    Horrible customer service for such a high end brand & employees are very unprofessional, they do not stand by their word or their quality. I brought in a phone case i purchased 4 months prior to be repaired or replaced some sort of accommodation as the coating was already coming off and cracking after only 4 months of use and they were unwilling to do anything about it saying that it is normal wear and tear. Pictures are uploaded to show that this is not the norm for LV after only 4 months. I paid a premium for quality! This is not the quality that LV prides themselves on. What i didn't pay for is for it to be feeling like sand paper after a few short months. I went back and fourth for 2 months trying to get to some resolution. I was promised multiple times that they would get a resolution for me and at the end all i got was a sorry nothing we can do its normal. Throughout this process i was told many different things as well, they couldn't keep their story straight once. First they said its scratched, then they said no its not normal we will do something, then they said its normal nothing we can do. Which one is it? Extremely disappointing especially since iv been a good client spending thousands there to not do anything over a small purchase of a phone case that clearly isn't useable & didn't hold up to the quality they supposedly stand by. Will never be a client of LV again after this.

    I've never been so disgusted with a Brand in my whole life. I bought this " limited edition" lil keychain wallet. I loved it. It broke, it was made so CHEAP. I took it back into LV per customer service over the phone. I was told just walk in and they will fix it. NO CHANGE!! I get there and they want to charge me $100 to fix it are you kidding me? This is so ridiculous. Your craftsmanship is the WORST!! Your customer service null and void. I will no longer ever purchase another piece of Louis Vuitton. I've spent thousands not hundred thousand on this brand and it's documented. You should've fixed my keychain because now I'm officially done..

    Walked in this afternoon to buy a fragrance and the first question out of the sales persons mouth was "are you okay" First of all, horrible welcome. Not to mention security looked me up and down and couldn't even crack a fake smile. Easy quick in and out purchase and there was just nothing pleasant about it at all. Ejoe just really didn't uphold the standard expected for the brand. Disappointing but I got my fragrance so whatever, just won't return to this spot for any other future purchases.

    Edge falling apart exactly after 1 year

    Not what the brand it used to be, purchased a wallet exactly 1 year ago and the edging is already falling apart. Wallet is barely in the pocket, it's always in my drawer at work or on the tv stand at home. Contacted LV and was quoted $195 to redo the edging

    When you walk into a luxury store as this you expect to have great service... right? Well I did. Immediately when I walked in, I was not ignored but catered to. I know they get commission or whatever but that doesn't take away from the great service that I expect right??!! I've experienced walking into such stores and being ignored many times, cause I don't "look" a certain way perhaps? Idk What I enjoyed most was... I asked many questions about which color or style is better and Corey was great at giving me his honest opinion and simply just going with my nonsense silliness. Nothing came of "salesy" everything felt genuine. I appreciate when they point out things that I didn't notice or "need". Anyways, I walked away with what I wanted and I was very happy!! So I recommend this location and Corey! Happy shopping!!

    Bought a $2,400 bag, got home and found the lock was old and scratched. Went back the same day, and they asked me to pay $15 for a new lock. I bought it just that morning -- why was it already in that condition? Ended up with a scratched, used-looking bag. Never shopping here again.

    Oh Louis Vuitton how much do I love thee?! I have been in search of a particular LV item for some weeks now, and happened to find out that the Louis Vuitton at Fashion Island had it in stock. With that being said, I was so pleased with my experience at this LV location today. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Michele. She told me it would be a few minutes, as they were a little behind. Nevertheless though, as always, I received excellent customer service. Everyone that I encountered today, was friendly and knowledgeable regarding products, upcoming items, and news. Louis Vuitton is my favorite upscale luxury brand. I normally only purchase from Louis Vuitton in Vegas, but because of the great service I received today, I will shop at this location now too.

    I love this location specially because I feel the atmosphere and architecture is right on point, I see the perfumes in sight right when I walk in and I can test any one out! This specific purchase experience was tailored to me and I felt very special and I met someone from Long Beach who works there similar to me and he had a vibe just like mine in which helped me make the purchase I've been waiting for! A really good memory I won't be forgetting and he even included some free gifts from LV into my purchase! Thanks! Overall this store is really pretty!

    Hole in crease

    Their customer service and care department are horrible and is useless. The purse I bought has a design flaw and the purse has developed 4 small holes in the leather at the creases. THIS IS A COMPLETE DESIGN FLAW. They stated they couldn't repair or replace the purse. The purse is in excellent condition except at the creases where the holes have developed. They lost a customer today. They do not stand by their product or guarantee the quality when spending $4,000 on a purse. We took the purse to Anthonys in Corona Del Mar and they actually have a solution to repair the purse. LV was useless!

    This LV store is a part of the Nordstrom there so it was a bit smaller than other LV locations. Friendly staff. Quick service.

    I'd like to make this rating 4 1/2 stars, as my experience was very good, but not quite 5 stars…read more Maybe 4.75 stars. I'll always round up in favor of actual customer service. I've had my Hein Gericke jacket for over 28 years, and have ridden about 140,000 miles while wearing it. The collar and one cuff were split, and some snaps were tired. Like another reviewer, I'd seen Anthony's ad in American Motorcyclist magazine, and was aware that they had a good reputation. I shipped my jacket off, and when I got it back I found two small disappointments, involving snaps on the neck and one cuff. After phone conversations and e-mails with Greg, I shipped it back, and got it back the second time with a refreshingly brief turnaround time. In addition to the factory-quality repairs (above info does not list alI work), I had Anthony's sew on a patch for me (for a reasonable extra fee), and clean and condition my old friend. It's now shiny, which was unexpected (an observation, not a complaint). I mentally deducted part of a star from my rating because of the need to send the jacket twice, but added back on part of a star for conscientious and friendly customer service. One small surprise: as a second back-and-forth shipping became necessary, I wondered whether Leatherworks might create a UPS return slip, as a former employer of mine always did for such situations. I'm not actually disappointed, as I'm aware that small businesses don't have unlimited budgets. The work was not inexpensive, but being able to wear a high-quality and well-loved garment for another couple of decades (if I last that long) is worth it. Accepting the cost was eased after I compared the purchasing power of the 1997 dollars with which I bought my jacket to that of the 2026 repair dollars. It was worth it.

I was quoted $175 for what was described as a simple refresh of the leather and color, which sounded fair for a quality restoration. But when I picked up the bag, I was honestly heartbroken by the result. The pigment was smeared and stuck all over the hardware, which hadn't been polished or cleaned at all. The color on the leather was patchy, with uneven tones and visible blemishes. What used to be smooth, soft leather now feels rough and sandy, almost like it was stripped instead of restored. It also looks like no waterproofing or protective finish was applied. I don't doubt that they do excellent work on shoes and smaller leather items, but based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them again with a high-end handbag. For the price and the promise, this was a huge disappointment.
