For the first hour Lauren provided some good information and things to try with Darwin to help him. After that she said she wanted to bring in her dog for Darwin to be around, I stated I wasn't really comfortable with Darwin being around another dog and I didn't think it was the best idea. Lauren assured us that her dog Mable was extremely friendly and did not care about other dogs (Mable is a pitbull mix that is only 1 year old and about 50 pounds)! As Mable was brought in Darwin was barking and growling (his normal), and Mable was ok but then she started growling and getting aggressive. Her hair was standing up and Lauren said she was just correcting Darwin, so we just kept watching which was a mistake. Mable snapped at Darwin's ribs and bit him. We didn't see he was bleeding until she left. The next day our dog was very lethargic and sore, he couldn't jump up on the couch or walk with out crying out. Lauren did send me Mable's medical records at my request and was made aware that Darwin was bleeding. She did not offer a refund for the training. We already knew our dog has issues to fix, that is why we hired her, now he is even more scared of other dogs. The good news is he is healed up, but we will never use this company again. Please make sure to communicate what you want and you know your dog better than anyone else, do not put them in danger.

Willa is a Corgi and we think Jack Russell. So you can imagine how much energy she has. Casandra had her hands full. I received lots of pictures and videos. Some were so funny. The dogs did well but this type of training did not addresses some of the behavior issues. Amber came n and observed the dogs and all the family members so we could address the issues with all the dogs and family members. We were able to come up with a plan. The staff is friendly and good with pets, but our dog has gotten a respiratory infection twice after boarding here, and to add insult to injury, a terrible case of fleas. There is a bad smell in the lobby, which makes me worry they aren't properly disinfecting the space. We won't be returning and hope to inform others about the risks of boarding here. We spent almost $1000 trying to cure our dog's infections, one of which nearly killed her. Please read the rest of the reviews and realize this is not just a one-off bad experience.
