I've previously only dealt with manager and unfortunately he is usually working alone. Staffing issues in Texomaland is stressful. 3 restaurants closed forever last week due to non staff. The manager here is very pleasant and extremely dedicated. He continues to keep this establishment open regardless of staffing. When I returned to the lake home in Oklahoma, the chicken and sides were still extremely hot. Chicken was crispy and delicious. Spouse said, the sides were good.
