy!!! Yes it is in a gas station. Would that be considered a hole in the wall? Not really. If you get there and can't afford the gas prices just bring yourself in to this wonderful tasting Mexican food place instead. Price is right and the menu is HUGE. You cannot - not get your favorite Mexican because it has to be on that menu. Plus, it's super clean inside and for a little place they are able to have a lot of tables in spite of that. This was our first time trying Los Venados. The place is very clean and looks good inside. Decent amount of table space for inside eating. Los Venados does online ordering, drive through, and eat in. They were fully staffed and quick to make our 5 person meal order. We got home and were all so excited for our food. Each item was hot delicious and super tasty. Ordered the carne asada. No flank or skirt steak, just overcooked bottom round, not terribly flavorful. Rice was just ok, tortillas nothing special. I was really hoping for a great local option for carne asada,but it wasn't here. read more

Very nice staff, HUGE menu, food is good, sauces are fabulous. A little on the spendy side, no chips and salsa with meals. No cocktails. Clean, they did a lot of work before opening. Not a date night destination. We will be returning. read more

Wow! Good job Boring Oregon. This place is phenomenal. Great flavors. All authentic, with the easiest location. Right off Mt Hood hwy. I see so many different kinds of people in here. There are people coming off the mountain, on break for lunch, getting dinner after a long day, families, etc... The meat is clean, the salsas are homemade, and the presentation is appetizing. So far I've loved every dish. The mole is a must try. Along with the caldo and shredded chicken enchiladas. Prices are reasonable. You will not be disappointed. read more

Best Mexican food in Clackamas county, and best mexican food i've had other than my moms cooking. everything was delicious and service was fast. They have a full side salad bar too. The inside of the restaurant is so cozy and cute, and the staff was so kind and helpful. Horchata is so hard to come by too and not only do they have it, it's actually good. Best Mexican food in the Sandy/Boring area by far! Much needed addition to the area. Each time I've received very friendly service. I've only been through the drive-thru, but it appears that they made lots of improvements to the restaurant and property itself.
