Quality/Quantity - Service is never the same without my wife. The sales people can tell a mile away when she enters, that she is the one (out of us three) that will spend the most $$$, lol. Found a few items that we actually liked, but am patient and will not buy until we are back in France. We mainly now just buy this brand for gifts for others. I mean, its a louis vuitton store. They are all the same wearing their black and hardly making eye contact with you if they think you're not buying. There's security outside and hardly anyone inside. I just don't see anyone buying purses anymore in vegas. Its too expensive and no one is winning. When I go to LV in San Diego and Orange County, its always so busy, but the 2 LV here are not. This place and like other LV carry new season items. The selection doesn't seem much as to why I always buy online. The store is always kept clean and its very professional. The reviews for this location are very on point. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the wonderful customer service I received, once I finally received it. During the pandemic, I shopped online a lot. I found this basic Pochette bag that I absolutely fell in love with on the Louis Vuitton website and it was $500 but out of stock. So I was on the search for years trying to find this bag to purchase and this location had it! .i was at a different Louis right before this one, who had the bag in stock but sold it within the couple of hours I had initially inquired about it. We were not planning on visiting this part of the strip but because of this bag, I was on a mission. It was cool because I have not been to this specific area of Vegas yet. This location was way less busy than the previous location. Upon entering, absolutely NO ONE greeted us. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, I did not browse around. I did observe several employees located around the store doing nothing but socializing with each other. There were one or two assisting customers. Maybe about 10 minutes into waiting, Ula came over with a smile and offered assistance. I expressed my gratitude and informed her we were waiting there for a while with no acknowledgment. Ula apologized and offered us some sparkling or flat water. Upon returning with our waters, I informed Ula what I was looking for and she immediately went to retrieve it. I was on a mission coming here especially after trying out the outlets and shopping on the strip and not making too many memorable purchases. LV at crystals was my last shopping stop before leaving Vegas and I am glad I went to this location. Months before coming I researched a couple of styles I wanted to see in person. Showed up a tad bit early before 11am so I walked around. Lots of luxury stores and the center was clean. Doors opened right at 11am. When I came in I was greeted rather quickly, but I told the SA I wanted to explore on my own first and would circle back. This location is suppose to be the biggest on the strip. It's 3 levels high and a good amount of stuff on the floor. After exploring on my own I went back to the first floor to get help. Bruce offered me a drink and ended up helping me the rest of the time I was there. I was there from 11am to 1230 pm and I really did not want to leave empty handed. Bruce was patient with me. I showed various pictures of what I wanted and he showed me some other styles too. We talked throughout my stay and after trying a handful of styles, I narrowed it down to one I thought would make me most happy. It was a fantastic experience working with Bruce. He is personable and goes above and beyond to make sure he doesn't miss the little details, which I think any customer would appreciate. He even checked for quality between 2 of the same bags before wrapping one for me. I am thrilled to be welcomed to the LV family and can't wait to wear my purchase with style! The manager here is horrible. Had me walk around and shop for 45 min just to tell me at the checkout that my original exchange had been worn and i couldn't make the return. Mind you it had never been worn only tried on in that exact store when they sold it to me. It was in the original bag and cover with the receipt. Super unhelpful and very rude wasting my time for almost an hour for no reason. This LV at Crystals is huge and nice. It's three levels. I walked in at the second level. Danielle greeted me and was ready nice. She asked where I was from. She told me that this was one of the biggest LVs in the country and because of that they had in a lot of stock. I love the circular staircase with the LV motifs hanging from the center. I have been coming here for a couple of years. And have purchased a few items. It was recently my parents anniversary in July, and I contacted the main mall, since no one at the actual store ever picks up the phone. I wanted to buy my parents matching wallet and purse, but the male and female attendants did not allow us inside. Apparently they close at 8:00pm on Sundays... Even though the website clearly says 9:00pm and the Mall themselves says 9;00pm. The other stores Gucci, Prada, all closed at 9:00, so why would anyone think differently. I politely asked the staff to allow us 10 minutes and we would buy something similar to what we wanted if they didn't have it. They said no, on my parents anniversary, to my parents face, even though it was basically a guarantee purchase. The gentleman said we could come back tomorrow , and frankly there is no way in hell I am going to buy anything every again from that shop. I'd rather go to Belagio or Caesars. To everyone reading this, I understand there are times and schedules, but to allow someone to travel that far and say no even though they clearly say open is wrong. The world deserves more courtesy and Apparently even after a year of being closed, the staff at LV Crystal Shops just don't need any business apparently. We went to the Bellagio afterwards and were created with kindness. We bought our things and we're happy. Hey, to all staff members of any place that does not learn how to make exceptions, we no longer feel bad for any business you have lost. The customer service at this location is 10/10. Popped in around 5:30 PM before dinner. It wasn't extremely busy which was refreshing. McKenzie was my CA & she was so fun & kind. My sole purpose of visiting LV in Vegas was to get the key pouch in damier graphite. While waiting in line I was surprised to see this store was pretty big. The other locations I've been to, which hasn't been many, were fairly small compared to the flagship store in Paris on Champs Élysées. When I entered the store the