The sales associates are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, they make the experience comfortable not awkward at all.

I had to make a yelp account cause of how much this place has angered me. I'm a short adult female (2003), I'm of age but I naturally have a baby face. I Went in with my boyfriend on June 12th 2024, there was a lady standing outside checking IDs. She was very rude, and wouldn't let us in because I didn't "look" of age, even though I have real identification to show. Keep in mind I'm 20 and my boyfriend is 24. She was being snarky, telling me to call my "parents" Even though I'm an adult with real identification, to show I was of age. She said it was fake (even though it obviously wasnt) and had a hostile attitude. The attitude of the lady (Manager) was unprofessional and aggressive. Whoever is the Owner of this Adult Store, teach your "Managers" how to read IDs, and to drop the attitude. There was no reason to not let actual adults into your store because you assume they aren't of age, even though we had real Identification to show . There's a reason why ID's get checked, it's to see if someone is of age, not because you assume off looks. I Wont be going here ever again, and will not recommend this place to anyone ever. Especially with the snarky attitude from the manager, saying snarky things about me and my relationship, like how my relationship doesn't look right and how I need to call my parents. read more

Straight up f*** this place. Their computers didn't even work that should have been a sign for me. I spent $50 on a vibrator that they didn't check even though they said they would. I got home and it didn't work. I called and they said call the manufacturer. Save your money and your time and buy shit online. Update: I still have not received a call regarding this. Thank you. The employees are nice and very helpful. I just would rather support a local business. They're pretty knowledgeable about their products but every time I go in, there are men shopping and they always follow me through the store and it makes me feel uncomfortable. :( read more

I went to Seductions today for Valentine's Day and as I was checking out when employee walked in and accidentally bumped into the manager. The manager had a fit, yelled at her, and then told her if she couldn't change her attitude she'd send her home. I don't know what's going on at this business but you should never treat employees like that. Do not want to support a business where employees are bullied. read more

Went to this Seductions because we were in the area and regretted ever coming in. We came in and were greeted by a young lady who asked us if we were looking for anything in particular we were not so she told if we have any questions to just ask. As soon as we walked down the ramp a man with long greasy hair approached us asking if we needed help, we said no and started to browse, not 5min later he approached us again and started talking about lube and wanted us to feel how different lubes felt and then led us to all sorts of products and just started talking about them. We did not ask for help and did not appreciate him not giving us time to look around and find things on our own. We can understand being asked if we had any questions about anything after we had a chance to look around and then if we had questions ask them or when we do then ask them. He was being pushy, hovering, bothering every customer in the store and those coming in. On top of that he smelled and did not look clean. He made our first visit to this store uncomfortable and not very pleasant and that is not how any employee should make a customer feel let alone the manager of the store who is supposed to set the tone for how to treat customers. We will never go back to this Seductions or go to either of the other 2 because if this is how they want customers to be treated they are going to keep loosing customers and potential customers. We advised all of our friends to stay clear of this chain. read more
