After two days of multiple miscommunications, they ended up coming to my home (which I initially appreciated)... The service took almost three hours, but after the employee left I realized that none of my interior doors were cleaned completely (the package I selected was "Interior Deluxe P3") and my seats were all left very damp. Overall, definitely not worth the money or time spent. I'm sad to leave this review, since the owner "Joe" was nice/personable over the phone and the employee I met was friendly; but the entire experience was frustrating, and the business seems very disorganized.

I decided to go with interior cleaning only since I really needed the service. Before leaving my car, I asked about the 10% discount mentioned on their website when booking the appointment. Later, when I got a call that my car was ready and went to pay, the guy told me he didn't know how the system worked to apply the discount. I know it's not a big discount, but if they offer something, they should honor it. In the end, I paid the full price. Not sure if I'll be back. :(

They also have really clean rental cars on site, that made my drop off and pick up easy. They treated me like a valued customer and tried to create a work plan that worked for me as a drop in. I went to 3 other shops and got same day estimates. This individuals quote came 12 hours later. Their work is probably great, but their treatment of me as a customer was disappointing given how much work I was intending to pay for. In my opinion, auto service is expensive but the customer service and care shouldn't be optional because that is essentially the only difference from shop to shop since "it's the same price" according to their rep. Fun fact, their quote was the most expensive quote. Go figure lol Update: The response was "I am sorry the estimator did not converse with you the way you would like." They called the day before to go over everything. They had promised me if I dropped it off at 9 AM, they would have it ready by 5/5:30 PM. I dropped it off at 9:40, and they called me that they were done at 1:35! They did everything for free and even did a multipoint inspection for free. When they found stuff that needed to be taken care of, they were happy for me to pick the car up instead of having it done there. They didn't pressure me or swindle me or try to get money out of me. They just did good work quickly and efficiently! I would go there again in an instant if I needed something!

Kevin gave me a nice ride and shared his photography skills, And Nick could not have been more professional or helpful.
