The estate is even more stunning in person -- lush greenery, a private stretch of beach, and that perfect blend of tropical beauty and intimate charm. It truly feels like your own beautiful, private oasis. One of the biggest reasons our day felt incredible is the team behind the scenes. Nickie and the entire Loulu Palm staff worked seamlessly with our amazing planner, Emmarose from TGA, and together they created a day that flowed perfectly from start to finish. Their coordination, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. We also want to highlight how welcoming and LGBT‑friendly the venue and team were. We felt supported, celebrated, and completely at ease throughout the entire process. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the venue -- the breathtaking ceremony backdrop, the golden sunset during cocktail hour, and the relaxed, elegant atmosphere throughout the night. To finish off 2025 with my last review before 2026 comes. This was the best decision both my husband and I made to choose this place as our wedding venue, which we were able to take a tour in January. Seeing how private with both views of mountains and ocean. We were totally convinced that Loulu Palms Estate was perfect to host the biggest day of our lives. The guests enjoyed the property and program we had planned. I'm grateful to Nickie and her staff to making this day special. Initally we were going to have the reception dinner on the lanai with awning decorated with lights to represent rustic night theme. But once Nickie and her team were aware of the rain storm that coming on the wedding weekend, she offered us to rent their covered tent 44x63 clear top tent with twinkle lighting with no additional cost as we paid to rent the lanai space. We agreed to the option as we weren't sure if weather will put a damper to our big day. But surprisely, it was sunny when I got to venue to get makeup/hair done, throughout the ceremony to the reception dinner till the end, very little sprinkle of rain occurred. I'm glad the tent set up worked out for us. The set up with the floral arrangement, which was modern boho theme I picked while working with Modern Elopement was gorgeous on pillars overlooking to beach, ocean. We even repurpose those arrangements on reception table with ti leaf as table runners with candles lights lit up. It was simple table set up, which did justice flowing with modern boho florals. The lawn space was huge to host larger weddings, but for our wedding group it was perfect size. It was little wet in some areas and ground little unstable but I managed to carry myself in my wedding dress. The bridal suite to get ready and dress was asthestic pleasing to the eye as seen in local wedding videography. I swear the AC blasting cool air made the room very cold that some part of me tried to avoid where it was blowing at. It was nice they had coat racks to hang both me and my matron of honor dresses. There was restroom in house for us to use away from outdoor restrooms wiht bidet and toiletries to use. Overall, my experience here at Loulu Palms was nothing but highly satisfying and very thankful we were able to have our micro wedding here given the date we requested. With the people I talked to about this venue, lot of people consider having a wedding here. Another thing is that venue is not one of those over-hype and overused wedding venues in Oahu. It is a private venue offering both ocean, mountain views, they have a vendor list, assist with planning wedding, and offers free parking too compared to those Waikiki hotels and downtown Cafe Julia. Loulu Palm Farm Estate was absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place for our wedding. I had only done a virtual tour beforehand, and while it looked beautiful online, it is even better in person--truly stunning and it did not disappoint at all. The vendor list provided by the venue is excellent, and I've been getting amazing feedback from our guests, as well as from people who have only seen our videos and photos. Everyone keeps saying how gorgeous the location is. Adding Ashley as our wedding coordinator was hands down the best decision we made. She is a must. Ashley helped me so much throughout the planning process, always answering questions and guiding us every step of the way. On the wedding day, when our baker completely forgot to make our wedding cake, Ashley immediately stepped in, coordinated a replacement cake, secured us a full refund, and truly advocated for us. She even encouraged the baker to send an apology gift--we ended up finding a treat box waiting for us at our hotel after the wedding. Ashley went above and beyond, and her support made all the difference. Loulu Palm Farm Estate is a gorgeous venue, and with the right coordinator, it becomes an unforgettable experience. Nestled on O'ahu's North Shore, Loulu Palm offered us complete privacy--and yet didn't compromise on the sweeping views of Hawaii's vibrant sunsets and emerald mountain ridges. It was the perfect setting! While rentals must be booked directly through the venue, we found their wide-ranging inventory--chairs, tents, decor--both convenient and hassle-free. And also, completely customizable! With the help of Jordan from Love Letter Weddings, we integrated a Toyota Tacoma photobooth and cabana awnings over the ceremony seating--both concepts the venue team embraced wholeheartedly. We held our wedding at Loulu Palm Farms on February 20, 2026. We had 50 total guests joining us from Vancouver, Canada and Australia. With all of the planning taking place within a 6-month timeframe, we truly couldn't have pulled it off without the amazing help of our Coordinator, Ashley Fennell, and Nickie Coleman at Loulu Palm Farm Estate. We had our wedding here in May this year and we are so happy with how everything turned out! We booked the venue before getting to see it in person and we weren't disappointed. