This place is really cool for kid parties. They use the space inside very well. They have all kinds of stuff for different ages. We threw a birthday party and really regret doing so. 1. Pizza was cold and terrible. 2. The $495.00 birthday party came to $1,000.00 after everyone had to put money on a $3.oo card that came with the package. 3. Ordered a salad and it comes without dressing and had to ask for it. 4. As soon as the food was delivered we were told we only had 10 minutes more. 5. Most of the machines were out of order for play. 6. Had to ask for contents of the paid package. This is my daughters favorite place to go. On the weekdays its pretty calm. But on the weekends get ready to walk! Didnt realize on the weekends the parking is crazy. U need to park a block over so get there early. My daughter recently had a party there. 2tips: 1.Order lots of pizza! 2.And manage your time wisely. I felt my host was super helpful (hence the 4stars) but didnt help us manage our time as best he could. I thought you get 1hr to play and 1hr to eat but its 75min to play and 45min for pizza and cake (you think 45 min sounds like a good amount of time but it goes fast!) The pizzas say they are size 14in Large which i didnt realize is so small!! "Large" is so deceiving. These pizzas are a normal medium size, which i ordered 3 pizzas for about 18 adults and 7kids. I felt so bad barely anyone got to eat. We ordered 2 more pizzas in which we really would have needed 7-8pizzas for everyone to feel like they ate and not feel hungry. Most ppl only got 1 slice By the time we realized we needed more pizzas we ordered them and we only had 15-20 min left. Enough time for cake & ice cream? Not so much. (Make sure u cut the cake immediately after pizza) By the time we sang happy birthday and everyone got a slice of cake to eat we had 5min left!!! I felt so bad to tell my guests heres ur cake but we need to leave in 5minutes! Everyone had a great time. But seriously order lots and lots of their expensive pizza so ur guests dont feel bad theres no pizza left and manage ur time wisely so u dont have 5min to eat cake and ice cream and have to kick ur guests out to clean up. read more

My family came here on a Sunday my nice had been here before. Parking is horrible especially if any events are happening in the same area. We only did the play Structure my niece can be in there for hours. I order nachos for me and my mom but could eat them in the seating area for parents. The seating area is small and can get crowded quick if you have large groups eating. They have laser tag and 9 hole mini golf. My niece stayed for a few hours she took each of us through the structure once and we got to be big kids for a few hours. I would come back it's $14 for the structure and free for one adult five for each adult after that. read more

I am entirely unsure what all these negative reviewers are crying about. The price is TOTALLY fair for what you get. The play structure is awesome. It's clean and impressive and even though there are a lot of kids, my 3 year old had a great time running around and had no trouble finding stuff to do. The games were nice! Seemed like most of them were new. We didn't do laser tag or mini golf but the play structure and arcade alone were worth it. 11/10 would definitely and for sure will recommend to all my friends read more

Came here for the first time Sunday. My daughter who is four years old loved it. Our party consisted of my daughter ,three babies under the age of one ,and six adults. It was mandatory to get the their socks but no big deal we all acompanied my daughter had a little fun ourselves there. I'm sure it must have looked strange a four year old accompanied by 6 adults but we all wanted to check out the structure and had a little fun with her. I prefer this place much more than I would to Chucky cheese. I liked it so much I'm considering doing a birthday party for my one year-old to be. Only downside is they don't have a huge selection in the snack bar area consisted of only nachos and hot dogs and drinks. I have looked online before going and noticed that it is said no outside food or drinks allowed. I noticed a lot of people having outside drinks and I am not sure if they were part of a birthday party which I have seen you may bring outside food and drinks. So I will have to investigate that for any future visits. Also I witnessed kids hurting other kids but I do not blame staff it is not a daycare center that is a parents responsibility to watch their children. We came here with some friends and had kids between the ages of 2-14. Everyone had a great time and we were there for over 2 hours. I'll start with the pros. The little ones played on the huge play structure while the adults sat and chatted. The sides of the structure are netted and you can see the kids even if they are on the very top or far end which was great. They do also have a separate area for kids under 4. It's clean and I did see an employee wiping down parts of the structure. The older kids played mini-golf, arcade games and LOVED the laser tag. The laser tag games are 15 minutes so they ended up doing it 3 times! Will consider buying the unlimited play next time. We went on a Wednesday so the play structure was $9.95 plus $3 for their socks which are mandatory. We were not happy about having to buy their socks especially when there was nothing special about them. They do have the non-slip bottoms but they should allow people to wear their own as long as it has the non-slip bottom. On a regular day we would have had to pay almost $18 for a child! I would recommend buying the combo pack for the older kids but they did allow us to add on additional games later for the discount price. They need to allow people to bring their own snacks at least until they are able to provide a better selection of food. All they offer are hotdogs, nachos, pretzels etc. Not really what I want my kids eating. Maybe they can offer sandwiches, fruit smoothies, coffee bar for adults. Also, the arcade games are crazy expensive! All require 4 tokens which is $1 a game. My kids also told me the cheap prizes require way too many tickets. More than they've seen anywhere else. Overall it was a nice way to spend the day but with an older kid and a younger kid I paid over $40. I do hope they make some of the suggested improvements because we want their business to succeed and so we have more options for indoor play. We will probably be back but only on a Wednesday when it's $9.95. read more

