I looked through their reviews and saw beautiful nails, which made me excited to book but my experience didn't match the positive feedback at all. I requested a simple almond French tip, but the result was lopsided, patchy, and wide. Even after giving my nail artist multiple corrections, I still left completely unsatisfied with the outcome. ‼ Update: I called back the next day asking for compensation. The man argued with me, saying I left happy. I told him I thought I was at first, but up close the nails were awful. His "solution" was to cut them off for a refund. No soak-off, no apology, just rude. After cutting them, he even threw the money at me. No sorry, no professionalism. Just disrespect. I will never be back. read more

The lady that did my pedicure her name is Laura and I love seeing her here she actually does would you call the foot spa because she gets my feet a shampoo and scrubbing with a brush it feels so good never had it in any other places. $38 for manicure and pedicure Wow that is super good deal or what I get. The gel manicure was $35 with French tips and loved the way they came out. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I made an appointment and when I arrive I didn't have to wait at all. I came here on Friday and they were busy so I recommend scheduling an appointment. I had Lucy and she was very kind and welcoming. I got a regular pedicure that is $25 but I got it for 22 because I'm a student. I also had fixed my gel acrylic nail that broke on me and that was $3. I like my toes and nails. The only reason why they don't get 5 stars is because when she fixed my nail she had cut me. I also had waited 15 minutes while this lady next to me got her pedicure started when I was there before her. But overall customer service is friendly and helpful. my regular nail place was busy and short handed. so, I live near Paradise Nails and decided to go there for fills. when I walked in they weren't particularly busy. there was a man sitting at a station by the door whose name was Vee. He did the acrylic fills and gel polish. I didn't really notice until after I left how sloppy the polish was and my nails were uneven. yes, I could go in and show him and he would probably volunteer to fix the errors but I'm not going to say anything. I've gone to Paradise Nails about 4 times and my experience was always pleasant. They do nails very nicely and most of the girls speak English pretty well. I didn't experience too much of where the girls talk to each other in their own language and you feel like they are making fun of you... something which actually happens quite a bit at some places. The prices are average and the place is pretty clean. Though sometimes I do wonder how often the drimel tool gets cleaned.. One thing I do have to say, though, is that spending around $100 for lash extensions is ridiculous when they use the same stuff you can buy at Sally's Beauty Supply for $10. I didn't buy them myself but I saw the brand they use. Also realize that when something says, "lasts UP TO 2 months!" doesn't mean it lasts 2 months.. it means it won't last longer than 2 months.. so it could actually last a week and that would be fine. They are not perfected in their craft. My nicure was not done right. They didn't soak the nails long enough to remove the dead skin and curticles. My daughter's full set acrylic nails were redone by the tech but they still couldn't file them in the coffin shape; they weren't painted good but neither were mine on my mani. Our eyebrows didn't turn out good. Mine were not straight and plucked in areas. She colored them in to help with the errors. Stay away! There has to be better mail salons in the area. read more

Prices are comparable so nothing to complain about there. The girl who did my mani/pedi was very good and very friendly and my manicure lasted for 3-4 weeks. However, two of my friends (fellow bridesmaids) had their nails botched up horribly! I think they were both worked on by one of the younger guys there. The guy didn't clean up any of his mistakes and by the end they both had the clear top coat all over their fingers instead of just on the nail bed. Some of the polish started to peel off later as a result. If we weren't on a tight wedding schedule I would have gone back to complain. Although very nice, Laura did ok on my pedicure, would've liked a longer, better massage. I did black tips & painted the ring finger, she topped it off with gel but it smeared off shortly after. It's 3 stars because I paid more than I thought & now I have to go back to fix it. Update-- Went back and Lucy fixed everything!
