I bought a Coupon to detail my car. This business requires an appointment. I called and called and called ad nauseam, never once got an answer. They did not offer any other way to make an appointment. I wasted almost $100 for nothing! read more

I bought a Groupon, and decided to give them a chance. I was not expecting top of the line detail job for the price, but certainly a very decent one. What ended up happening is that white a few places on the interior were missed. I tried to communicate this to the cleaner, but he did not speak any English. Not faulting him for that, but I wish that someone on site knew how to speak English. There was no sign that any wax has been applied from the outside. Just washed with soap perhaps. The worst part is that they used some kind of chemicals on the front seat that caused stains that will not go away. Not really sure what to do about this. Finally, all of the seats were super wet. I wish they dried them after washing. Even though the price is certainly right, I can not recommend this place, because they damaged the seat fabric, and the job was not done very well. read more

I like to support businesses in Marlborough, where I live, so I wish I could give this local business a higher rating. I have used them twice via Groupon, but I won't again. The car detailing looks good at first, but upon closer inspection, it doesn't hold up. For example, my tire rims were not thoroughly cleaned. There was still oil in the corners of each rim. In other places, you could see that the wax buffing had not been complete. To be fair, the inside of the car was done quite well, and it shined. Also, if you are looking for any kind of friendly customer service, you will not find it here. Some folks don't mind being spoken to with monosyllabic gruffness, but I do, especially when I am paying (even with a Groupon) a bit of money, and a substantial tip. I expect some form of welcome from the service center. So, all in all, I think I will look for another car detailer next time, hopefully in Marlborough. read more

I purchased a full detail groupon. There is nothing Full in this detail. It's an extremely overpriced car wash and vacuum with a tiny (doesn't cover the tire) amount of tire shine. I am so glad I didn't let them do one of my nice cars. Horrible job and Overpriced. No shampoo, no detail the engine bay, no wax. "All of that is extra" on a full detail and it wasnt even a good car wash. Automatic car wash does a better job for a better price read more

I got my 2007 Accord detailed here for the first time and I am one satisfied customer! Upon leaving the shop, my car has never been this clean since I got it. The detailers are very responsive via the phone, and accommodated me when I had to reschedule the day of. Also the wax on my exterior has kept my car looking shiny and new even after a few snow storms over the past few months. Was introduced to Lourenco via Groupon and what a great find! My car has not been this clean since I drove it off the lot! My 2019 Lexus IS300 has served me well, but I hadn't been treating her with love for quite some time (ie. eating in the car, spilled coffee, makeup marks, etc.). Every crumb, spill and stain was removed from the interior...the exterior looked shiny and new as well! Lastly, the new car smell stayed for days! I dropped off my car to be fully detailed in the afternoon. The deal was that they would return my car to me 4 hours later which worked out fine. Two employees returned my car to me just before dark. I took a look at my car and noticed that a few places were noticeably dirty on the outside. The guys also saw what I was seeing. Lourenço called me a few minutes after the employees left. He started to yell at me about how nobody ever complains about his jobs. He wanted me to send him photos. He offered me one free basic wash, I agreed to that. The next day when I went to work, when it was fully light out, I saw the interior of my car was completely dirty! It was not detailed at all! They had sprayed oily stuff like armor all everywhere and smeared it on. Everything was greasy including the floor mats! I sent Loureço the photos he wanted and never heard back from him. If you're looking for great customer service ... keep looking. The owner doesn't speak good English and seems angry. They cancelled my appointment with out calling... after driving 35 minutes to the car detailing. I could of cleaned my car better. Will never use them ever again!!! read more

Tried Lourenco with a Groupon. They did an excellent cleaning inside and outside. Inside looks brand new. I had to reschedule a couple of times and they were very accommodating. Very convenient drop off and pick up times. I would definitely go back without a Groupon and recommend them. read more

I had my car detailed at Lourenco's and I was very happy with the results. My old car hasn't looked this clean in years! They were able to do it for a third of a price of the auto detailing shop in my hometown. That shop also told me that I would have to leave my car there all day. What?!?!?At Lourenco's, they got it done in 2hrs. I just walked for about ten minutes down the road to a Starbucks and hung out there while they were cleaning my car. Friendly, family-run and professional. It was a little hard to find because there wasn't a big sign and it was around the back. Trust the address number and then drive around back to find the shop. Oh, and I also showed up 20 mins. late for my appointment and they still treated me nicely! read more

My car is 13 years old and had never been thoroughly cleaned and it came back looking as good as it did when I bought it. Price was also great for an int/ext detailing compared to competitors.
