My sister asked to take my girls to this place because my little one LOVeS slime. This location was inside the mall. It was a little lackluster, but the good part was that there was no one else there when we arrived. Other customers arrived later and we could hear passerby's kids say, I want to make slime when they'd look inside. There were lots of little tables and chairs for kids to mix their slime. The kids are provided with aprons to wear so they didn't get their clothes dirty; great touch! There were steps labeled on the wall so that customers knew what to do. We asked a staff and they walked us through each section. There were a few higher bar stool type chairs for adults to sit at near the inside of the windows. Kids get to choose their slime base, the scent, glitter, and charms, etc. then they get to mix it all together. At the end they get their newly made slime put into a small plastic container to take home. We were also provided with some take home activator to spruce up our slime at home in a few days, as needed. Overall, the whole experience lasted about 30 minutes. read more

Had a fun Auntie and niece day at Slime Kitchen! Location: A newer location in the Oakridge Mall! Lots of space for the kiddos as we came while there was a birthday party and we were still able to have a table for ourselves. Pricing: The experience itself is a decent price around $25 but an additional topping for $1 - it's literally a speck of something instead of a spoonful of something - eh not worth it lol. Service: Pete helped us out! He was very friendly and explained every step of the way. He was very attentive when we needed more activator! Tips -Make a reservation ahead of time to ensure you secure a spot with your kiddo! -Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to loud areas bc the kiddos are all very excited to play with slime! -They have an option to add scents! It was a good experience overall. Customer service was great, friendly and patient, to my kids.

There are several issues I have after coming here. Why did I book a reservation and I still came and had to wait 1520 minutes to get started. Second the young lady who was helping us was quite rude and very condescending. The young man who was mixing also was quite rude this staff needs to learn some training and working with customers and making all customers feel welcome and inclusive included. In addition every customer is important regardless of race religion or background and the fact that my daughters were completely ignored let me know I will not have that coming back and I will be letting everyone know about my experience here it's really unfortunate that all families don't have an opportunity to participate in they're welcomed and $100 that I spent here is just as green as everybody else's. read more

It was $25 per child for one slime activity that included 10+ steps. My kids were very excited and were kept occupied with the slime-making for almost 30mins. As someone visiting the area looking for something that would appeal to a couple of 8 & 9 year old girls- this was a hit. This spot is located in the mall. I parked in the Macys parking lot and entered the main portion of the mall. This place is next to Macy, take a left as you come into the main mall and it's across from Sephora. When we showed up there was a lot of people. I think it may have been at the very end of a party. To the right was just a ton of bases of the slime. Start there. Once you decide of the texture you like then head over to the other wall for dozens of smells. They all smelled amazing to be honest. Except something like "car farts". Very cheeky. Then picking your color. The associates at the desk will tell you if the liquid or powder is better. Once you know base, color, smell you head to the desk where an associate will mix it for you. My kids had a blast creating their very own slime. They were so excited at the combination possibilities. After the mix was done then we were sat at a small table (it was tiny, keep that in mind for older kids- may not be comfortable). They were then given their bins to start kneading the slime. After which the associate came by (about 5 minutes later) and asked them to flatten the slime into a pizza. Then they went to the toppings bar. Three bars with three objects or scoops. The total experience for us as walk ins was about 30 minutes. The bags to take home the slime were 50 cents each, the DIY slime was $25 per person. I would go back. It was such a fun things to do with the kids on a whim. The associates at the front desk were very friendly. read more

At first look, $25 for a slime experience seems rather expensive, but considering it's the Bay Area and that they give A LOT of slime, it's pretty reasonable in relation to today's prices for entertainment. The staff was very helpful and patient. The kids stayed for what felt like forever squishing and stretching their slime and their friends' slime, but the staff only got friendlier. They rejuvenated the slime when they got sticky or hard and explained how to care for the slime at home in case that happened again. The slime is not entirely like the ones on Amazon or at Target. They have slime in several different types of textures and lots of mix-ins to make it even more unique. The experience, the bonding, and the reward is worth the $25 splurge. read more

Whenever I visit this mall, this place is packed with kids or birthday parties. So, I took my son along with his cousins on Sunday evening around 4 o'clock. They have many tables to accompany more people. The base price is 25& and it includes slime, fragrance, color, mixins, and 3 toppers. Kids have to select which type of slime, then color and fragrance. Pick them and go to the mixers. They will mix it for the kids and keep them in a box for the kids to squish. After that, they will add a mix-in, and again kids can play with it for a while. At the end, they can put 3 toppers on the slime. I see that the employees help only a few parties not all of them. I saw an employee sitting with a party and letting them know how to squish it and checking the slime consistency. If it is hard they add some substance to make it soft. But for us, I don't see anyone doing that and our slime was a bit hard at the end. I wish they take care of all the parties like that and make it more memorable for the kids as we are spending 25$ plus tax which is not so cheap. read more
