I needed to get my nails done on Sunday and my normal "go to" is closed on Sunday. What a surprise when I found out "Lotus " was open on Sunday. They are new and have been open for less than a year. The inside is beautiful. Just ignore what the outside looks like . I was offered beer, wine , water, or soda for starters . Nikki and Hannah took such good care of me, pampering me, that this may be my new "go to". They were able to hand paint the Hawaiian nail art on my thumbs. They also offer eyelash extensions , collagen manicures and waxing. It was also cheaper than where I usually go. read more

This was after less than 5 days from spending $100 on a manicure and pedicure. They're so sales driven they rush you in and out to fit in as many people as possible. But the price to not even last a week? I've never had an issue with my pedicures chipping, I suspect this may be from their low quality polish line they use. Just left this nail salon for the first time this morning and am SO happy with my manicure!! I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and they did a fabulous job - shape and color are perfect. I made an appointment for this morning and I was taken promptly at my appointment time, which was surprising for a nail salon! I was recommended to try this salon by a friend and am so happy she told me about it. My nails were done by Lisa and she is very sweet! This salon is actually less expensive than others in the area, but way more high quality. One of my nails broke before coming and she added an acrylic to that one finger and it was still less expensive than the nail salon I was previously going too, without added acrylics. I hate to give this salon a 3 but I have to because I brought my daughter in for a mani/pedi for her 3 year bday. I was just going to get regular nail polish for her but they convinced me to get gel polish so I did..the price was pretty much double for that reason! I also got a mani/pedi and decided since she was getting gel polish I would too so she didn't have to wait for me. The day after she had them done multiple nails chipped. She was so excited to show people and when she did and saw they were chipped she was upset. I called the salon and they were great about it and brought her back in. They completely redid her finger nails and redid one toe nail. The same thing happened though! We went on Wednesday late afternoon for them to be fixed and then Friday early morning she went to show our neighbors her nails to only see that they chipped again! Less than 48 hours later. My toes and fingers also chipped in less than a week. I use to get gel every two weeks from other salons and never had this problem. The staff were so nice which is why I gave 3 stars but for nails themselves I feel like they don't even deserve a 1 because they chip so fast. Unfortunately we will not be returning but their kids chair is super cute. I attached a photo of the nail that chipped less than 48 hours after her nails were redone..I spent like 150$ just for my daughter and I and I feel like I wasted so much money. read more

It was my first time coming to Lotus since just moving here, I got a gel manicure. They were very nice and welcoming but I wasn't impressed with the job done to my nails. I think it took her literally 10 mins to do my nails, my appointment was at 3 and I was out by 3:10. It felt very rushed. If you have gotten a gel manicure done, you know it takes longer than 10 mins. It was the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. Usually gel lasts about 2-3 weeks. Mine lasted 3 days, they started falling off. I have never had that happen to me before. To pay $35 for a gel manicure, only to last 3 days is a bit too much. I was very disappointed to say the least. Besides that, it was a very clean facility and they were following all Covid rules. read more

Was very impressed with this nail salon! They were super accommodating to my girlfriends and I when I made an appointment for us to be seen on a weekend. Of course I had made the appointment in advance which is helpful. I have had some previous bad experiences at other local salons during the pandemic so I had low hopes that this place would be any different. I was recommended by a client of mine to go here and so happy we gave it a try! The place seemed clean, staff was friendly and inviting, and they seemed to have a great scheduling system in place which I feel is EXTREMELY important!!! My gel mani came out beautifully and all of my friends enjoyed their services as well! One big compliment is that the nail technician stayed with me the entire time. I cannot stress how much of a turn off it is when I have booked an appointment and have to wait in a chair 45 mins and then have someone work on your nails for a little bit and bounce between other people. I really wanted to like this salon and I think it would have been a great experience on a normal day, but they totally overbooked and it was stressful for the entire salon. came in for a 3:30 appointment and didn't get seated until 4:20, and the nail tech rushed through the process so she could get to the next person. People go to nail salons to relax and I was really excited to get my first manicure since covid started, but it was completely chaotic and rushed (not to mention unsafe because there were obviously way too many people in the salon). the nail tech told me it would only be $35 instead of $50 because of the wait, but the receptionist refused to honor this. As a regular customer I made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. Today. I arrived five minutes early and signed in. At least 5 people came in after me. I was seated and the nail technician prepared to start. I was then asked to move to another chair where I sat unassisted while all the other customers were seated and attended to. When I got up to leave I was asked to wait a minute. So I waited. I asked why if I had an appointment, I apparently didn't. Again was told, just wait a minute. Then some young man comes out from the back of the salon and appears in front of me. So, I was given to a left over employee I have never even seen before on the premises. I have been hesitant to go anywhere during these COVID times and despite being an avid pedicure girl haven't had one since last December. Today I bit the bullet and went to Lotus because I had read they were taking precautions. Upon entering I was greeted by the sweetest woman who took my temperature and escorted me to my pedicure chair. They have plexi glass in between the technician and you which adds a barrier between the two of you. Nikki was available for my pedicure and I am SO happy she was! She was phenomenal. One of the best pedicures I've ever had. The salon was beautiful and clean and from the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted and given nail color recommendations for new polishes, I knew I had made a great and safe choice. Made an appointment here based on Yelp reviews & that they took online bookings. I was frankly nervous looking at the outside building but the salon is welcoming & beautifully designed - I was greeted on entry - COVID protocols followed (thank you!). I hadn't had a salon pedicure since early March and my technician exceeded my expectations (thank you Sammy!). My compliments to the owner/management - my water was warm throughout - the towels were really soft & all of your staff were friendly - with obvious "regular" clients in the salon too. Great pedicure after months of not having one! They have 3- 4 options from @ $25 to $60 I choose a middle of the road the "Tropical" $45, (my feet were a mess) and I am glad that I did. Nikki was a great tech....great foot and lower leg massage that included hot towels and stones. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, I felt very safe. Outside is nothing fancy, but the inside is lovely. Affordable. I asked if Nikki could fit me in for a gel manicure and it was no problem. I am calling tomorrow to book another appt. I needed an eyelash extension fill, and being from out of town, I took a chance and scheduled an appointment. They were able to fit me in the next day and promptly responded to some questions I had via text message. My technician was VERY quick and my lashes were extremely full! I decided to get a shellac manicure as well and I got a pearlescent finish, which is absolutely the coolest nails I've ever seen! I would highly recommend Lotus Nail spa not only for the service, quick response, and great service, but the atmosphere is very hip and updated. It also seemed very clean. read more

SAD!!! We made an appointment at 12:30 for 3 mani and pedis for me and my sisters birthday, my mother was trying to treat us. We arrived 15 min early to our appointment and were told that they were running behind by 10 min. not thinking anything of it we said okay, picked out our colors and continued to wait until 1 pm before they even took us to the back. Great pedis, excellent service, despite the fact both my mother and my sister finishing their pedis before someone even came over to greet me. None the less I had excellent service. Went over to get my nails done. nobody even acknowledged me for another 25 min by the time my mother left it was 3:45. We had gone in expecting to be out in at least an hour an a half. Never thought it was going to take 3 1/2 hours. It's sad considering we had such great service. read more
