There seems to be a nail place sprouting on every corner now, with competition left and right customers come and go and loyalty is just thrown to the wind. I myself have been hopping around lately as I haven't really found a place worth staying. What made this place stand out for me other than it's family owned, is the attention and detail they put in their work. They each take their time, quality over quantity. The place is clean, simple but very welcoming. One thing I did notice that impressed me was they had the LED lights machine on a ledge in each station so that they don't lug it around like how the other nail salons do. Brilliant! I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... When we got in, we were greeted with a warm welcome, the guy (Jimmy) really took the time to get to know our names and make us feel comfortable. However, when my nail technician started on my nails, it went downhill from there. 1. She spoke little to no English, which caused a language barrier for me to tell her to file my nail down, but instead she literally only did ONE nail, and left the rest a little longer and uneven. 2. While removing the gel, she shaved my picky nail so much that it made my nail bed burn and become red, causing a little dent. 3. The rest of the staff were occupied with other customers. They had to translate for her every time I said something, like changing the nail color. Which is probably why I didn't get what I expected. 4. She did a HORRIBLE paint job, my nails look like they've already been a week old. Worst paint job I've ever gotten in my whole experience of getting my nails done. Overall, this place should have made sure that all technicians had proper training before its grand opening so that situations like this do not happen. read more

Finally found my safe-haven. Called in to inquire about a pedicure price ($28 for a basic pedi) and asked if it was busy, she said no, so ten minutes later I came in and my seat was ready for me. I wish I had asked the lady's name who did my feet but she did an amazing job, she asked me the shape of my nails and was really detailed with the cuticles. The thigh scrub was a bonus!
