I was a loyal customer and stopped by to pick up food for work or just for myself with the original owner years back. My go to was "chicken kebob salad with feta". Always good and generous amount. I was there quite often. I did stop going there when ownership changed because of a number of different reasons which I will not get into. Then the new owner returned..YAY and I was very happy when the original owners returned and I stopped and ordered my usual. Was I surprised to see that it rang up to $19. and change. I could not believe that my salad which had ice burg lettuce (not expensive) and (chicken -also not expensive) was out of site in it's price jump. How can you justify charging a customer that much? I will not be returning and told all my work friends and they will not return. I do understand when prices of goods go up you pass it along to your customers. However, not every item has gone out of site for cost with the increased that you made for each item. Expecting someone to pay that much for a simple salad with chicken, feta and a side of pita bread to cost close to $20-- that is INSANE. There used to be many cars parked in your lot with people picking up their orders. I drive by there everyday on my way home and maybe 1 or 2 cars if that are there now. You are pricing yourself out of business. No one wants to pay those kind of prices for meals on the go. We are not being served at a semi fancy restaurant just a to go meal. I am sorry that you have inflated your prices or kept them don't know about your previous owner but come on. The average person is not going to spend that kind of money for their family to eat take out. Several people I know have stopped picking up food from your place. Something you should think about as you go forward with less and less customers. Why do you think McDonald's has changed their menu and is now offering lower costs. Sometimes owners have to cut their profits in these times of higher costs to keep their customers. Just my two cents. Surprisingly the food was actually delish! Never thought I'd get good pizza from Massachusetts but I guess I was wrong. There was great flavor and texture. As a visitor and first timer here in this area, I will say it's a far cry from the food I'm used to but the service was excellent. So, as far as an ambiance, there isn't one. The place is small and cozy and there are some tables and chairs to dine in. I ordered the small house pizza which comes with onions, green bell peppers, mushrooms, ham, hamburger meat lol (we say ground beef) and I think sausage. I'd love a few black olives but I didn't ask. The wrap was good, lacked in salt but good nonetheless. I could only eat half. It's a great place to dine at and get full. Unfortunately, there just aren't a lot of dining options available here. read more

3.5 stars Great that they deliver. After driving all day, it was nice not to have to get back into the car. Similar to other reviews, the portion sizes are huge. I also agree with the census that the chicken is very flavorful. Moist, juicy and seasoned well. My only recommendation would be less dressing. Their food is good, service not so much. They are on DoorDash. We ordered a calzone to split at 5:54pm. At 6:50 I called the store because my order was still processing. The woman told me that someone had just left with my sub. I did not order a sub, I ordered a calzone. She told me if I wanted the calzone I had to pick it up because my house was too far. I am an 8 minute drive from the restaurant. I asked her to just cancel the order, and she said no problem. At 7:12 a sub was delivered. I was still charged full price for the calzone! read more

After reading the reviews on Facebook about Loui's, I finally got around to trying their food. I ordered a teriyaki chicken rice bowl. Oh my goodness!!! It was phenomenal! I have seriously never tasted chicken so tender and none of the pieces had any veins or cartilage, which is a pet peeve of mine as almost all places you'll find at least one of more pieces with it which kills it for me when I'm eating. Now let's talk about portion size, WOW! Both me my husband and my daughter were able to eat off one rice bowl. It is huge! The rice is delicious too. Not at all too buttery, just fantastic flavor and very moist as well. I will absolutely be going back there again and again! Watching them make their subs while I waited for my food made me want to try their buffalo tender chicken sub, it look so good!!! I highly recommend trying it out, you will not be disappointed! We loved the original Loui's then the lady left and quality went way down. We weren't coming anymore, but needed a quick pizza so we decided to give them a chance. SOOO glad we dis!!! It has changed hands again and these folks are doing it right! The pizza is now Italian style instead of Greek. The dough is airy and delicious! I had high hopes for Loui's since it has such great reviews, but I was slightly disappointed by my experience. Loui's has a big menu for a pizza place, and I wish I could go back to try more of their food to see if it was any better, but their pizza was not great. The crust was so-so and there was way too much cheese. I found it comparable to Papa John's or Domino's or one of the other national pizza chains, where I could have gone and saved myself some money to get pizza of the same quality. read more

Come here if you need an oil change because you'll get plenty. Steak and cheese calzone had so much oil that the bottom of the cardboard container was soaked. Same thing with the pizza. They have an oil truck piped in using water sprinklers so oil gets in to everything they make. The soda cans condensation isn't water it's oil. Having trouble leaving the parking lot? Oil slick. I never take the time to write a review however, I find it necessary. I ordered delivery, specifically their chicken Cesar wrap. When I went to open the wrapping I noticed that the paper was soaked through and when I attempted to grab the wrap it completely fell apart, the wrap was inedible. I decided to call the restaurant to let them know. I was unable to get a word in to explain what the situation was because the woman on the phone refused to listen and made a series of excuses. She then continued to offer a salad next because, "it may be easier for me". If you are not drunk, don't bother. The pizza was thicker and cheesier than I prefer. I also ordered a salad. When I got to my hotel room I realized there were no utensils. I picked at the salad a little bit with my fingers then gave up. The next day when i went to get the pita bread out of it's bag I found a loose fork and knife rolled up inside the pita... like inside the pita not outside the bag that the pita was in. Have been here hundreds of times - the family who owns and runs the shop is extremely friendly and hard working. The pizzas are Greek Style, so if you're not into that, don't order one. If you enjoy a Greek Pie, this place makes one of the best, and their toppings and ingredients are all fresh. The sandwiches are great, they have a topping bar if you order in-person (almost like a deli style) where you can customize all the veggies/sauces you'd like. Salads are huge, fresh, and they manage to perfectly grill their chicken every time. If you are a fan of buffalo chicken, you need to try their buffalo chicken sub or calzone. I found this place on line while working a 12 hour shift. I used the Door Dash app to have delivered. First, the order I placed was NOT what I ordered. Next, the amount charged for the service was pretty much almost as much as my order. Finally, when I called Loui's personally to let them know of the issue, the woman was rude and stated "its not her problem". The correct answer would of been she would send the correct order right out. I did get a 9.00 credit but that is after all the complaining, not to mention I still don't have dinner. First to let everyone know I was going there all the time. And order a chicken teriyaki rice with vegetables plate. I eat it there within 35 to 40 minutes,had to get home. The food went right through me. Beside my oatmeal that I had that morning it was the only thing I eat that day. The people that know me know been in and out of the food industry my whole life. So I called and spoke with the owner and said i was the only one. Most people do not realize if you have to use the rest room within 35 40 after eating the food was high in bacteria. My husband and I decided to try this place for lunch today. The food was very good and very fresh. The woman taking our order behind the counter was very helpful and accommodating. It was pretty busy and the orders kept coming in over the phone which was a good sign for us. The people eating their lunch in the restaurant had only good things to say about the food. My wife, daughter and I ate dinner here one night while on a vacation in the Boston area, and really enjoyed it. It's a simple location, with only a few small tables and some seating along the window.. they do a great take out business, apparently, and they deliver as well. There was quite a variety on the menu.