SA informed me it's the biggest store in both North and South America. This store has furniture and luggage and a little bit of everything compared to the smaller LV stores I've visited (hence that's why it's so huge). I wanted to browse the store, but because of Covid the escalators were roped off. During my visit I learned about custom pastiches that can be placed on some bags, which was nice to know thanks to my SA. I used to always go to the Caesar's Palace location, but this location is honestly so much better because it's just shopping. You don't have to walk through a casino and all of the tourists to get to the shoppes. I love this location and the staff. They have men's downstairs and women's upstairs. The staff at both locations are so sweet and helpful. I couldn't decide on which wallet to get my husband and they were so patient and kind. I got my perfume refilled and they still offered me drinks even though I was doing a small purchase which isn't always the case at these luxury stores. I came back a few days later to buy a purse with my husband and it was the same great level of service. I really enjoyed my experiences at the women's and men's stores. I need to go back now to buy the second purse I liked and some bandeau scarves for my bags. I know it's expensive, but to me these items are worth it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON Louis Vuitton trashy goods. I purchased a pair of pumps four years ago I wore the shoe twice. The second time I wore them the hardware fell off on one of the shoes. I don't know when or where it fell off, when I got home that's when I noticed it. Not only is it embarrassing I am disappointed with the quality. You expect a certain level of quality along with service when you purchase something at a high price point. I called Louis Vuitton customer service and they directed me to the store. I arrive at the store was told by both managers, Louie and Rebecca that there is nothing they can do to fix my shoe. They informed me they don't have the hardware to fix it because I purchased the shoe four years ago. I asked where can I take the shoe to get it fixed myself, they were clueless as well. They didn't offer any kind of resolution for me. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied that nothing can be done to resolve this issue. It's poor customer service and poor quality control. I really believe from this experience that Louis Vuitton has there products made in China. Google "Chinese manufacturers exposing luxury brands". There is no excuse for my shoe falling apart so easily. To make matters worse they didn't offer any kind of remedy for this problem. Louis Vuitton lost my business, hopefully they will loose yours as well. If you are looking for quality that will last you should spend your money elsewhere. Bottega has quality goods and they provide a life time warranty on there goods. They are a good company that values their customers. Stopped in this LV flagship store located near the Aria. I have not been to this particular location and wanted to see the new styles for the year and season. It has three floors, well lighted and presents its products well. As you walk inside, there is a lovely lady who walks around and offers customers a bottle of Evian water. I have been thinking of purchasing a new LV bag, but this time I wanted leather in red and not the usual canvas ones that I already have. I was walking around looking for the Felicie Pouchette and finally found it on the third floor but in black and tan. One of their staff employees named Mason approached me. I asked him what I was interested in looking at and he said that they didn't have it in red, but when he checked inventory, it said there was one. The other local LV stores didn't have it and there was one in San Diego and Beverly Hills, but not sure how long those would last. He was having difficulty finding it and even asked for other staff employees about it and here I saw 3 people searching . I felt bad and said it was okay as I didn't want them to waste their time. Mason wouldn't give and and he found it! Mason really made my experience at this store very pleasant and he made me feel like a valuable customer. The lady checking people in even recommended mens cologne and sprayed samples as I waited. I shopped at the City Center location on my last two trips to Vegas, both times on a Monday afternoon. On my first visit I waited in a line that went around the corner and in my estimate it was approximately a 15-minute wait - not too bad. I was looking for a Damier Azur piece from this year's Xmas animation collection and Bruce helped me secure a Victorine wallet in the Hollywood design which I love - thanks Bruce! He was professional and let us take our time, showing us items that we requested to see. No pressure to buy either but also made it clear he was interested in doing business with us, which isn't always the case in these high-end stores. On my second visit I made an appointment with him and was able to go in after checking in at the entrance. I gave Bruce a list of items that we were interested in ahead of time and he had them ready to go, but there was one item that he missed. He was very apologetic about it though and was able to help me locate it at another store on the Strip. In the end, I was able to purchase it and was happy to have secured that piece. Also on that same visit, Bruce again took his time with us to show us different items that we requested to see and was super friendly, engaging in conversation with us while we shopped. Other things to note: the store itself is large (multiple levels), so it's not hard to social distance inside. It is also very bright, brighter compared to most other LV locations it seems. The location isn't bad, just a pedestrian bridge across from Cosmopolitan and right next door to Aria. Overall pleasant experiences here and glad to have found someone to help me with my LV shopping needs when I'm in town! read more

But we came in on a weekday and was browsing for small leather goods, I mentioned to SA if he can show me the what is available, but he pretty much just brushed me off and advised to look around. At that time, they were obviously not busy, but this guy SA would rather chit chat with other SA and not show any products. I came here to get a wallet repaired while I was in town. They have a wide selection of merchandise. Three floors including a men's, women's and small accessory section. Upon entering the store staff ignored us and proceeded to help other customers instead. No one smiled and the staff we did encounter were both rude and short with us.
