It took him a bit of time, force, and creativity to finally break the old cartridge loose... but he got it, and we were back in business! We found out when we purchased our house the previous plumbers had not connected the only shower to…read morethe sewer system. A temporary fix was installed, but all the pipe was rotted cast iron underneath the bathroom area. There was no p trap so the sewer smell was non-stop. We called Simpson out for a quote and they provided an extremely fair price for two days of work to replace all the cast iron with ABS. They managed to fit a p trap underneath in the tight space. They had to cut a concrete slab, and managed to replace the toilet flange without removing any bathroom flooring. A project that should have probably been a full remodel ended up being only a plumbing fix. The lead, Aaron, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. I felt like Simpson did everything possible to make the project smooth and reduce the life disruption. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
