Melissa was my technician, I chose the Deluxe Pedicure with Orange sugar scrub. OMG the aroma, mixed with the foot and leg massage, was relaxing making me want to fall asleep right then and there. I felt like the tech rushed through my pedicure. She also removed the toe separators too soon and my toes smudged. When I got home exactly one hour after I was done my toe nails were still wet! I don't know what kind of top coat she used but it didn't dry!!!! Very disappointing. They also didn't have the fans to dry your toes. I think they want to push the gel polish. I won't go back. I drove from California to Vegas for the weekend and stopped by the nearest nail salon which was Love 4 Nails & Spa to get a pedicure. I wish I had a before picture to show, but I'll just say that my feet was HORRIBLE . Melissa did my pedicure and when I say she did an EXCELLENT job she really did. She had me looking at my feet the whole weekend saying "my pedicure is so cute" lol. I walked in thinking ugh they don't want to give me what I want but Melissa was patient, confident in her work, and took her time. I walked out smiling and very pleased with the service. This is now my new salon I will be going to from now on when I visit Vegas and I will see Melissa. So if you happen to visit this nail salon make sure u ask for Melissa! This was my first time at this location. I walked in around 5:30 for a pedicure. I was immediately seated and offered water. I had old gel already on and requested for gel again with a Basic pedicure. I felt that the process was in disarray. I noticed how the salon had kept a bin of used nail files and was reusing them along with buffer pads that were in a ziplock. I don't remember them pulling new clippers from a sterile bag neither. I felt a little uneasy with these used tools and the roughness on my cuticle. Around 10 mins into my service, another client was seated for a French Tip Pedicure, and this client finished before myself. She applied paint to my big toe for at least four minutes. I can see multiple air bubbles in the paint and paint that wasn't cleaned up around the edges. read more

Went in for a pedicure with a friend yesterday. The tech cut me to where I was bleeding in three places on one my big toe and in one place one another toe. The bleeding wouldn't stop. Here I am a day later and it is still hurting. I would not recommend this place. I've never left a place so upset and in so much pain. The lady who tried to put my sandals back on said the nail polish was not damaged even when I knew the nail hit the strap of my sandals. Unfortunately a terrible experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place. Best thing you can do is go somewhere else. Just terrible. read more

I made an appointment and realize things happen. So I waited for my technician bc her previous client wanted some design. No biggie I waited, then we get to the parafin part and she has to leave to pick up her son, also no biggie, I have a kid I understand. Wait for next technician, I paid $65 for deluxe pedicure, honestly just for the 10 minute massage, which sucked. I walk a lot for work, don't have a lot of calluses, so I look forward to the massages! I tip at least 20% or more. I took a chance bc their ratings were good, but guess back to my tried and true. The nails were all different lengths(some being as short as my actual nail cut all the way down), shapes (I asked for oval and many were very round) and sizes(some nails were not fit properly and made my nails look very wide). Didn't love the pedicure i got. it wasn't as good of a deal for a basic pedi at 35. The scrub wasn't much and part of my nail's polish was missing. That's partly on me for not checking the progress. The white polish also chipped completely off on most of my toe nails. I didn't get gel, but I never do and they never come completely off like this. There's better options for a nail salon in the area I'd rather go to. Edit: I saw chipping within the first week and am only now making a review as I search yelp for a new salon. read more
