PLEASE READ! BUYER BEWARE. Be careful coming here. I was told I'd receive a 10% first-time customer discount, but when it came time to pay, they completely denied it. That kind of bait-and-switch is really disappointing and feels dishonest. This was my first visit, and the man who seemed to be the owner or manager clearly told me about the discount. I went ahead with a pedicure, which was just okay--nothing special, but not terrible either. I'm giving two stars mainly because the technician who did my nails was decent. At checkout, a woman (possibly the owner's wife) was incredibly rude and insisted there was no discount, even saying the man didn't know what he was talking about. What made it worse was that he didn't step in or clarify anything when I mentioned what he had told me. When I politely questioned it, she accused me of already having been there before--which is completely untrue. That was honestly shocking. I came in here a week after the last nail place I went to completely screwed up my nails. I went on yelp and found pictures of Sophie's creations. I was really impressed so I figured I'd give it a shot. Sophie and Nina did not disappoint. Sophie did my fingernails and Nina did my toes. Sophie did a fantastic job on my nails. They look absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted. Nina did a fantastic job on my toes and gave me a really good strong massage! She also waxed my eyebrows and they look perfect. They decorated the salon with Christmas decor, as well as a full-size Christmas tree in the back of the salon. It is so cute!!! to top off my great experience, Sophie gave me a gift bag with shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion! I feel so spoiled. My mom likes Tom to do her pedicures and my nail lady is Nina! She does amazing work and educates me on nails while doing so. She will usually do hard gel or gel x on me. I honestly will never be back again. Nice people but quality work is just not there. Got a basic pedi with French tip and a acrylic set with pink polish. All of this was $120 and there was a 15% off discount so he said it was supposed to be $140. Not worth the price at all and highly unsatisfied. The acrylic was laid on my skin and connected to the sides of my nail and it wasn't going to get fixed until I pointed it out. TERRIBLE! I had an appointment booked for pedicure and manicure. Gigi did my nails and she cut me on multiple fingers! It is burning and has swelled since my appointment on Tuesday! First time here...very nice staff and clean salon. Had an appt so I thought it would be easy in and out. As more customers arrived they seemed to rush services to accommodate. Got home and noticed my nails are very bumpy and uneven...sharp edges as well. I have been getting Tap product and love it because it's thinner than normal acrylic and no chemicals and very natural looking. I'm not happy about spending the money on a rushed and uneven result.
