This is my first time to eat at Louie's in a long long time. I was actually here for a business lunch, otherwise I have no idea this location even existed. We arrived at 11 and there were only one other table filled in the restaurant. I ordered the steak salad. I liked how they tossed the spinach leaves in the dressing so there was flavor in every bite, but I really didn't like the sauce on the steak. This made it just a mediocre salad for me. The other person at my table ordered a chicken breast with a side of double fruit. He received tilapia instead. He was absolutely fine with it because he likes to Lapierre and I think the waitress came by for five times and even another waitress came by To check and make absolutely sure that he was OK with what he had received. That was very nice of them, but the manager thought it was appropriate to give him a three dollar coupon to make up for it. If I ordered something and got the wrong thing, three dollar coupon wouldn't really have cut it LOL! read more

Best BAR/BAR food in town. Don't listen to any of the comments that give this place a bad review. This is not a place to take your mom for dinner or the kids. This is not a local family restaurant. I was out and about with my mom and she wanted to stop for dinner and suggested Louie's, I hadn't been there before, so I was fine with trying it out. However, as soon as I walked in, I wanted to walk out. The smell is horrific! I'm guessing due to their bar with smoking, they overcompensate in the restaurant area with some kind of spray. It smelled like a floral carpet deodorizer used to cover up something musty. We both got the crispy chicken tender wrap and fries. The fries are the small shoestring fries and they give you huge portion, which was great, because I love a good fry. The wrap was okay, but wasn't wowing me with flavor. It also might have been that I was sick to my stomach from the smell. I will not be returning unless they find a new method for stopping the cigarette smell from coming into the restaurant. read more

It's been a while since I've been to a Louie's, but I seem to remember the Reuben was pretty darn good. I used to go more often for the fancier drink, especially the seasonal ones. A peppermint mocha martini like drink sticks out in my mind. That was amazing! read more

Sat on the patio to enjoy the sunshine and have a beer, ordered from the beer list on the table which stated Social Hour 4-7. When we got the bill it was full price and we were told the Social Hour pricing was for the (smoking) bar only :( Now we know why the place was empty on a Friday nite!! read more

Super convenient if you're nearby, but I'm not a fan. We stopped in for a late lunch and it wasn't busy, but still took awhile for our server to get to our table and take care of our order and refills. Once the meals got to the table, the quality was on par with the lack luster service. read more

This was my second Louie's visit, the first one at this location and my fist in the restaurant area instead of the bar, which I think I liked better. The happy hour pizzas were a fantastic deal and pretty tasty, but I wasn't blown away by the happy hour drink specials. I tried one of their house drinks (the lemonade one), and while also tasty, it seemed a little weak to me. Our server was pretty friendly, but she came by and asked us what else we wanted so often I started to think she wanted us gone. Maybe it was just being overly-attentive, but there's a fine art to serving, and this constant checking was making me a little anxious. I have visited Louie's a few times, but will not be returning due to how smoky the restaurant is. It is overbearing. When I left, I reeked of smoke and I had a headache. I cannot believe in this day and age that smoking is allowed inside any restaurant. In fairness to other and for heath concerns, it would be a good thing if Louie's were non-smoking inside and allow smoking only on the outdoor patio. I will return if/when the restaurant is non-smoking. read more

They earned the stars for service. Fish was bland. No beer taste in the batter. Maybe the cook drank it. The music, if you want to call it that, was louder than the speaker above my head. I visited from out of town and like my drinks strong. The bar tender suggested a frozen lemonada with an extra shot of vodka and a flavored liquor shot. I got watermelon. My wife and I were kind of tired of turkey and the holiday food and were hungery for a good juicy hamburger. A lot of options in the Moore area including one that is very over priced, so decided to give Louie's a try and their Big Lou burgers were INCREDIBLE! Best burger had in a long time. Tried Louies for the first time. We ate in the bar and really enjoyed it. My wife and I had the Big Lou burger. Nice-size basic burger without being overwhelming, liked the grilled onion on the burger and the patties were cooked to perfection. Clean restaurant and friendly wait staff. If you love the smell of cigarette smoke, this is your place! Even in the restaurant area that is separate from the bar area, the smoke permeates. I've been here several times for lunch and to meet friends for happy hour. I like this place. Food isn't too bad and it's a decent place to hang out. The bar area and main dining area are divided so there is smoking in the bar and none in the main dining. For those not used to it, the smokey bar can be difficult. They have some type of drink special every day. Louie's has several other locations but I've never been. This location is pretty easy to get too. It's off the I-35 service road in Moore on the West side. Just south of the Harley dealership and Lowe's (it really shares the same large lot as both). Decent parking as well. read more

We use to love coming here for burgers but each time we came in the service got worse and worse. We would be out of drinks basically our whole visit. Our waitress would be visiting with coworkers so we had to ask someone else for refills... we no longer waste our time with this location... there's a Louie's on western that is descent that we have been to a few times. read more

The food is always good (chicken strips, pizza, and burgers) but they are slow and the waitresses seem more busy talking to their friends than to serve us. One time we almost waked about because we sat and waited around 10 minutes without being greeted once we sat down. Omg this place is F-ing awesome. I had the pepperoni Pizza and some Flirtinis. The pizza was perfect. It had a nice crust and great flavor. The flirtini is the ultimate feminine drink. It's sweet and tastes of raspberries but also really strong. We loved the food and drinks so much that we went back on our last night in Oklahoma. Very good food, excellent chili, and you get tons and tons and tons of fries with an order. The fries are a bit bland but you won't go hungry! Reasonably priced and service is good. They have a wide variety of food to select from but their food is nothing to toot any horn over. They do give a lot of fries as a side. Service is normal.. Never experienced anything bad but then again never had any service that went above and beyond. Great place to go if many people are in your group and all want something different. Their pizza is good but the hamburgers remind me of my elementary school hamburgers. Great place to watch any sports... It's mostly dead during a game unlike BWW. read more
