It was around 4:30 on October 11th. The sweetest lady took my order via the intercom in the drive thru. I placed my order and sat in line, but not for very long. Pulled up to the window, she repeated my order back to me and rang up my order. She was just so sweet and pleasant. I've previously only dealt with manager and unfortunately he is usually working alone. Staffing issues in Texomaland is stressful. 3 restaurants closed forever last week due to non staff. The manager here is very pleasant and extremely dedicated. He continues to keep this establishment open regardless of staffing. When I returned to the lake home in Oklahoma, the chicken and sides were still extremely hot. Chicken was crispy and delicious. Spouse said, the sides were good. I could smell the gravy, and wanted it with the mashed potatoes, but I am still on a never ending diet. Please patronize this local Church's and help keep the doors open. My order was correct and extremely hot, which was a win win. I will continue to support this location in Denison, Texas.

Very sarcastic. So we looked at the menu and chose our two sides. When we pulled up to the window, he handed us two drinks and I told my husband I didn't know this came with drinks. The drinks were a Coke and a Diet Coke yet we had never been asked what beverage we wanted if we got a drink. The owner proceeds to tell us the legs are still cooking unless we want thighs. My husband said we didn't order pieces of chicken we ordered tenders. Instead of the man saying oh I think I got your order wrong he started muttrying and mumbling that he had repeated our order and we had not told him any different. That is not true. He specifically repeated 'a 10 piece tender and that it came with two sides' My husband tried to be very nice about it to start with and tell him we didn't order it, and so then the man became belligerent with us and My husband got right back with him. He suggested We we're trying to get free drinks. We gave him the drinks back and he refunded us the money once we told him we didn't want the food at all, but he didn't give us the money back for the drinks. Very bad experience and we will never ever go back and he was yelling at us as we left. A very disturbing experience on levels.
