He was not taken to emergency veterinary services following the incident. We were later told they do not know which dog attacked him. There were no cameras, and from my experience, the separation between large and small dogs does not appear to have been adequately maintained. Communication during this situation was incredibly upsetting, and I believe the level of care and urgency should have been much different. I am completely heartbroken. No pet owner should ever experience bringing their dog somewhere expecting safety and ending up losing them instead. Please ask questions, do your research, and make sure you are fully comfortable with the safety measures and emergency protocols of any daycare you trust with your pets.

First bonus upon walk in there is zero smell, as horrid smells in a facility is an instant deterrent for me. Trip was delayed due to inclement weather the week of 1/26/26. I was delayed in Galveston for an extra 3 days. Phoned Wags informed of situation, they extended the dates and provided extra food as I prepared enough and one extra meal. Updates were provided at minimum once a day. Mason will definitely return when boarding is needed.

I called several places to see who could see her immediately and kept getting put on hold and turned down by everyone. This animal hospital let us bring her in immediately (30 mins away and we were making these calls from the car ready to go). Everyone there was so kind and informative on what they were going to do. We left for a few hours while they put her under anesthesia and gave her some stitches and a drainage tube. This dog is my favorite thing about life and I take her care more seriously than my own and I felt very safe leaving her with them to fix her up. Overall I had a great experience and I'm now planning on making this her regular vet since I just moved to Texas. Amazing service, amazing care, and amazing veterinarians. Thank you all so much.

This vet seeks to provide the necessary and quality care, he does not seek to do unnecessary procedures just to pad the bank account. I have used Dr Kimberlin on two occasions due to the superb service I received the first time. Good honest vets are hard to find. If you are anywhere near Greenville, this is the vet to use for quality care at affordable treatment.