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Loulu Palms along with Nickie and Ashley. We had our wedding here 9/19/24 and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. From the very beginning (I booked them in September of 2023) they were extremely prompt with responses and any questions I had they were so helpful with answering. Nickie was wonderful throughout the entire process. The venue/ grounds speak for itself because come on you can see how incredibly gorgeous it already is but yet somehow they found a way to make it even more stunning and made my wedding vision come to life. They have everything you need to rent and could want, and if they don't they can easily direct you to where you can. They made everything from rehearsal, to set up, to day of so incredibly easy and smooth. I 10/10 recommend them and would get married here all over again if I could. Now onto Ashely. I COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT HAVE made it through my wedding week/ day without her. From our first conversation on the phone while I was deciding which day of coordinator to go, we clicked immediately. Whenever I reached out with a mini crisis or question through out the entire process she was so quick to respond and was so incredibly helpful no matter what it was about. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every single second of our wedding because I knew she was there handling everything. She understood my vision and executed it PERFECTLY. We had the perfect wedding at Loulu Palm Estate December 21, 2024! This was a destination wedding for us, and I wish we could go back and relive this day forever. The venue is beautiful, and Nickie was great with communication and so helpful with discussing the venue and equipment rentals, which had everything we needed for the best esthetics! Honestly probably the best place on the island to get married! It was an absolute dream! It's got the most beautiful ocean and mountain view and our guests absolutely loved it! It's all outdoors so take note of the seasons but even though it had some rain during our wedding, everyone loved dancing in the rain! Gotta get Ashley Fennell as your coordinator too! She's so fun and experienced that you know you're in great hands. Our wedding day was not smooth sailing either because there was an accident on the highway that blocked our vendors and guests as well as knocked out the electricity but she handled it so well that we barely even noticed that there was a problem. We got married at Loulu Palm on September 14th 2024 and it was everything we dreamed of...and then some! From the first moment we stepped foot on Loulu we knew it was the one for us. But that was just the beginning- because shortly after meeting Nickie, we then met with Ashley (the best wedding coordinator on planet earth). Again, after just a couple minutes of chatting with her, we knew she was such a perfect fit for us and felt like we had already known her for years. So it wasn't even a question for us- but if it is for you- my advice would be to just do it. Without Ashley, our special day would not have even come close to how perfect everything was. Not to mention all the weeks and months leading up to it- I love how she always kept it real with us throughout the entire process (with timelines, vendor recommendations, design, layout, cost, etc), but with the most warmth and grace one could possibly have. We attended my family friend's destination wedding here and the estate is so very beautiful! The ceremony was held on the grassy field right next to the beach! Such a beautiful view and we were greeted by a beautiful mosaic hearts shaped like a tree to sign our names, followed by a beautiful sign asking us to enjoy their unplugged ceremony without our cameras and cell phones while we also enjoy some snacks and iced tea, lemonade and water! We headed towards the outdoor seating and could see the beach from our seats and it was a beautiful day to have a wedding! After the ceremony, appetizers were served as well as photos being taken of different groups who attended the wedding. Dinner was catered by Memoirs on the porch of the house! The food was delicious, buffet style and there was dancing as well as a photo booth and open bar available. It was a dream wedding! read more

