Found this place on Classpass! My boyfriend and I spontaneously wanted to get pedicures, this place was super chill and they were available right away. Renee was our technician and she was great! Took her time and was very knowledgeable. She provided tips based off of what she believed would help me. She was gentle with my boyfriend as he's extremely sensitive and tickleish haha. On a whim while in the area I decided to give this nail shop a shot. I was in the plaza with my hair stylist who was in a temporary salon, and also knew I needed my nails done in a pinch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was crunched for time, so no pedicure happened - I decided on a gel manicure. I've gotten gel on my nails many times before so thought I would be out within the hour. After an hour and a half, I was on my way. A day later my nails started to chip. I hadn't done anything strenuous - we just took a trip to Disneyland so I wanted nice nails. After we got back I got in touch with the salon to let them know. After much Back and forth with the nail tech and owner I was asked to come back in for a do-over. The nail tech was very apologetic and the owner told me she didn't know what the tech did wrong since her clients have no issues with the product. Since I live about 35-45 minutes away I told them it was inconvenient for me to travel back, wait to have my nails Done again, All while balancing my own crazy schedule. My hangup with this experience was that I wasn't refunded my money outright. Why make me come back in to do my nails over again if I've told you I don't live nearby? I had the receipt saved and even asked for a refund and was told I would have to come back to get it or have my nails done over again. Update 2.22.18 - After seeing my review, the owners did try to rectify the situation and offer a refund over the phone due to miscommunication. The refund still hasn't processed and I'm not too concerned over it. This could be a really nice nail shop to some, but my opinion on the service I experience still holds true. read more

I very rarely get a pedicure, because I'm weird about my feet, but when I do this is my favorite place to go. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, making recommendations when I have no idea what to choose. The salon itself is always clean and their nail polish displays are always neat and orderly. The pedicure chairs have the massage feature so you'll be ultra relaxed during your pedi. During this last visit, Julie helped me out. She saw I had a split in one of my toenails, from who knows where, and she fixed it up flawlessly. Her work was meticulous and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. They also offer a bunch of other services like waxing, facials, eyelash extensions and lifts/tints, and microdermabrasions. Leah just mentioned they'll have something new coming soon called brow lamination so I'll be back to check that out. read more

This is my new home nail salon and Vu usually does my nails and she is amazing but I met a couple new girls in training a few weeks ago and wanted to let one of them do my fill. Super friendly girly - Jessica will do your nails to the perfection she would want. Being that she is a new tech at Kaden's I let her do her thing to see what happened and she did an amazing job! She was very gentle and careful - my cuticles and shaping is absolutely perfect! ((Zoom in on my the picture and see the details y'all!)) If any of you ladies have a few spare hours - I highly suggest requesting a new girl to do your nails! After going to almost every nail salon in the area, I think I've finally found my go-to place!! Leah is great, she's been doing nails for over 15 years and she's pretty much a master at all your mani/pedi needs. She worked at another salon on the other side of town, but finally opened her own place. The salon itself is very clean and all the techs are super nice and welcoming. When I was here, I got a gel manicure and regular pedi. I have long nails but after one of them broke, Leah had used acrylic to make them as long as my other nails - it looked so natural! Their color selection for gel is extensive & you'll find the exact color you're looking for. With more than reasonable prices, I highly recommend giving this place a try! read more

I walked into this place because I was in a hurry and needed a pedicure and to remove my old gel polish of my toes. 30 minutes and 36$ charge later this is what my toes look like . They said it's 30$ for pedicure 5$ for polish removal 1$ for using a credit car. I even tipped 4 $ instead of average 10$ as a sign of bad service and told the lady I need to try someone else next time , since I didn like the job. Also I didn even ask for any polish. Just a clean pedicure. Still the same price . Extremely disappointed . I should have stopped the girl doing it when I saw how clumsy and unprofessional she was even though she said she has been doing it for a long time . More mad at myself and disappointed for letting it happen. read more

Lissa was my nail tech, and she specializes in SNS powder dipping (I love this product because it allows my natural nail to stay strong and healthy, and allows me to grow my nails long with no stress!) I went for a Mani/pedi with Chalon. It was my first time and I came in with hands and feet busted looking from kickboxing and ripping off some tips last month. Not only was Chalon super friendly, she's also great and manicures and pedicures. I came in looking like a Hobbit and I left with human hands and feet. I'd recommend this place to anyone. They get booked fast so I suggest making an appointment. Leah was also great, she worked on my co-worker's Mani/pedi and he walked out looking fresh. Easy five stars. read more

Do not get your eyebrows done here by Keisha, I believe her name was. She will ruin them and you will have to go home and pluck them and fix it yourself. I spent about 45 min with her trying to fix my eyebrows. She definitely needs more practice before she starts charging people for it. Super friendly, and I tried to be patient but I'm sorry, that was unacceptable. She was nice enough to not charge me for it, which I appreciated but won't be back because if they can't even do brows, why would I let them touch my nails) -- in reply to the owners comment: I don't know if that's her name for sure & I don't believe you, sorry. She is horrible with brows, the end. My brows were crooked and didn't even appear waxed. The fact that you won't even own up to this makes your business even more horrible. Good luck. read more