We loved going here for the last few years but the last few times my kids favorite machine (the toy crane) has been empty. The manager promises everytime that next time it'll be full but it never is. And our last trip over, they decided to double/almost triple the cost of all the ticket games... for example it's $1.25 for each ball on the lazy chicken game (lasts about 5 seconds each turn). My experience here was 100%positive. Reasonable prices, Friendly staff, amazing play ground, great decorations for a 19 month old who loves dinosaurs. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a party or need a place to take your kids when it's too hot outside. My son loves this place and my other son is Mr Independent here. I would suggest owner close gate in play structure area. Came to visit and experience the laser tag for my daughters future birthday party. Told it would be a 15 minute wait and ended up being much longer before we could play. Then finally when we were able to play we were stopped at the door because we did not have a wristband but posessed the right color placard to play. Was asked for a receipt and showed the person it. Still needed to get a wristband and was upset because we did not want to wait for the next round. Not sure why the wristband was such a big deal and such a big ussue if i had my receipt and placard. We will not be returning nor plan on having our laser tag birthday party here. The manager Glen is also very condescending. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. My colleague and her family went to have a birthday party Friday May 21st and the whole family got sick. Everything was CLOSED due to short staff. The food was COLD . We did not even get the food till over an hour later. THEN at the end of our party time, they gave her the bill of $400 and try to added a $104.00 Tip to the bill making it $504.00 They REFUSED to pay the Tip as nobody help them. It was a JOKE! They called the cops our our party because she refused to pay the TIP. The cops came in and the manager started yelling at them. They tried to give her a discount for the next time and my colleague swore she would never come back as she lives over an hour away. It was a joke, everything was close! Id give this place an A+ for their dinosaur decor but it left me wanting MORE! I was hoping to rome around the place and see more dinosaur exhibits but this place is small. The play structure offers a lot for toddlers and kids and my son had A LOT of fun! They have a jumping structure, slides, toddler play area, a ball pit, and arcades. Downside is that the play structure requires you to wear their $3 socks even though you have one already. Parents don't need to pay for their own admission if you're babysitting your children, just buy the socks! Nice lounge area for parents to relax on the leather couches if you don't want to go in the play structure with your child. A+ for cleanliness and not smelling like cheese and pits in here! A friend of mine told me about this place. It is a bit far for us but hey as long as we can spend a few hours there then it is all worth it. My kids have no doubt really like the place, they have a large place structure, a small trampoline with a foam pit, in which my kids really enjoy. They also have the laser tag thing and mini golf which my kids didn't care for. They may when they get older. The place is big, like other yelpers said, the onsite caterifia is not yet fully functional when we were there. The place is no where near any restaurants, so i hope they have the cafeteria soon. Ok, the only issue is the price. Kinda steep and they make you pay for the $3 a pair "safety" socks. I get that, it is a business. Just be prepared to pay $60 or more for one day of fun there. It is not bag considering my kids have tons of fun and my wife and I can do our own things while watching them play. read more

I had a party here earlier today for my daughter and everyone had a blast. The check in process was very easy and the assigned coordinator was extremely helpful. My guests did not have to wait in line, instead they were provided with wristbands and socks in the party area. The coordinator helped my family set up our tables, serve our guests and clean up. Overall we had a great time, all of the staff I encountered was great including the manager. We'll definitely be back! read more

This place is amazing! Incredible play structure AND awesome dinosaurs to greet you? Where was this when I was a kid?? Yes, you do have to buy the socks, but they are three bucks. I spend more money at Starbucks, and the socks are preeeeetty cool, so I'm fine to roll this into the cost of admission. This place tired my daughter out, and all in all was impressively clean for a kids place. I call that a win. I'm not really sure what's with the negative reviews, tbh. The staff was awesome when we went, so if you have trouble, maybe try interacting with your kid more? Feel free to tell the other kids not to hit each other? Be a parent? Beautiful play structure, mini golf, laser tag, arcade games... so why the three star knock off? There is absolutely no Air Conditioning! I don't know how this place is even able to operate without an air conditioned building. My daughter was red and sweaty in less than 10 mins of being there. There was hundreds of sweaty kids running around (Saturday) and they all pretty much looked like they were going to collapse any minute. If you're going to have a giant play structure, with no AC, I think this place should provide complimentary water stations EVERYWHERE. It's ridiculous. To make matters worse, I went to go buy water from a guy at the food shack and he said "oh this is not my area." Are you serious!? My child is about to pass out and you can't ring me up for a fucking water bottle? Their priorities need to be in order asap. read more

