Ordered the pulled pork platter with two sides and it was terrible. The apples were cold and tasteless. With the cornbread they used to give you a big square of homemade cornbread but now you get a little muffin shaped piece about 2" in diameter and hard as a rock (see photo). The pulled pork tasted bad and after about five minutes after I was done, it hit my stomach and I got very sick. Luckily there is a Family Dollar store across the street and I went there and bought some Imodium. Had to stick around and use Bonnie Blue's restroom twice before felt comfortable enough to make the 45 minute drive back to my home. Got home and felt so bad that I went straight to bed. Obviously I got food poisoning at Bonnie Blue's and think they left the pork out too long and this is why. See photo of my my receipt and the pulled pork platter. Also, they are only open from Mid April until Mid October. The owner cooks meat for the weekend. Once he's out of something, he's out until next weekend. We had the Sunday buffet. Pulled in about 2:30p. There were 4 other customers seated. We paid our cash $16 for the all you can eat buffet. Meats were BBQ chicken, pulled pork, and ribs. Salads were a Cole slaw or potatoe. BBQ beans were available, of course. Dessert was a banana pudding. All good food though I was partial to the pulled pork (no sauce) and BBQ beans, had a second helping!