I've been to many nail salons, and this place has to be my FAVORITE. First off, the staff is super chill, they all got along with each other and seem to have a good relationship which really matters because it makes for a good work environment and therefore influences their great work. I was a first timer and they managed to squeeze me in sooner rather than later. Shayla did my nails and she really knows the science of doing nails. She also did my eyebrows and for a long time I felt insecure about them, after she was done with my eyebrows, I fell in love with them again! Fellow Yelper Amber H. recommended this place to me as I've had a hard time finding a decent nail tech to do my pedicures. I suffer from ingrown nails and it's difficult finding someone who will clean the sIde walls and trim nails appropriately. I am so happy I found this place. Dana is amazing! She took very good care of me. Great job trimming cuticles, cleaning sIde walls, and clipping nail sides. I will definitely be returning. So I'm having a hard time rating this shop. The first time I got my nails done there, I got a full set. I also wanted a pedicure but the woman took 3 HOURS to do my nails, so by that time it 7:45pm, so no pedi. Anyways she was new and apparently I got her on her first day there. While my nails weren't the shape I asked for the girl was new and I didn't want to hurt her feelings. Well that was my fault. Within 2 days my nails where stained even with the use of alcohol to remove stains. I called and the owner said she would fix the color however I work 6 days a week from 10-6 . It's hard for me to make time so it's really important for my nails to be done right the first time. Within 7 days I needed a fill and my nails where lifting. It was horrible. I went back after 11 days to get a fill. The girl who fixed my nails completely reshaped them and did a great job. However the owners should vet theirs employees better. I paid $55 with tip for a full gel set and it lasted less than a week with the incorrect shape. So overall it was a bad first experience but the second was great. Really feel like it was equally the new employee's fault (who quit the next day) but also the owner. It's important ALL your employees have skills. I'm not sure if I'll go back. That's unfortunate because I love how the new girl did my nails. read more

I get compliments for my nails all the timeDana has done my pedicure a couples times and is just as wonderful! Queen and Mar cannot be left out. Overall, I'd give 3 or 3.5 stars. There were some minor things that could have been better with the manicure itself, but there was something else (another person at the salon, outside of Lissa's control) that soured my experience. Lissa did my SNS manicure and was very sweet and genial. I had to reschedule one day, and she was very accommodating. The salon itself just opened in August was very clean and well-appointed. I chose to have an SNS manicure. Another awesome thing about Lissa is she let me text her Pinterest pictures and was able to give me an exact quote, and it's always nice to know exactly how much you're paying upfront! I adore SNS dip powder, but unfortunately the color I wanted wasn't available. So Lissa cleverly suggested she do a couple coats of the dip powder to strengthen the nails and achieve durability, and then use gel to impart the color! I liked that idea. She is also adept when it comes to "bling" or design! The owner was there as well, and she was incredibly nice and welcoming. I liked that she seemed very hands-on. I do have a few suggestions where I feel there is room for improvement, however: (1) I realized that night after I left that I paid for a "manicure," which usually involves at least some lotion and a quick hand/arm massage, but I didn't receive lotion or a massage. I thought that was odd. I've never had a manicure without lotion and massage. It might have been because another lady arrived and maybe she forgot. I don't know. (2) I mentioned I hadn't gotten my nails done in months and my cuticles weren't looking too hot, so I thought the cuticles would get special attention, but they still appear dry and not "tidy" enough, if that makes sense. You can see what I mean from the picture. (3) What really started to irk me toward the end was the presence of who I learned was also an employee at the salon - a girl who sat next to us during my manicure. I first thought she was maybe someone's daughter just hanging out. I found it... odd that she kept talking and talking, but I tried to be nice and chit chat. But I'd had a very long day and after a while, I really wasn't in the mood to listen to her talk to Lissa about how she collects jars of pig fetuses, employee politics and have her show me pictures of her pet opossum... At first it was cute, but after a while I just needed peace and quiet. Some people go to the nail salon to relax and she was quite hyper. I own a business myself and I never let my customers overhear personal, inner-workings amongst employees. It was just too much. I tolerated it, but at one point I *believe* this young lady even made a rude remark about my father who was walking around just outside the salon. She clearly didn't know that was my father. Needless to say, I did NOT appreciate that. She really wore my patience thin by that point. I know that the salon is relatively new and this girl was young, so perhaps she did not understand how a customer could be offended or feel that her behavior is inappropriate, but I think she should mind herself and her tongue next time a customer comes in. I want to note that despite this girl's behavior, Lissa herself was very professional though and I still tipped her 20%. After everything, my nails did last me through an entire bachelorette weekend in Vegas and are still holding strong! I just hope that my constructive criticism about the other issues be taken to heart, because I feel that with just a little work, this salon could be top-notch. Thanks! read more

Oh my gosh- what a terrible experience. I had had gel manicure just 10 days earlier, and the gel was only one coat so needed a redo. Traveling for work so thought I'd give these guys a try. I walk in and ask for a gel French manicure- owner gives me s price of $35. Gal that does my nails doesn't have a clue and takes forever, the white was lopsided and peeled off in an hour. Then she puts lotion on my hands- no cuticle work because I just had my nails done - but says to her boss "oh, i did a manicure too she really needed it" Then the owner dishonest as the day is long- charges me $45!!! When I say what about the price you gave me when I asked "oh, I thought you said a polish change", are you deaf as well?? So sad, I travel to this area a lot, she knew I was from out of town so thought she was safe scamming me, not true, I'm in town all the time and I will warn EVERYONE- Dishonest horrible service! Came in for a fill on my lashes and I came out with a brand new set of lashes! OMG Maria was amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable. Asking the right questions so she knows exactly how you want your lashes to look like. I've been going to a diff lash place that only specializes in lashes but I'm shocked on how professional and amazing my lashes looks and how she treated me through out the entire time she was doing my lashes--- better than the other place I go to to tell you the truth. First time here and they did an amazing job. I got rock star for the first time and I'm impressed. They did an amazing job on myself, daughter, and son. My son has autism and they treated him so well. My son does sit well for his nails so they were able to do a great job. Leah did my feet and was able to get my in groans out of my feet and Sheena did my hands. Everything is very clean and everyone was very friendly. My son accidentally sat in someone else spa water that was running and they ran new water in a different chair and didn't even get upset. read more