The kids had a blast in the play structure but when it came time to play game quite a few of the machines were out of order. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The customer service at Lost Worlds definitely needs some work. It's a nice place for kids, but management needs to step up and take care of their paying customers. I just spent a few hundred dollars taking my kids and their friends and one of the kids in the group couldn't come, so we had an extra wrist band. Five minutes after we paid, we found out one of the kids in our group couldn't come so I went to the front desk asking for a refund for the extra VIP wristband I had. I was told it needed to be approved by the manager, Jes Foster who happens to be the COO. After one of the employees went to Jes to ask him if I could get a refund, it was determined that I couldn't get one. Two staff members here were even surprised, especially since I asked literally five minutes from when I made the purchase. So the customer service here is LOST and it appears that this company is in their own little WORLD where customers and 'doing the right thing' doesn't matter. It's not about $29.95, it's about taking care of your customers and by this review and reviews for this LOST WORLD in the last six months, customer service is failing here. So if two people read this post (I guarantee this post will be read by hundreds in the next six months) and those two customers don't come this LOST WORLD, that right there is already a $60 LOST. So I hope the entire executive and management team at this LOST WORLD takes customer service seriously. read more

First off let's preface this review by reminding everyone that I'm a 24 year-old woman and came here without any tiny humans. It was pouring rain (what else is new #winter2016 #neverforget) and we thought, hey, let's go wine tasting and then go LASER TAGGING. It's everything Barney Stinson lives for. Turned out to be an excellent decision. This spot is in the same area as the indoor go-karting, right down the street from the Tesla wineries (just sayin, parents!) They structure the laser tag really nicely with colored tags to ensure that all the tiny humans get to play together and you don't get cut in line. The actual laser tagging course was pretty good and large. Given my passion for laser tag, I would've preferred more fog machine, louder music and less ramps because they were super noisy and hollow, but I understand that this is also for kids. Also, shoutout to the awesome parents who were playing with their kids and aligned with me so we could kick some ass. That was great. Outside of the laser tagging this place is more 3 stars. Picture a smaller Boomer's setup, but the day we went a lot of things were either broken or dirty. They could use a staff member hanging out in the arcade area keeping tabs on things, because a lot of kids were either abusing the equipment or at risk of hurting themselves while playing. Maybe the parents had taken my advice and were wine tasting ;) but some additional employee supervision would fix the glitch. Let out your inner Call of Duty here regardless of your age, and if you beat my score I hate you forever okay bye. read more

My daughter likes this place but I have a hard time coming here because of the lines and lack of customer service. Yesterday we came in and my daughter wanted a slushy. I went to the counter and stood there watching one person working on something behind the register. I waited and waited and then asked if they were open. He said yes and went on with what he was doing. Again, waiting and then he walks off to deal with something and comes back to finish what he was doing. Two customers walk up behind me. One asks for water and another places an order for pizza. He asks someone from the back to get the water for the one customer and takes the order from the other. Meanwhile the customer who gets the water laughs because I am standing there and no one helps me. So I ask the kid who got the water to help me and he says I have to order from the cashier who is taking the other customer's order. This is horrible customer service. If the cashier was so busy doing something, could he have A) acknowledged my existence with words like "I'll be right with you I am working on something" or B) asked one of the many staff members in the back to help him, maybe the guy getting the water who was already out there. But no, the cashier never acknowledged me other then to answer my one question if they were open. How do you treat customers/people this way? Is this how your employees want to be treated when they go places? Please train your staff to acknowledge customers and be helpful. I understand customers can be a-holes and its a hard job sometimes, but a little awareness of your surroundings, common courtesy, patience and a little effort goes a long way with people. read more

Ugh! Worst employee ever!!!! Luckily, it was my son's 10th bday and nieces/nephews where around .. then i would of told her off.. I didn't catch her name, since it was so loud (of course, given that a lot of games and kids were loud).. but this lady that helped us was a bit*h... thank goodness, my fam told me to bit my tongue. Never coming here again... also, we had an area for 2 1/2 hours. But felt completely rushed! We were still eating, the bit*h took the place sittings off like really! We still had 30/40min left! Plus to piss me off more, why the hell walk away when I'm trying to ask you something about my son's party with the food.. straight walked away, when I only said 2 words, when I wasn't finished with my damn sentence!!