I could not have found a better place to have our wedding at. The venue was beautiful since we arrived. Greenery started since the gate with flowers everywhere and the sound of the wave! I'm not going to lie I burst out in tears when we walked throw the back doors and I saw the whole thing in person for the first time!! From booking to planning to the actual day everything was smooth and stress free. We were on a tight budget and Ashley made it possible to still have a wedding in paradise and not burn a whole in our pockets. She made it so easy and fun. When we got there the day off even though we were running a bit late she made me fell calm and relaxed she kept telling me not to worry and that she had everything covert and she sure did!! We had a whole room to get ready the room was a good size and it was just me getting ready in it. It did have AC which was PERFECT! One thing I would recommend it use the whole day! We had it from 11 am to 11 pm but didn't start until 4 pm so I would say have an early ceremony so you don't have to rush anything and just enjoy the time! We had the following Vendors: Bartender: Recommend by Ashley Issac (He was the BEST and every one loved him) DJ: David Asing (I was a little upset with him because he messed up our first dance but we just went with it. I'm sure there was just some miscommunication he was pretty basic but it was good for the cheap price, we also got the fire dancers and drum players with him which were GREAT but they were 2 hours late and even though we paid for 15 min I'm positive they weren't even there for 10 min, but over all the guys were great and our guest LOVED the surprise. Catering: Keneke's Bluesky catering(also in the recommendation from Ashley) (I have not express how AMAZING THE FOOD WAS!!!! And not to mention within our budget!! I had made so many changes and Carmela was the one who helped me every step of the way!! They even let us take the left overs home and the staff was great!! Seriously everyone kept telling us how this was the only wedding they had every gone to that had GREAT food!! BUT it was so worth it and they got it SPOT ON to what the picture I had send them and the flavor was ALL there besides me only getting ONE bite for the picture it was amazing and everyone kept saying so. We had the (1) 2 tier cake small serves 20-30 Round 6" vanilla chocolate marble cake with chocolate cream and fresh raspberry filling Round 8" yellow butter cake with fresh strawberry cream filling. Shades of teal smooth-ish/ stucco-ish buttercream icing We kept it super simple and didn't do much decorating as the location itself was enough! My wife and I held our wedding at Loulu Palm Farms in April 2024, and it was an amazing experience. Ashley, Nickie, and the entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Ashley was extremely communicative in the months leading up to the wedding, whether it was by email, text, or phone call. At no point did we feel lost in the process or unsure of the next step. On the day of the wedding, the entire team was hardworking and supportive, yet remained calm and professional despite the expected chaos of a typical wedding day. When one of our vendors did not show up on time, Ashley immediately jumped into action and connected with them via phone to make sure the matter got resolved. Loulu Palm Farm was an absolute dream location for our destination wedding and we couldn't have had a better experience thanks to our coordinator, Ashley. We were really nervous about planning a wedding from scratch in a different time zone--we hadn't even been to Oahu before we chose Loulu as the venue, but we knew as soon as we found it that it was the place for us. Wow this wedding was everything I dreamed it would be! Nickie and Ashley were fantastic and so helpful throughout the process. I planned the wedding virtually from Michigan, so I relied heavily on their recommendations for other venders and no one disappointed, everything blew away my expectations. Ashley in particular was such a help with coordinating the venders and gathering the important information and helping make the time line and ensure everything went smoothly throughout the day. She even let me ship stuff directly to her in Hawaii so I did not have to pack it with me. Also the venue is breathtakingly beautiful. I had 51 guest and we were on the lanai. I was worried the yard would look empty compared to the pictures with the big tents but it was a beautiful view and many people walked over to the beach and we all took sunset photos together. I would get married here over and over again, I highly recommend this venue and booking Ashley as a coordinator! Also definitely stay at Turtle Bay. We could not have chosen a more perfect venue. The ceremony site is a well maintained lawn, surrounded by trees and greenery, with a view of the beach and ocean. It was beautiful and everything we could have dreamed of. The reception area is also on the lawn and there's plenty of space to create the wedding you want. We incorporated lawn furniture, a tent, lawn games, and more seamlessly. Because the venue is naturally gorgeous and green, you honestly don't even need to spend too much on florals if you don't want to. Because they are a Loulu Palm Farm Estate, you can choose to plant a Loulu Palm seed during your ceremony. This was a really meaningful and unique part of our wedding. There's a small house where the bride and groom can get ready and hang out (separately or together) before the event. The Loulu staff were really easy to work with and they have equipment rentals available. Ashley Fennell is the in-house coordinator for Loulu and she is AMAZING! Organized, super responsive, very personal and friendly - she is who you want running your wedding! As crazy as planning a wedding can be, we honestly miss working with her. I highly recommend getting a VW photobus for your wedding. It was a big hit. We used The Vintage Aloha Photo Bus. Our DJ was David Asing, he did both live music and DJ. Our photography was booked through Lauren Dixon. We also had a hula show and at the end they had guests come up to teach