The best we tried was the chicken tuscany on croissants! I used to come here every so often to enjoy the Sunday brunch buffet. The selections were always carefully crafted and you could tell the chef was cooking with love. I still miss this buffet and hope it comes back instead of being another casualty of the pandemic.

I called a few different places about a month ahead, but Chris was the only one willing to work with me in regards to price when I asked for a quote. We mainly communicated very casually through text. They will stay for 2 hours and 30 min including 1 hour of setup/cooking. I asked them to come at 6:30, but they ended up coming early at 5:30 instead and left around 8:45. Gabriel was the one that set up, cooked, served, and cleaned up all by himself. He was excellent! Five stars for Gabriel. There were 3 kinds of meat: asada, al pastor, and chicken. There was also rice and beans. Gabriel also brought an extra table for the condiments including onions, cilantro, limes, peppers, red sauce (had a kick), and green sauce. All utensils and napkins were included. They did not offer any chips and salsa. Before my party, I had also asked Chris if they do quesadillas and he said yes. At the end of the night however, he wanted to charge me extra for it even though he never mentioned it or discussed additional fees. I was glad that I did not end up paying extra for it. I asked my guests how they liked the tacos and it seemed that everyone enjoyed it. Personally, I only had the carne asada tacos. They were good, but not the best I ever had. I was too busy running around and hosting to try the other options. After getting additional feedback from my guests, my only suggestion would be to have a sign/menu that states what options there are. Many of my guests did not know quesadillas were an option (the ones that tried it said there was not enough cheese). But all in all, the tacos were a hit and many of my friends took business cards to possibly use this business in the future. I had about 35-40 guests and there were no leftovers.
