I LOVE Victoria's Secret, especially the Pink line! All of the clothes make me feel really comfortable and confident. The panties are great quality for the same prices you'll find at Target! And there are always specials and coupons available - especially if you have a Pink or Angel card, which is so worth it! Their body products are top notch. The scents are long lasting and the lotions are very moisturizing. I've recently become obsessed with the Pink hand lotions as well as the new Pink bath bombs. I always have dry, itchy skin in the winter but that is a thing of the past with this skin care line. And their semi annual sales ensure that I never run out! I am also a handbag addict. When I got there they were moving stores, I asked the lady when they would be open again & her name VEDE, she very rude, condescending & laughing at the fact they couldn't help me right that moment. My friend who is a transgender woman, went here because she wanted to get fitted as she is at the point where she needs a bra. When she asked a blond white girl for help. The clerk looked at her with the most repulsed look on her face and scoffed and walked away. My friend was so embarrassed that she left the store crying. I wish there were more cute bras for large boobed women. I like to wear cute colors, not nude/white/black. Pink has 0 bra selection for anybody bigger than a small D if they're lucky. It's really disappointing because I would buy a lot of bras there, but none fit me. Please work with bigger chested women, Victoria's Secret and Pink. Other than that (which I know is something to be dealt with at the corporate level rather than the store level) the employees are helpful and do a good job with sizing and such. I just wish you didn't have to go online to get a bigger selection for bras your size if you're big chested. This is the one and only place for bras, ladies. They measure you to make sure everything will fit you properly. They bring you as many bras as you like to the fitting rooms and even bras they thing you might like. I actually used to work at a VS and they are tried and true. They have great sales a couple of times per year. You can get on their email group to find out when that is but honestly, their bras are so worth the money. No kidding, I've had bras of theirs for 15 years! 15!! They're very well made. I recently went to VS to get a black bra. I ended up buying one that I didn't even think would work but it does. The staff there is very attentive and they were very patient with me. That's important when we're dealing with something so intimate and important for us ladies. read more

Used to love shopping here until they started overdoing the "customer service." When I complained to corporate about the woman blocking entry to the store, they informed me she's supposed to be keeping count for COVID, not herding people and pressuring them to explain what they need or what bra size they are. She's also not supposed to be instructing employees to follow customers inside and "help" them. Shopping here has begun to feel like going through customs. News flash: some people don't feel comfortable telling a stranger their bra size, and some people still like to browse, even in the age of online shopping and store pickup. I was in desperate need of new underthings so we headed down to Coronado mall to hit up V.S. I know their stuff is a little pricey, but their wireless bras and sports bras are super comfortable. When you work 12-hour shifts, comfort is worth the price. This store is like many others I've been in -- clean, bright, and a little chaotically organized, but with helpful staff. In fact, one of the girls, Shay, was more helpful than any salesperson has been to me in I don't know how long. She was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly without being unobtrusive. She seems to have a gift for reading people and knowing just what they need, both in product and interaction. I always go to this store but this time was a HUGE disappointment!! I had gotten several items and went to check out. I put my card in the chip reader, it gave "chip malfunction error" they had me do this three time and then swipe the card. It came up declined so we did it again because I knew I had several thousand in that account and it should not be declined. When I went through the entire process again, with the same results I checked my bank account. It said that they had charged my account twice even though they kept saying decline I showed them and they were just rude and told me to call my bank. My bank told me it was a compromised or malfunctioning machine and refunded the charges immediately. I call the store to let the know about their machine. They were so rude and said "oh well". Well I said Poor customers that followed me on that machine they are going to be skimmed. BEWARE read more

So I love VS. I mean, it's borderline obsession. With that being said, it pains me to write this. This store is by far the worst store I've ever been to. I've lived in 6 different states so trust me when I say, I know a good store from a bad store. Anyways, first of all, ITS HOT. The store itself is so freaking hot that you will literally start sweating upon crossing over the threshold. Second, the employees, are horrific (this does not include the managers, I've talked to 2 of them and they've been very friendly). But the workers themselves are very rude (probably because they are so hot) but are just very unhelpful. Usually, there is no one insight. The one time I did ask for help with a "free panty" offer, the girl gave me the wrong one so when I went up to the cashier it caused a whole scene which involved the cashier, manager, and the girl who had given me the wrong panty. It was bad. But today, I went in, no one said anything to me which was fine, but then I head to the cashier with my items and I had a happy birthday coupon (I'm a VS card holder) and she wouldn't use it. She said it could only be used online which is false. There is a barcode on it and upon reading the back after I left embarrassed, it says "valid in store and online" the cashier was so short and rude and acted like I was I an inconvenience to her. I will never be back to this store and will seriously reconsider my loyalty to VS just because of this store. read more

While VS has made a brand for itself, this store (visually) meets that brand. However, the staff is unpredictable. I don't usually interact with the staff (other than to check out), but today was unusually hostile. Usually I go in, buy some underwear or makeup and leave. I wear a 34G and can't wear their bras... so I don't bother. But while trying something else (a slip) on I got the "women wear the wrong bra" lecture and was basically argued with about my size. Needless to say it was off-putting and I left. Maybe they were stressed out because they had to meet a sales quota, I'm not sure. Needless to say, if I can buy it online... I ordered merchandise last Tuesday and it still has not shipped out. Purchased additional items to get free shipping however they do not specify how long it would be. Ordered a little over hundred dollars worth of merchandise will never shop online with this company again. I will be returning everything and getting my money back. Since the store in Alaska isn't opened yet I always make sure to stop by VS whenever I travel. And I have never had a bad experience! The staff here stands up to brand expectations and definitely keeps up with the other locations I've been to. Just like other locations, I can look back at my visit here and remember who approached me and why they stood out. For some it's just been going above and beyond, for some is the honesty and helpfulness, and here it was just how warm and friendly the staff was. It didn't feel like I was talking to an employee trying to sell me things, it felt like being approached by a friend. This has probably been my favorite experience so far. read more
