Planing your wedding can be a daunting task, stressful, chaotic, filled with drama, and sometimes disappointing and this is where Amber stepped in and saved us. Hiring Amber was one of the best decisions we made. Amber understood our vision and already had ideas of how to achieve them even before we officially hired her. You really cant say that about every vendor or wedding coordinator out there. For some vendors its just a contract but for Amber its creating a bond and we are grateful for that. Amber provides three different types of services depending on how much assistance you need in achieving your dream. We needed someone to put all of our ideas together and make them work cohesively. Amber was all of that and a bag of chips. She had fantastic ideas, advice, took care of all of our vendors including the problematic ones, got us organized, gave us monthly tasks to complete, wedding day outline, rehearsal management, and the list goes on and on. Amber was very instrumental with our art deco theme ideas designing our invitation card, save the date cards, and using old luggage as part of our theme. Our wedding went off without a hitch. There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery. We got what we wanted, to spend our wedding day with friends and family that we love stress free and most importantly smiling throughout the night celebrating our special day. Amber, Angela and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we don't consider you a "vendor" but a friend. Thank you for helping us make our vision and dream come true.

The quick review: highly recommend because of Brin. Our wedding could not have turned out the way it did without her. And our experience planning, as well as our experience on the day of, could not have been what it was without her. We love you Brin! The long review: it's hard to find someone to trust for such a huge day, but we absolutely made the right decision with OBSE. Specifically Brin. Right from the start her vibe and personality meshed well with us. She and OBSE were also accommodating in adjusting our pricing based on what we needed and didn't need (for example, we already landed on a venue and caterer, so wouldn't need help with that). Brin was super organized and we were provided with timelines and checklists- as someone who needs this in my everyday life, this was extremely helpful. It was easy to get in touch with Brin and she did all the heavy lifting reaching out and sourcing vendors for us. We also regularly did meetings as needed. Leading up 2-3months out from the wedding day, I was procrastinating rather horribly and Brin was SO patient but also SO helpful on checking in and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. And then when the wedding was around the corner, she put together very detailed timelines for the day and for the wedding party, she organized the entire processional seamlessly, guided rehearsal day perfectly, coordinated with all our vendors (I know perfectly because I think we barely even saw or heard anything related to that), and set everything up exactly as envisioned the day of. I woke up without a worry that day and Brin kept it worry free all the way through! She had an amazing emergency box prepped for the wedding party, kept things on schedule, packed up our personal items/gifts and placed it in our shuttle home after, and handled wrapping up and cleaning up with our other vendors. We truly did not have to think and could just enjoy our day! She even did a post mortem with us, which I really appreciated. Brin is the best!

    My wife and I had already done a lot of the planning for our wedding and in accordance with our…read morevenues requirements, we hired Nam as our wedding coordinator for a 30 day out and day of service. We were initially very impressed with his initiative to get started ahead of that timeline and to offer to take over many responsibilities that we did not ask or expect him to do. With less than 6 weeks to the wedding he started missing his own self imposed deadlines to get back to us with various tasks which started making us uneasy as we would have already have taken care of them if it was still left to us. My wife had a conversation with him 3 weeks prior to the wedding regarding that issue and his general unresponsiveness, he accepted responsibility and put us at ease. While we really like his calm demeanor both leading up to and during the day of the wedding, he was not on top of the itinerary from the beginning to the end and we both felt like he was simply in over his head. Others stepped in numerous times to do his job (notably our photographer/videographer) and help keep the wedding on track with the timeline we had created. Certain things were asked of him several times and yet neither he nor his two helpers (who we were mostly impressed with) delivered. For a smaller wedding (ours had over 200 people) it is very possible that he would do a good job, we however regretted our decision to hire him. Also, we contacted him a couple times regarding items he/his team did not retrieve from our ceremony and he neglected to follow up.

We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I'm forever grateful. I appreciate that the team asked us what 3 things were important to us on our day. 1. our guests have an amazing time 2. the timeline runs smoothly 3. to have fun That's exactly what happened! I am grateful that I was not stressed the day of and we are so happy we found Sandra and Paola as they helped turn my dream wedding into a reality.     HIRING GRACE WAS THE BEST DECISION WE MADE FOR OUR WEDDING!…read more After extensive research, I reached out to Grace from Unveiled by Grace with only a few months left to plan our 250-guest wedding. Not only did Grace plan our wedding in that short amount of time (about 4 months) but she also planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the day before. Somehow, she made everything feel effortless. The wedding was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Grace handled EVERYTHING, from venue coordination, food, drinks, logistics, rentals, linens, signage, party favors, website details, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup and even helping secure approvals with the fire marshal for real candles and full drapery. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and together they created the absolute dream team. We had countless calls and probably millions of text messages from me, especially as a Type A bride, and Grace was patient, responsive, organized and always one step ahead. She truly understood our vision and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding day were PERFECT. Honestly, beyond perfect. Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Our wedding party and immediate family kept saying not only was it the best wedding ever, but that we had assembled the best vendor team imaginable all thanks to Grace. What meant the most to me was how stress-free she made everything feel. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding day because Grace handled every big and small detail behind the scenes. She even made sure tray passes and our signature cocktails were brought to our getting-ready suite because she knew we would miss them while taking photos and doing makeup touch-ups. Those little thoughtful moments meant everything. If I could do my wedding all over again, Grace would be my very first call. Too bad she only does weddings because I would absolutely hire her again for baby showers, birthdays and anniversaries too.