them, it was hilarious and so fun. We looked at 5 place around Oahu for our wedding and fell in love with Loulu Palm Farm Estates - it's completely private with stunning views of the ocean and a wonderful backdrop of the hillside behind the cute house with a wonderful lanai. We had the best experience working with Kristina, the "day of coordinator" Loulu Palm recommended after getting a few quotes. She was an absolute delight and was more than a day of coordinator, helping me regularly over a month before the wedding, hence my quotes around day of. The rentals are through Loulu Palm which makes is easy but they were pricey. If I could change anything...Loulu Palm isn't flexible with their payment methods and I wish there was a clearer schedule from the beginning on payments so I didn't have to stress about my check arriving on time (even when I overnighted it they didn't get it for 3 days). Having an online payment method, even if not credit card, would have been great. We have nothing but happy vibes from our wedding and picking this venue and working with Kristina is a big part of that. We highly recommend it!! Absolute best venue on Oahu. I had my dream wedding here all thanks to Ashley Fennel and the Loulu Palm team. I am a resident here in Oahu but they also assist destination since their communication is so easy. This venue has the best of both worlds-ocean and Mountain View's AND it was completely private! The estate is drop dead gorgeous alone so you barely have to decorate it but I was really passionate about tropical flowers and hired Ocean Dreamer for all of my florals- my wedding arch, bouquets and table center pieces and it was absolutely gorgeous! I feel so lucky I was able to have my wedding here and know that my family and my husband and I will forever hold Loulu as a special place in our hearts. Every single person we worked with that was recommended by Ashley Fennel was so amazing to work with- I completely trusted her with everything and she exceeded my expectations. I had the most care free day all thanks to Ashley at Loulu and she was so down to earth and genuinely made my big day the most amazing day of my life-truly! I feel like people were exaggerating when they say that but it couldn't be more accurate! It's natural to forget things with all the stuff going on for your wedding and Ashley had a solution for every little thing! I had trouble talking to my Officianr about a "lei ceremony" and she was my voice to make sure I got what I wanted and also I forgot to get a lei for my brother to walk me down the aisle and luckily she was able to get one from the officiant for him to wear! Came out amazing in my photos, and I also forgot my garter and she had the idea to use my flower crown and put it around my leg and I was still able to have the traditional garter toss because of her quick and creative thinking! These are only a few of the amazing things a coordinator can do when you are under pressure on your wedding day- there were so many things that I got wrong and she was able to fix and come up with a creative solution to every single one. Let me start by saying that throughout the years, my husband and I have been absolutely blessed with so many wonderful people in our lives. When we met Linda, we immediately knew she'd be one of those people. My husband and I came up with the craziest idea of pulling off a wedding in 4 weeks. Who does that? Everything was against us. Timing, Christmas, availability; you name it. We called around desperately seeking to book the perfect location. We wanted a small intimate oceanfront wedding to accommodate 50 of our closest friends and family. We managed to book two walkthroughs the first weekend of our search. Loulu Palm was our first stop. The day before our visit, I received a quick email response from Linda regarding my inquiry the same day. We immediately jumped on the phone to discuss details of what my visions were and she was so helpful and very accommodating. She was so knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to on the phone which made me feel so comfortable. The directions she gave us to Loulu made it very easy for us to find them. We liked how there was a private gate from the main road; you cannot see one piece of the property until you drive in. When you driving in, we were greeted by this huge beautiful tree where a swing hung from it. As soon as we parked, Linda was so quick to come out and greet us. Let me tell you, my first impression of her was full of warmth and good energy. As she took us around the the front of the property, we were absolutely in awe. This is BEAUTIFUL. Linda took us on a tour around the house on the property as well and answered so many of our questions throughout. We couldn't believe that this place was available for our specific wedding date! After speaking with Linda and visiting Loulu, we had one more location to visit...but we never made it to that second location. Linda and Loulu had made such a huge impression on us, I called the other location and cancelled our visit. We were in love with Linda and Loulu!! We had a ton of work to do in a matter of a little over 3 weeks. Linda was there for me to coordinate EVERYTHING. She was so efficient and organized. The best part was that after talking to her about what I envisioned, she knew exactly what I wanted and shared that vision too. I mean, talk about meeting people who can finish your sentence; she was that person. {Fast Forward} Wedding day!! Upon arrival, everything was set up! Tents, tables, linens, ceremony site, decorations, it was exactly what I envisioned. From the ceremony, to the wedding, the team of recommendations provided by Linda (Food & catering, tenting, DJ/entertainment, etc.) were exactly what she promised. Our guests were blown away! She was there FOR US. I still can't believe how everything worked out for us the way it did. Loulu Palm is affordable (and worth every penny), very accommodating, ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, private, intimate and lush setting, has great relationships and good reputation with vendors, and best of all, Linda comes with it. I could go on and on. If there's anyone to represent Loulu, it's Linda. We loved EVERYTHING about Loulu Palm; no regrets! What an unforgettable oasis full of love! My son and his fiancé decided to have a destination wedding in Hawaii. After checking out different venues Loulu Palm was the clear choice. The setting and location are so special but it was a little challenging to plan it without us being close by. Working with Linda Kress as the "day of coordinator" made all the difference in the world. She is extremely communicative, caring and efficient. We valued her suggestions and she's very well connected to outside vendors. She was always conscious of costs and helped keep our costs down any way she could. The day before the wedding I was stressing over the predicted rain since we hadn't ordered a tent. After reviewing the weather report Linda made the suggestion to get the tent. With short notice she was able to get the tent for the next day. Of course it only sprinkled the day of the wedding but now we didn't need to worry and the wedding was beautiful. Best place ever!! I love love this place!! Stunning property right next to sunset beach! Can't ask for a better, prettier place for a wedding! This was where the magic happened for me and my best friend on a one fine summer day! We all wore out best black tie attire!! Watched the sunset!! I cherish and love this property!! Love love love their private breach front and that amazing green lawn area. The house is small and adequate for grooms to get ready in but not for the bride in my opinion. We had a ceremony on the beach!! ( Swooon). Cocktail/pupu hours/ sushi stations set up on the left and had a massive clear wedding tent right in the middle with dance floors and so on!! It was the most beautiful thing! The only thing was them being super new: we had to turn music down pretty early! Like 10 pm!! Not cool. We were told we can celebrate there till midnight but ended up leaving around 10:30 because of the noise complaints. Luckily, we had the motor coaches for all the guests and the alcohol was all paid for. We left home on a party bus practically! Overall, the ceremony was stunning here thanks to the green and white/ocean theme and that stunning backdrop! Love the house and mountain backdrops too! Stunning sunsets, stunning stars! And seriously can't think for a better place for a wedding! Yes, it does gets pretty expensive having to bring every single thing here. But it's worth pretty penny! Every single one of us loved it!! This property is amazing for wedding! If you're looking for a private wedding with the best view, go for Loulu Palm Estate. You will fall in love! The property blew us away with the view of the beach and the mountain backdrop. We had our wedding in mid September and the weather was just perfect (not humid). The trade wind of the North Shore definitely helped and the temperature was perfect during the day & night for us. Nickie is also amazing to work with. She was so helpful in answering all my questions and concerns as a bride. We have a specific vision for our wedding and Nickie was very helpful and able to accommodate me. This venue is gorgeous. I was lucky enough to attend a wedding here this past summer. Two of the criteria for choosing this place was that the couple wanted to get married by the ocean, and that they could party all night. I'm not sure of the history of the estate, but it evokes an old-time feel of a beach home with an expansive rolling lawn. There are no neighbors on either side, no homes on the mountain side, and the beach is inaccessible from either side because of the rocky outcroppings so the estate feels very private. It's tucked away so well that you'll probably miss it on your way there, but once you get through the gate, it's like stepping into another world. The absolute best day of my life. Nickie and the staff at Loulu were a pleasure to work with. Always prompt with email replys. Very attentive to detail. Honestly at first the cost of the venue was a bit hard to swallow...however ,major benefits....they let you book at the lowest tier of 100 people and add on..rather than guess too high at your guest count and not get your money back. The contract and rules seems a bit much at first...but when you reach the end of your wedding day you understand why. They truly are experts at what they do and everything they suggested or stuck too was truly in our best interest. It really paid off. It is ala carte..meaning they supply the venue.. You supply everything else. We personally loved that. It meant we could choose who we want. If we were unsure if we needed a certain vendor ( valet parking)...,we always listened to Nickie's advise and she was on point. Well worth the money! read more
